共同浴場の脱衣所のドライヤーぎ設置されている蛇口の節水ゴマが効き過ぎて水量が著しく少ない。 カードキーを抜くとエアコンが切れるので、外出後戻るといちいち暑い。

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026夜に大浴場に入り、仕事の疲れを取る事が出来ました。 早朝に美観地区と阿知神社を散歩し、その後、ホテルの朝食を頂きました。楽しく素敵な時間を過ごせました。
良くない点はありませんが、あえて加えるとすると、ホテルロビーへのアプローチを分かり易くして頂けると助かります。

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026The property is close to Kurashiki Station and local attractions. The area feels safe at night and has plenty of dining options. Okayama Station is only about 30-40 minutes away, including walking, waiting, and train travel, so it is very easy to visit both Kurashiki and Okayama while staying here. The nightly rate is also excellent compared with hotels near Okayama Station - I found rooms here generally ¥5,000-¥10,000 cheaper. I believe the hotel also has a spa, although I didn’t use it.
Nothing significant. I booked a single room, and it was pretty much the standard compact Japanese hotel room you would expect. The room was clean and everything worked properly.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026A wonderful location that is central to both the historical quarter and the trains that connect to the rest of Okayama. The room was nice and comfortable, and if you like spas, the provided one in the hotel is a great opportunity to relax after a day of exploring. The staff was also extremely helpful even after my stay, contacting me after I forgot an item and making sure I was able to receive it as quickly as possible!

強いていえば駐車場がないということ。 ただ近くに一日で千円台で駐車できるパーキングがあることからそんなに問題ではない

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026館内は清潔でオシャレでした。館内着も着心地が良かったです。朝食ビュッフェが一階の白壁さんなのですが、朝から新鮮なお刺身が頂けて感動しました。駅からも美観地区にも近くて、ホテルがあるアチテラスのロケーションが素敵で、暮らしてみたい場所になりました。
お風呂の洗い場が少ないので、混み合ってくると立ちながら並ぶことになります。

The property has a lot going for it—my room was clean, modern, and comfortable, the staff was polite and helpful, and the location made it easy to explore the area on my own. The breakfast was very good, lots of options of western cuisine.
Breakfast service ends at 9:00 AM, which feels quite early, especially when you want to sleep in and relax on holiday. Furthermore, during the weekend, guests are required to reserve a specific time slot in advance. While I understand this helps manage the crowd, it takes away the spontaneity of just heading down whenever you feel like eating. Apart from the morning rush, everything else ran smoothly. If you don't mind setting an alarm, it is a solid choice.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Das Hotel war auf den ersten Blick zwar schick, aber normal, ein bisschen wie ein Bürogebäude, man musste in die obere Etagen fahren. Doch ich habe mich dort einfach unwahrscheinlich wohl gefühlt! Alle Räume sehr hell, groß, modern und ruhig. Rezeption ladet regelrecht ein zum Verweilen, bequeme Sessel, heiße Getränke guter Qualität kostenlos, freundliches Personal . Auch im Zimmer genug Platz, zwei Sessel und ein Kaffeetisch waren dabei. Ich liebte die bereitgestellte Schlafanzüge! Gut geschlafen. Sehr preisgünstige Waschmöglichkeit! Kein Waschmittel nötig (automatisch und riecht gut!). Würde jedem empfählen! Kurashiki ist eine tolle Stadt!

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Location is great. Walking distance to the Biken historarical quarters. and good for early morning jog. Lots of restaurant around as it is close to the main station. Easy and economical parking next to hotel. Service is great and responsive. From the pre check-in communications, to easy check in and post check-out.
The downside is that also location, right but the main thoroughfare, traffic noise can be considerable on nights when you have motocyslist screaming down the road.

Reviewed May 26, 2026房間很大，門是橫向開的有點不習慣，但是門會自動上鎖是蠻安全的；然後重點是浴室居然有附上洗澡椅，馬桶和浴缸旁邊都有裝上扶手，這是令我很吃驚的地方，以前住宿從來沒有看過居然浴室有附上洗澡椅，這些設備對於行動不便的人來說很貼心，尤其是對長者。 然後雖然是住一間房，每個人有一張房卡是蠻方便的
床偏軟，走路一整天腰酸背痛，床鋪太軟，感覺無法支撐脊椎，後來是把小枕頭墊在膝蓋下面才好一點。 然後浴室雖然有簾子可以隔絕水噴濺，但是位子比較靠近洗手台和馬桶那邊，離浴缸就有點遠，這導致水很容易噴到浴缸外面，雖然他這個有好處的設計是如果有人正在洗澡，但另一個人想要上廁所的時候其實門簾拉起來不會看到有人在洗澡，然後又可以上廁所，浴室的門兩邊都可以開是滿方便的

入口が分かりにくい、温泉がない、朝食が美味しかったものがない

Reviewed May 15, 2026連泊させてもらってここは何より朝食が朝から豪華！ホテルのある建物の1階の店でビュッフェ形式だったが、朝から刺身やライブキッチンの料理が食べれてデザートも良く大満足だった。 エアコンは市販の物を設置していて効きが良く快適だった。
連泊の1泊して出かける間に清掃をお願いしたが、しっかり綺麗に清掃をしてくれるのは良いが、チェックイン時にもらった周辺の飲食店が描かれたマップや何より次の日の朝の朝食券を処理されていたのはシッカリ清掃スタッフに指導をしてほしい。

Reviewed May 6, 2026ツインの部屋が無かったので、シングルで予約を取りました。さぞ狭い部屋だろうと想像してましたが、新しい事もあり、シンプルながら機能抜群で快適でした。バスとトイレが同じでしたが、洗面台もバスタブも大きく快適。大浴場もあるのがうれしかったです。今回は女性のみアイスサービスがあってお得感がありました。駅や観光地からも近く不自由がありません。チェックインからアウトまで、ストレスなく快適に過ごせました。
構造上仕方ないとは思いますが、大浴場の更衣室が狭すぎるとおもいました。

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026Habitación amplia y cómoda. Personal muy ameno. Zona termal y desayuno espectacular, al desayuno le doy un 10. hay una variedad enorme, pero quiero destacar la disponibilidad de sashimi fresco, un sabor increíble.
No puedo añadir nada porque si volviera a Kurashiki intentaría volver a quedarme en este hotel.

The access to the laundry and spa area is a bit tricky. There is group of business people often show up at the hotel area (because the hotel building offer conference space), which is distracting for leisure traveler.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026The location was about a 6 min walk to the old town and it was very centrally located. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Restaurant on the premises and around the area had great options.

- Very little storage space, could barely store items at end of bed - Breakfast didn't have too many options available and would've been nice if it was open until 10/10:30 - Elevators leading to different areas of the hotel was confusing until you got used to it

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Location: very close to the station and canal. Food was tasty and available. You needed a card to get past reception: very safe. There is a sauna and public bath. The place where you eat breakfast becomes a restaurant .
No windows to open. Buffet foods don’t change.
