A la llegada al alojamiento, nos proporcionaron rápidamente la llave para acceder a las instalaciones. La cocina está muy bien equipada y dispone de lavadora.

No es como se muestra en las imágenes, está más anticuado. Se aprecia humedad y la falta de limpieza es más que evidente. Las toallas que nos proporcionaron estaban viejas y rotas y no nos proporcionaron en 5 días ningún cambio de toallas ni ningún tipo de limpieza. La ubicación, no es del todo céntrica está algo apartada de la zona de restaurantes. Lejos de Oludeniz, requieres de coche o autobús para poder acceder a las zonas turísticas ya que no se puede acceder andando al estar a un mínimo de 15’ en coche.

Tutto bene, appartamento accogliente, per 3 persone assolutamente confortevole, pulito, aveva tutto quanto si necessita, sia internamente che esternamente, ottima e molto pulita anche la piscina. Quindi pienamente soddisfatti

We stayed at the ovacik apartments for 5 nights. We have had such a fabulous time. The apartments are lovely with amazing air conditioning and super fast wifi. The location is perfect, few mins walk to hisaranu centre and supermarkets and bars. It’s located in a lovely, quiet area and it’s so peaceful at night. The bed was super comfy and all the amenities and cooking appliances made self catering super easy. The owners and the staff at the bars are all lovely and can’t do enough for you.

На территории аппартамента сломали самокат моей дочки, я попросил посмотреть по камерам видеонаблюдения, кто это сделал, однако руководители даже не постарались, халатное отношение к людям. Ни за что не отвечают.

I felt incredibly welcome and safe here. The apartments are modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The pool area is a fantastic place to relax, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful yet friendly. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

Absolutely nothing, it was a flawless stay. Expectations: It exceeded my expectations

Аппартаменты расположены в тихом месте, в пешей доступности мигрос и несколько ресторанов. Есть где припарковать авто. Номер оснащен всем необходимым, есть минимальный набор посуды чтоб приготовить завтрак, есть стиральная машина. Также были тостер и микроволновая печь, но рядом не было розеток чтоб их подключить, что весьма странно, в итоге мы ими и не пользовались. Как база для ночлега и выездов на авто в нижний олюдениз - отлично.

Очень неприятно было перед сном обнаружить всего 1 одеяло и 1 тонкий пододеяльник, хотя хозяевам было известно что нас будет трое. Также была проблема со сливом туалета , а слив душа был забит фекалиями. Никто толком не проверил номер к заезду, и так сойдет! Да, все решили после обращения к хозяевам, но негатив остался, такие вещи легко предусмотреть. Также это первые встреченные нами аппартаменты где вам не предоставят туалетную бумагу и мешки для мусора, а отправят за ними в магазин. Потрясающая мелочность!

It's a clean, spacious two-bedroom apartment with all the mod cons and it was fantastic value for money (October 2025). The host was super helpful, regularly checking to see if everything was okay. Staying at the apartment also meant we got a 10% discount at Paddys Lounge Bar in town, where the food was great.

There were quite a few things that needed fixing in the apartment, and I think the owners should implement a regular maintenance plan to ensure everything works for future guests.

Really great location for us, far enough out to be peaceful but close enough to get to anywhere we wanted. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Host was very easy to contact and super knowledgeable and helpful. Very good value for money too.

Genuinely nothing to complain about.

The location was very peaceful. The hosts Sharon and Gökhan were fabulously friendly and helpful with good communication. Our bungalow, although a little dated, was spotlessly clean. There were plenty of sun loungers and a great outdoor seating area around the pool, which was kept very clean. The owners have a restaurant and a bar in town and offered us a discount. The food was excellent, especially the Barbecue night.

Be aware if you take tins, there is no tin opener....and you can't buy them there! Our booking said we had a microwave. Our unit didn't as it had an oven. The owners tried to get one but couldn't. Not a big thing, but we do use a microwave a lot.

I had a short stay but will definitely be back and with all the family. The place is beautiful, modern and very clean. It has everything you might need for your stay. The pool area is lovely and peaceful. Very comfy bed. Sharon and gökhan were always around. Highly recommend

I couldnt fault anything

It was a lovely one bed apartment with seperate sitting room The pool area is lovely enough sunbeds and seating areas. It's a short walk into town or there is a taxi button on corner of road.

