In fact, my friend and I walked to the hotel from the ADO Bus Terminal. The staff was friendly, the room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was functional, and there was a swimming pool as promised. In general, I liked this hotel and I recommend it.

Que los dos primeros días no pudimos usar la alberca por no estar en condiciones de limpieza. Con más de 35 grados de temperatura era indispensable mantener el agua en forma adecuada. Las toallas, si bien fueron cambiadas diariamente, estaban bastante gastadas. La ventana de la habitación daba al guardacoches del hotel

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026La ubicación es muy buena y céntrica. La amabilidad de la recepción y en general todo el personal. Recomendado también para familias. Las camas cómodas, amplias y la habitación con buen espacio, vinimos en familia dos adultos y dos jóvenes y estuvo perfecta.
Sentimos que hay un poco de descuido con cosas simples como la pintura en las paredes, el piso de la piscina lastimó a mi hijo un poco en sus dedos del pie. Una de las toallas estaba muy gastada. Son mejoras pequeñas de mantenimiento básico. Por todo lo demás muy bien.

Le hace falta mantenimiento, en la habitación ya se ve la pintura cayéndose en el techo y el baño tiene paredes manchadas, sin embargo, es visual el tema, estaba limpio.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ! Merci à lui Malgré que nous ne restions que deux nuits, il nous a été proposé un nettoyage de la chambre que nous n’avons pas accepté car non nécessaire mais cependant nos poubelles ont été vidées, ce qui était parfait Rapport qualité/prix au top au vu des prestations et de l’emplacement Possibilité de prendre un café le matin dans le hall de l’hôtel, c’est super…
Le personnel ne parle que espagnol, dommage que l’anglais ne soit pas pratiqué , cependant cela ne fût pas un gros problème avec les traducteurs sur téléphone, nous avons réussi à communiquer et se comprendre ´

The location is also very convenient, with everything you need nearby, including a laundry. A quick tip: you might have some issues with hot water, but if you tell the front desk, they’ll fix it right away.
First of all, I was very cold in the room, and there was no hair dryer available, which was quite inconvenient. Most importantly, there were so many gnats (small flies) in the bathroom - it was way too many and definitely not normal.

Queremos hacer una mención especial a Roberto, quien fue encantador y nos ayudó en todo momento con una sonrisa y mucha dedicación. El ambiente del hotel es acogedor, limpio y tranquilo, ideal para descansar después de recorrer Mérida. Sin duda, si volvemos a la ciudad, repetiremos en el Hotel del Peregrino. ¡Gracias por una experiencia tan cálida y especial! 💛

Room has damp issues and smells mouldy. Cockroach in the room. Slow to replace drinking water tank in the lobby. Window looks out into communal area so does not feel private.

Die Zimmer waren etwas lieblos gestaltet, zwar waren sie sauber geputzt aber es ist definitiv notwendig - vor allem im Bad - die Wände neu zu streichen. Die Laken waren zwar sauber, aber leider waren darauf noch ein paar Flecken zu sehen.

When we arrived with a reservation for three, there were towels and toiletries for two. One towel was torn and had big holes in it. The toilet cistern didn't work and we had to change rooms. The sheets were stained. We arrived late and went to dinner and when we returned the hotel's front door was locked and we had to wait for them to open it for us.

Unser erstes Zimmer hatte einen unangenehmen Keller muffigen Geruch, da man die Tür nicht verriegeln konnte haben wir einen Wechsel verlangt. Das zweite Zimmer war wenig besser… der Geruch war super unangenehm, es war schimmelig und es tropfte bei Regen einfach Wasser aus der Wand. Der Fernseher ist nur Deko (kein Empfang und kein Smart Tv) und am ersten Tag gab es nur kaltes Wasser zum duschen. Das Personal war freundlich, spricht allerdings kein Englisch.

el café por la mañana es soluble, tuvimos una fuga de agua en el baño y tardaron dos días en arreglarla, nos caímos las dos en el baño al resbalar por culpa de esta fuga

La télé est vieille, elle n'est pas connectée. Pas de cuisine ni micro-ondes, mais le personnel est arrangeant pour les assiettes et couverts.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2025Bon emplacement, avec possibilité de se garer juste devant l'entrée. Chambre et lit confortables, ventilateur et climatisation fonctionnels. Eau potable à disposition à la réception et frigo dans la chambre.
Chambre pas très bien placée avec trop de fenêtre qui laisse tout le monde voir ce qu'il y a dans la chambre, il faut donc fermer tous les rideaux. Seulement deux prises dans toute la chambre, on a dû brancher le frigo à la place de la table de chevet...

Bed was pretty soft. Bathroom smells really bad(sewage) Pool wasn't clean to swim No hot water - have to ask reception to turn the boiler on. Only 2 towels and 1 toilet paper for family of 4.
