Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Les parties communes sont grandes, la piscine est très jolie et confortable. Le personnel est présent 24h/24, très agréable et parle anglais ! L’hôtel se situe en plein centre ce qui permet de tout faire à pied facilement.
Il y avait des cafards et de la moisissure dans notre salle de bain.

Nos tocó la habitación 1 y se escuchaba a todos los huéspedes que entraban. Había mucho ruido y por la noche no se descansaba del todo bien ya que la ventana da al pasillo del hotel por donde pasa todos los huéspedes

On nous propose thé et café mais seulement une cafetière. Nous devons demander de faire chauffer l'eau pour le thé.

Sobre todo llegamos y la habitación estaba sucia. La televisión era blanca del polvo. Después de esperar nos cambiaron obviamente y el recepcionista desde ahí no nos volvió a dirigir la palabra ni el buenos dias me devolvía. Horrible Yo no tengo la culpa que la habitación no la hubiesen limpiado ni el polvo ni el suelo lleno de pelos negros y la piscina igualmente llena de insectos muertos y hojas

no contaban con suficiente toallas y no tenían toalla para cara o manos, ni jabón para manos en el caso caso de habitación doble toallas solo dejaron 2 y eran para 4 personas, y en la habitación sencilla el aire acondicionado tuvo cortocircuito y se opto por solo usar el ventilador.

El trato del personal, ya habia reservado en booking una hora antes y al llegar me comentaban que no les aparecia en sistema, lo peor que yo ya habia hecho el pago, y que no era problema de ellos, vieron mi molestia y intentaron resoverlo de manera manual ya que les mostre pruebas del pago y reservacion sin embargo ya habia perdido mucho tiempo, además en la noche/madrugada me cuestionaban la salida. El personal pésimo

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026Das Hotel ist wie ein Museum. Überall stehen oder hängen alte Sachen rum, die nicht unbedingt Antiquitäten sind. Das hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Pool ist klein und niedlich, aber ausreichend zum erfrischen. Die Lage ist super! Nur ein paar Minuten zum Park und zur Kathedrale, wo immer was los ist. Auch zum Busbahnhof ist es nicht sehr weit
Was leider den Gesamteindruck um einige Punkte gedrückt hat, dass die Zimmer total muffig sind. Wenn man von unterwegs kommt, dann erst mal Tür aufpassen, Ventilator und Klimaanlage an. Nach längerer Zeit gewöhnt man sich etwas daran. Sobald man aber vor die Tür geht, merkt man wie schlecht die Luft im Zimmer ist. Ich will jetzt hier nicht übertreiben, da ich selbst die grottenschlechten Bewertungen bei Hotels kenne, die wir eigentlich sehr gut fanden. Leider kann man die Luftqualität im Zimmer nicht schönreden. Zum Glück war nirgends Schimmel zu sehen. Sonst hätten wir das Zimmer auf keinen Fall genommen. Was vielleicht am Rande noch zu erwähnen wäre, dass es nur grelle Deckenleuchten und keine kleinen Lampen am Bett gibt. Wir haben dann eine der Lampen mit einem Tuch zugehängt, dann war es erträglich. Wer also das Hotel wählt, sollte bei der Zimmerübernahme auf die Luft im Zimmer achten. Falls sie andere Zimmer haben (wir hatten Zimmer 3), die nicht so feucht und stickig sind, dann ist das Hotel eine gute Wahl.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026Hotel a la décoration originale très bien situé : a deux rues de la place principale et pourtant environ calme le jour comme la nuit. Parties communes et chambre très propres ! Ça sent bon partout.. Le matelas n'est pas le meilleur du monde mais on y dort bien! La climatisation et le plafonnier fonctionnent bien aussi. Personnel chaleureux et adorable. Je recommande et je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Håndklæder havde pletter. Dårlig udluftning på værelset efter bad. Ventilation (fan) er meget larmende og svær at sove med, men nødvendig. Hotellet er generelt ret gammelt og stilen er nok ikke noget mange vil synes om.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2026in the last night I stayed there,there was no hot water when I showered. I called them twice, the first call was hung up very soon with no one answered anything, so I made the 2nd call. This time a man yelled something "Spanish only" and hanged my call. Without any choices, I sent them a msg in Spainish with the help of google translate. And I got NO feedback at all! And nothing happened to the hot water.

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025Nah am Zentrum gelegen. Infotafel an der Rezeption. Die alte Einrichtung hat Charme, aber wird leider nicht gut gepflegt.
Es roch modrig und das Zimmer war stickig. Es gab kein Fenster und die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig. Das Bett war sehr hart und unbequem und leider waren auch die Zimmer nicht sauber. Überall Haare von vorherigen Gästen und die Bettwäsche sah auch nicht sauber aus.

El primer día solicitamos el desayuno para las 7:00, ya que teníamos una excursión, y nos aseguraron que estaría preparado, sin embargo cuando fuimos a recogerlo no estaba preparado y la persona que había en la recepción nos dijo que él no sabía nada, se desentendió del todo.

En la noche se escuchan muchos ruidos, el sereno tenia tos y no nos dejó dormir en toda la noche ya que estábamos en las primeras habitaciones y se escuchaba todo.... Y le faltaba ventilación a la habitación.... El decorado algo sobrecargado pero eso es cuestión de gustos!

Reviewed Dec 15, 2025Very clean room, located close to the ADO bus terminal (and colectivos to Chichen Itza and Ek Balam), excellent wifi, nice 2 x 0,5l complementary water. The building itself is beautiful and well maintained. They offer 24h reception and we were allowed to leave our bags at the reception until the late afternoon, on the day of the check out, which was nice.
Shower could use a bit of maintenance, but overall a real nice place to stay in Valladolid.

Er zijn geen ligbedjes bij het zwembad. Er lopen mensen 's avonds en vroeg in de ochtend luid pratend over de gang. Doordat de kamers erg gehorig zijn kan je hier wakker van worden.

Reviewed Nov 23, 2025De rustige en propere omgeving, gecombineerd met het vriendelijke personeel, zorgde voor een heel aangenaam verblijf. De mooie en sfeervolle inrichting gaf het geheel een warme uitstraling, en ook de ligging was ideaal om de omgeving gemakkelijk te verkennen.
De kamer was aan de kleine kant en bood beperkt ruimte, al weet je dit op voorhand bij het boeken. Voor ons was het uiteindelijk wel voldoende voor een comfortabel verblijf.

Se apagó el boiler en la noche, por lo que bañarse con agua helada no era la opción, por el costo que agarre de promoción se me hace buena opción.

Didn't take the breakfast but unclear where it came from with no real central space! Absolutely fine for a cheap, decent stay in the very centre of Valladolid
