We thought the variety at breakfast was excellent, along with that at dinner. The staff were extremely helpful regarding my nut allergy and were always on hand to help me with this. The external pool and bar area was lovely with the most amazing views and a lovely choice of mellow music played around the wonderful infinity pool. We didn't have a swim up pool room but these looked really nice and when we return ( which we will ) I think we will treat ourselves to one of these. The rooms were lovely and always cleaned daily to a high standard. The value of this hotel was fantastic and we really liked the taxi button situated right outside, with taxis arriving in minutes after pressing this. It is worth taking the hotel bus to Sugar Beach and taking advantage of a day or two there, again a very chilled experience. Our whole stay here here was made top notch by the truly amazing staff, always super friendly and helpful and, whilst they really all were wonderful, we have to pick out Sinem on front desk and Samet in the restaurant. Truly outstanding and lovely people that we were sad to say goodbye to :-( Thank you to all for a fabulous four night stay x

I don't believe that anything could actually be made better by the hotel aside from, as in the world over, trying to find some way to stop people reserving their sunbeds at 7am and then leaving them empty for a few hours. This is a minor critique that it would be lovely if someone could address ( everywhere! ) but it will not stop us returning!

Great view Staff was helpful

The view and breakfast were quite satisfactory in terms of value for money. We would also like to thank Ms. Şükriye, who cleaned our room, and the young gentleman who kindly assisted us with arranging our massage at the spa.

From the moment we arrived, unfortunately, we did not experience the warm and welcoming atmosphere we expected from a hotel of this standard. When we approached the reception for check-in, we were informed that our room would be ready shortly. However, we had to wait approximately 105 minutes before we were finally able to check in. We had also requested an early check-in in advance, subject to availability, but unfortunately, we did not receive any response to our request. During check-in, I asked about the payment and was informed that the POS terminal was not working. When I returned to the reception later, I was told that the payment had already been completed through Booking.com. At check-out, I was again assured that everything regarding the payment was settled. However, after leaving the property, I received several phone calls informing me that the payment had not been made. This situation made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unfairly placed me in the position of having to prove that I had fulfilled my payment obligations. Unfortunately, all of the positive experiences we had at the property were overshadowed by this incident. As someone who works in the hotel industry, I would like to provide some constructive feedback. In my opinion, the Front Office team needs significant improvement in terms of guest interaction and professionalism. There were several occasions when staff members did not even stand up or acknowledge guests with a simple greeting when they approached the reception desk. For a hotel operating under the Wyndham brand, I believe the current level of Front Office service and staff engagement does not reflect the standards one would expect from such an international hotel group. Overall, the property has a beautiful view and great potential. However, while the facilities and scenery are impressive, the level of service, particularly at the Front Office, was unfortunately below expectations.

The hotel has two buildings and the one below the pool feels a bit old, especially compared with the upper building by the swimming pool, which is very modern.

For the area this was a bit of quiet luxury - the room was modern , large , comfy and with Perry wardrobe space , TV etc . We booked a swim Up room and it was perfect ! Own balcony ,infinity pool to cool off in .

Over all great - and we would come back . The one thing that doesn’t quite “fit” is the main bar . It’s branded Irish Bar which jars with the overall vibe . The cocktails are lovely and the seating etc is beret cool but Irish Bar is just weird in this setting.

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cet hôtel et avons malheureusement été très déçus. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée ne correspondait pas à celle réservée sur Booking.com. Elle était mal agencée, avec très peu d'espace autour du lit et un balcon fermé, sans vue. Mon épouse utilise un appareil contre l'apnée du sommeil et il n'y avait même pas de place pour l'installer à côté du lit. Malgré plusieurs demandes, aucune véritable solution ne nous a été proposée. On nous a simplement déplacés dans une autre chambre présentant les mêmes défauts. La soi-disant chambre avec jacuzzi n'avait aucun intérêt : le jacuzzi était sale et le balcon, entouré d'un mur d'environ 1,30 m de haut, ne permettait même pas de profiter de la vue. Le plus choquant a été l'attitude d'une réceptionniste nommée Elif, qui s'est montrée très impolie et nous a parlé de manière irrespectueuse. Heureusement, une responsable, Mme Didem, est intervenue avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et a apaisé la situation. C'est la seule personne qui nous a réellement écoutés. Nous avons séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels Ramada auparavant et nous avons toujours été satisfaits. Cette expérience ne reflète absolument pas les standards de la marque. Malheureusement, nous ne reviendrons pas.

Helemaal niets. De accommodatie voldoet niet aan wat je van een fatsoenlijk verblijf mag verwachten. De basis, zoals schoonmaak, rust en goed werkende voorzieningen, ontbreekt.

De gebrekkige schoonmaak, de belachelijk vroege en storende housekeeping, de niet-werkende tv-kanalen en de keiharde muziek. Het voelt alsof er totaal geen rekening wordt gehouden met gasten die daadwerkelijk voor hun rust en vakantie komen. Kamers zijn gedateerd, zie foto’s. €759 euro betaald voor dit. Werkelijk waar een schande!

