INDUSTRIAL CHIC HOUSE - Private parking

Nulla, tutto regolare.

We had such a wonderful stay in Orvieto. The location was perfect and having private parking was a huge plus. The location was quiet, with a beautiful inner garden where we loved sitting outside for an aperitivo. The kitchen was also very well equipped. What made our stay especially memorable was Alexandra, who welcomed us so warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. The host gave us several local recommendations and we tried two of them : both were fantastic! We even discovered that Alexandra's son lives only about 15 minutes from our home in Canada. Such a small world! Alexandra was incredibly kind and even found a wallet we had accidentally dropped in a corner of the property : what a relief! She spent some time chatting with us while we were having our aperitivo outside, and although she spoke only Italian and we spoke very little, we somehow managed to understand each other and had such a lovely interaction. It made the stay feel much more personal. A beautiful, peaceful place with a fantastic location and genuinely warm hospitality. We would absolutely recommend it.

We could hear a bit of noise from the other room at times. Other than that, our stay was excellent!!

Staff was very kind and helpful, and the space was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Loved the friendly dog and cat who roamed the nearby courtyard outside!

Nada, tudo estava excelente.

Very nice apartment, had everything we needed and a nice secluded patio. And the rooms had ac.

Nothing, loved it.

Full kitchen with supplied cooking implements, even though we didn’t need them. Spacious eating area. Rooms were clean and comfortable and we love AC.

We booked two rooms. One of the rooms had no hot water in the morning for shower so it was cold. No easy way to resolve. The access by Carr is very challenging for medium to large vehicles. Centimeters to spare on either side without scratching.

Ottima posizione.

Gentilezza, cortesia ambiente pulito e curato esattamente come in foto.

Letto scomodo

Ottima posizione, personale cortese , stanza bella e pulita

Posizione centralissima, parcheggio disponibile e proprietaria gentilissima

We have stayed here a few times and have always enjoyed it. The rooms are big enough with a clean and modern bathroom. The shared kitchen space is excellent an large. The hostess Laura is very nice and they have a lovely dog called Biscotto. Very friendly. Location is very good. You can work to almost everything Orvieto has to offer

Everything was good

Struttura in pieno centro .

Gentilissima!

Moc hezké příjemné ubytování v inspirativním prostředí, kde cítíte dotyk vkusu a umění. Jste téměř v centru města, vjedete do vrat, kde necháte zdarma zaparkované auto, přivítá vás milá ochotná paní majitelka a vy okamžitě pocítíte příjemnou atmosféru místa.

…

Laura was amazing, we loved the place, Laura and her son Emiliano were just wonderful, they went out of their way to help us and their place was perfect. Great air-conditioned, awesome location, very well decorated, with all needed amenities

Great location. There is a common area with a kitchen set up, which turned out to be very helpful. Nice room. Excellent value.

Excellent location in the historic center - yet private, quiet, secure with lovely outdoor terraces and gardens. Room was great, comfortable bed and AC was a must this June!

I liked all of it.

Proprietari cordiali e disponibili, ottima accoglienza. Comodo parcheggio privato.

Esperienza molto positiva, ci torneremmo volentieri!

Top ratings from our side (location, comfort, cleanliness). It met our expectations! Great value for money! On top of it, the host, Laura, was very welcoming and helpful! Strongly recommended!

It is not something that we did not like, just a warning to those who will come by car: expect narrow streets and challenging turns, but doable with due caution :)

The owner was very accommodating, nothing was a problem. Great location and excellent service. Thanks

Beautiful and clean property, nice location, on-grounds parking.

When we were not in our room, it was cleaned before we checked out. The property owner apologized for this. I'd recommend future guests to keep an eye out for such privacy matters.

Amazing location, very comfortable room, very clean. Everything was perfect. Private parking, very kind people

Large, modern room with an adjoining common area. Private parking. Friendly host. Perfect location.

All good

The rooms are well appointed, spacious and super clean. The location is absolutely perfect to enjoy everything Orvieto has to offer. Parking is available which makes it even more perfect!.

We absolutely loved Orvieto—it is such a pretty town. Our stay was a 10/10 experience! The location is awesome and right in the heart of everything, yet it stayed perfectly quiet and peaceful. We lived that there was a private parking spot (in the courtyard) as well! The room was a decent size and very clean, and the bed and pillow were very comfy. We really appreciated the shared kitchen, which had a coffee maker, microwave, a big table, and plenty of fridge space for both rooms. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we especially loved their very cute and friendly dog, Biscotto, and the sweet kitty. The outdoor seating area is also a great touch. We would definitely stay here again!

The only thing to note is that the alleyway to reach the property by car is quite narrow, but once you arrive, the parking lot in the courtyard is actually spacious.

Camera pulita e confortevole. Posizione top.

Posto pulitissimo posizione ottima gentilezza e accoglienza eccellenti.Anche Biscotto un dolcissimo concierge.

Andare via.

Great location. Quiet outside sitting area. Welcoming host.

All great

Better than photos; spacious bedroom and bath; all modern amenities and great common area with kitchen, coffee, sugar, cream for easy mornings. Excellent warmth from in room radiator after we made our way back on a cold rainy night.

Nothing! All was excellent.

N/A

It’s such a fresh and lovely place! The decoration is comfortable and fun. The contact people are very prompt and very friendly.

Around 11 PM other guests arrived and it was quite noisy and woke us up. It’s typical of the structure of the homes with lots of stone and tile.

The location is great and staff are the best. They go out of there way to help make your stay a good experience. I highly recommend.

I have no dislikes. Was great.

Siamo stati benissimo e torneremo sicuramente. Luciano e Roberta da Lecce

Very cozy place and with all required amenities. Highly recommend.

Loved the property. It was our 2nd place to stay in Orvieto and was my favorite place. Super clean. Updated look. In the shared space there was coffee and tea. We did not cook nor use the fridge but everything was there you needed. Shower had hot water with good water pressure. The owner met us and gave us a great welcome instructions including places to eat. There was 1 other couple staying in the room next door but we did not hear them at all. The outdoor alcove is a perfect place to sit and drink wine - very private and delightful place.

Nice kitchen facilities. Short walk to destinations. The greeting dog was an added bonus as well as the performance music in evenings from the apartment next door.

The weekend substitute who checked us in just before dinner time did not explain things well or let us know we would need reservations for his recommended eating locations.