No hot water for showers in the mornings and very limited in the evening

TL;DR: The hotel was a major disappointment with poor room conditions, no cleaning service for two weeks, uncomfortable bedding, and an unprofessional owner who sprayed water over my belongings during cleaning. I do not recommend staying here. I was very disappointed with this hotel. The room was in poor condition, with visible wear and tear. The showerhead was clogged, causing water to flow poorly, and the small shower screen meant that water sprayed all over the bathroom, flooding it every time I tried to shower. In two weeks, there was no cleaning service at all, and the bed linens and towels were never changed. The bedding itself was old, synthetic, and covered in pilling, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The outdoor seating area had dusty cushions that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. At night, I couldn’t sleep due to the constant noise from the electrical panel in the room. The worst part was when I left my mousepad and a glass of juice on a table in the yard for just 15 minutes. A man who claimed to be the owner came to clean the floor with a hose, claiming there was broken glass. However, he sprayed the table where my things were sitting, soaking them completely. There were no signs of broken glass on or around the table. When I asked why he did that, he said the table belonged to another room and I wasn’t allowed to use it, even though there were no signs indicating this. When I asked if this was a reason to soak someone’s belongings, he had no response. I do not recommend this hotel. For the same price, you can find a much better place to stay. I was very surprised and disappointed that this hotel has a rating of 8.9 on Booking.com.

Lovely apartment in a quiet, but handy location. Sharon, the owner is always at hand to answer any questions you might have. I loved it, and will definitely go bach the next time i'm in the area

Very peaceful and lovely surroundings. Rooms have everything you need and plenty of space. Sharon (the owner) always at hand if needed. She organised my taxi to airport no problem. Clean and tidy everywhere.

Everything okay

we visited Paddy`s from the 8th April to the 21st of April 2024 so it was a little early in the season. the location was nice and quiet, and ideal for our 2 week stay, also we were lucky to have some nice hot weather for the majority of the time we were there. Sharon our host was very helpful and nothing it seemed was too much trouble for her and made our stay there so enjoyable which is why we both recommend Paddy`s apartments

The apartment is cute and beautiful but tiny. It was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful too. Within a ten minute walk the dolmus station is easily to be reached which takes you right to the beach and the nearby shopping area.

The property claimed to be a non-smoking property. Instead, you are greeted by huge ashtray columns decorating the entry stairwells. Pool and garden are kept properly but were fenced in by an ugly green plastic covering, carrying an advertisement for the pub. No view. It seemed like everyone on the property was smoking.

Lovely little apartment, very well equipped and clean. We loved our stay here and would certainly book again.

A little out off the beaten track, but only a few minutes walk to the main road. And conveniently, there is a taxi button on the corner, so it's not a real issue anyway.

Responsive host (we had a problem with pipes that was solved immediately), very clean, quiet location (you still can hear hotels disco, but it's far away and I didn't use my earplugs, which is extremely rare in Turkey) 5 minutes by car to a couple of good supermarkets, nice and clean swimming pool. Would definitely stay there again!

The apartments are located up the mountain, above the cable car station. If you have a car or if the sea is not your main concern, then this place is ideal.

The cosy atmosphere. The staff. The people who were staying there. so lucky to find this place.went for a wedding with my daughter. We were in the perfect location. 10 mins away from the hustle and bustle of oludenez and Hisaronu . Stay there again most definitely. Brilliant thanks guys.

In ovacik area with east access to shops and restaurants, Short walk to the main town of hisaronu , We really liked how private the place felt due to there only being a few apartments which meant we got the pool space to ourselves most of the time , well equipped kitchen with Toastie maker which was fab , the place it not 5 star but for the price it’s an absolute bargain , lovely helpful owner as well who is happy to help at all times would definitely return.

The apartment was very clean in a good location and offered very good value for money.

Perhaps a change of towels more often would have been more adequate.

The rooms and pool area are better than seen in photos. Quiet, family friendly facility with clean pool and yard. The lady there was kind and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to our friends and in couple of years I may visit the Oludeniz/Fethiye with larger family members and Paddy would be my first choice if available. If you had a car, the location is good to visit both Oludeniz and other Fethiye beaches & center.

The only issue - WiFi connections were not stable during the week we stayed.

Great location, close to Oludeniz without being in the heart of it. Easy access to the main road through to Fethiye. There was a lovely pool area and the apartment and bed were comfortable.

The apartment wasn’t as clean as the other apartments I have booked with booking.com, over the years. The toilet bowl was badly stained, as were the mugs. There’s also several squashed mosquitoes on the walls and ceiling that needed the mosquito’s removed and wiping down. We were also unlucky because the other family (with 4 kids and a baby), that were staying on site took over the pool, loungers and eating area so much so, that we had to go ‘out’ every day. They were noisy until late and early in the morning and even banged on our door at 10.30pm to get their ball from off our balcony. This is in no way a reflection on our host who was super helpful but it should be mentioned as it did hinder our enjoyment.

The apartment was clean, well equipped and the wifi was working very well compare to other hotel in the area. We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely come back.

Everything was perfect

It's a beautiful apartment well worth the money. All the facilities were perfect. What impressed me the most was how well equipped the kitchen is. Most holiday rentals don't really care about the kitchen and leave very little. Paddy's apartment, however, had more than we could think of. All sorts of useful pots and pans, even a George foreman grill and microwave. It was a very clean and super modern, comfortable apartment. I would highly recommended staying here and renting a 50cc moped from phoenix rentals for only 15€ a day. Best way to explore a lovely area.