Beautiful pool and the food in the ala carte resturant was lovely. There is a taxi button at the entrance to the hotel as you're not in walking distance to anything.

The hotel agreed to arrange a taxi for us to the airport, I had messaged 4 times asking for confirmation to which there was no response and no taxi upon arrival. When we arrived we were told we'd been "upgraded" to the style of room which we'd booked in the first place. The cover for the bed was a blanket like something from a UK hospital. No opportunity to get food when we arrived at 9.30pm, we were told the resturants were closed. No guidance of where or how to get a taxi to be able to get food. After our room was cleaned, the door was left open and unlocked by the cleaners. We didn't mention this to the hotel staff, we didn't see much point as nothing was lost or taken. Simply an observation.

The view from the pool to the sea and mountain

Very disappointing experience. We booked a sea-view room with a balcony but were given a room facing the restaurant wall only!! When we asked to change the room to be similar to what we booked, the staff were unhelpful stating that not available. After long discussion and after speaking with the hotel manager, They eventually offered us a twin room, but we waited over 40 minutes for it to be prepared. When we asked how much longer it would take, the staff responded rudely and unprofessionally, showing no concern for their guests.

Our room had a great view, the people were very nice, the breakfast was very good.

That I had to pay for Turkish coffee at breakfast, I’m in Turkey right 🤷‍♀️

У отеля действительно классное месторасположение, есть удобная парковка, расположен он в стороне от основных толп. Завтрак - шикарный, одних оливок 5 видов. Готовят омлет по запросу.

Отель в целом достаточно уставший, на фото все выглядит гораздо приятнее. Но главный минус - это постоянная музыка. Если вы живете с видом на море, то будете слушать ее с утра и до позднего вечера. Она играет в зоне бассейна, куда будут выходить ваши окна/балкон. Когда вечером вы попросите уже наконец-то сделать ее потише, окажется, что музыка отчасти заглушала гул вентиляционной системы. В правом крыле от входа это доминирующий звук. Персонал отеля не настроен на шикарный сервис. Впечатление такое, как будто первым делом они решают свои проблемы, и только потом обращают внимание на клиентов. Насколько я понял, даже не стоит пытаться рассматривать этот отель в случае если вы перемещаетесь не на авто/такси. Предлагаемый «свой пляж» Sugar beach очень плохой - он находится в глухой части знаменитой бухты и уже в июне вода там была застоявшийся и вонючей. Рекомендую не тратить время на него, хоть вам и предлагается бесплатный трансфер на этот пляж. В целом, Олюдениз не отличается чем-то в лучшую сторону от курортов Краснодарского края. Ни морем, ни инфраструктурой

nous sommes arrivés à 21h et il y avait la musique à fond au bar qui donnait sur toutes les chambres. La chambre était très mal insonorisée et il nous a fallu dormir avec des boules quies. Au petit déjeuner, il y avait également de la musique à un niveau assez élevé. C’était le parcours du combattant pour récupérer les serviettes de piscine qui étaient au spa de l’hôtel. Facilité pour se stationner, la vue et la piscine. Bien que plus loin de Oludeniz il est facile de s’y rendre en auto. Diversité du petit déjeuner. Un soir notre voisin de chambre écoutait la TV très fort (nous avions l’impression d’écouter son programme avec lui). Nous avons avisé la réception qui à agit immédiatement.

I stayed there for 7 nights and it was excellent. The staff is very nice and friendly, the food is very tasty, the rooms are very clean and even they give you free water one bottle a day. They are very helpful, if u look for public transport they will arrange it for you. Even the people who don't speak English are very very nice.

We had an amazing time here at the Ramada in Oludeniz.. The Staff from Emrah, Mehmet, Efes, Unger and The Team are very welcoming 🙏🏽

I had a truly unique and memorable experience staying at Ramada in Ölüdeniz. From the moment I arrived, the service was absolutely fantastic. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A special mention goes to the manager, Mr.Birk who consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. No matter the situation, he always finds a solution and ensures guests feel comfortable and valued. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained, which made my stay even more relaxing. The food is another highlight — there is a wide variety of options, and everything I tried was fresh and delicious. On top of all that, the views are simply breathtaking, making the whole experience even more special. Our honeymoon week was truly unforgettable, with an incredible panoramic view of the sea from Ölüdeniz and the cable car to the left making the landscape even more unique. The large swimming pool, seemingly suspended above the sea, blends perfectly into the horizon – a real highlight. The room, warm, minimalist, and modern, was very comfortable, with top-notch service, a smiling and attentive staff, and impeccable cleanliness.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Ramada by Wyndham Fethiye Oludeniz. The hotel has a great vibe — relaxed, clean, and very well taken care of. Odalar çok geniş yataklar çok konforluydu, manzara mükemmeldir. Kahvaltısında çeşit bol herkese hitap ediyor yiyecek muhakkak seçkin ürünler bulunur. temizlik çok başarılı, personel güler yüzlü ve yardımcı oluyorlar bölgedeki konumu çok rahat her yere ulaşım sağlanabiliyor. Herkese tavsiye ederim gönül rahatlığıyla kaldık.

Denize giderken trafik çok olabiliyor erken hareket etmekte fayda var.

The food spoils the hotel but otherwise it’s lovely the staff at reception are brilliant the hotel stunning but food wasn’t good we are coming back next September but just bed and breakfast we will eat out plenty lovely restaurants we like to be in the main hotel as we are elderly

The location and staff was amazing, special thanks to Mercan 🙏 They even made a meal for me when all the kitchen was already closed and helped me with all the navigation. Will definitely be back again 🥰

عند وصولنا للفندق كان الطريق إليه متعب جداً وموحش وتم تأخير دخولنا بحجة عدم وجود غرفه جاهزه ولم يتم استقبالنا بشكل جيد والموظفون لايجيدون حتى التعامل مع الضيف الذي كان متعب من السفر وليسوا كرما ايضاً حتى كوب ماء لم يقدم لنا هذا غير الأثاث القديم والحشرات بالغرفة وايضاً مسؤول التنظيف قام بطرق باب الغرفه ومحاولة الدخول ونحن متواجدين فيها للأسف فندق المفروض أن لايحمل اسم رمادا !!

Красивые виды, большие номера, приятное пространство у бассейна, вкусные коктейли в баре, отличный завтрак. Есть трансфер на пляж - пляж не очень, но хотя бы спускают вниз. Персонал приятный. Соотношение цена-качество отличное!

Еда в ресторане по меню очень невкусная, цены не прописаны - официант называет их сам (видимо, так чувствует). Те цены, которые есть, почему-то указаны в фунтах - а там сам догадывайся, какой курс. Помимо этого, ресторан страшно дорогой - будто и правда в Англии. Есть трансфер на пляж, но сам пляж - это не у моря, а у озера какого-то. Можно доехать с трансфером вниз и пройтись пешком в лагуну. Вода в бассейне в октябре не подогревается, поэтому там почти никто не купается.

My sister and I love this hotel. The view from reception is outstanding and the staff are super friendly. Mertcan and Sevgi were extremely helpful on reception and we’re looking forward to returning next year. We always have a sea view room and prefer the 300 number rooms. Just down the road you can get local minibuses to most destinations. Plus there is a free shuttle each day to Sugar Beach. The pool water is cold but refreshing and the sun loungers very comfortable. I lost a ring here last year and it was kept safe to be given back to me this year which I was very grateful for. Thank you all the staff at the hotel, you make our stay a wonderful one.

Amazing holiday at Ramada. Beautiful location in the hills, fantastic views of Oludeniz. Huge room with jacuzzi, very comfortable and clean. Room cleaned daily. Lovely pool area and fantastic breakfast choices in the restaurant. Very friendly staff, particularly Mertcan who greeted us in arrival and made us complimentary tea and coffee. Would definitely revisit!

Genel olarak temizlik açısından ciddi bir sorunla karşılaşmadık. Ancak balayı çifti olmamıza rağmen iki ayrı yataklı bir oda verilmişti. Alternatif olarak sundukları odada ise klimanın çalışmadığını söylediler. Otele ilk girdiğimizde manzarasını çok beğenip bu nedenle rezervasyonumuzu uzatma kararı almıştık, ancak yaşadığımız durumlar tam bir hayal kırıklığıydı. Maalesef beklentilerimizi karşılamadı.

Had a great time at the Ramada. Brilliant staff. Mertcan, Bertrand and many more can't remember their names. Breakfast service and staff couldn't do enough....Mercantile helped us secure a room for late check out. Without it we would have been hanging around all day. Our coach pickup wasn't until. 7.30pm. Beautiful views from hotel. Shame we had 3 days of thunderstorms 😢 out of 10. Would recommend cable car and 12 island boat trip. It was very well organised and authentic. We stayed at the Ramada hotel for 10 days in a swim up room. It was our first time visiting Turkey. Wow what an amazing country. The hotel is lovely, high up on a hill with stunning views. You are a few miles out of Olu Deniz, so need to get a taxi as the main road is busy. The taxi's are about £5 pounds each way. Our swim up room was amazing. Clean and comfortable. It was lovely having our own sunbeds outside our room, however, the main pool was never busy. The staff at the hotel are amazing. They are so helpful and friendly. They cant do enough for you. They really go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and give you advice/help on things to do. Big thanks to all the staff, especially, Mertcan, Emirhan, Orhan, Ibrahim, Omer and Hasan. We had bed and breakfast. Breakfast was nice but I m glad we went into the town for tea as the food at the hotel looked a bit more expensive. The cable car is a must visit. its not expensive and its great to watch the paragliders start off on their jump. The Tuesday market in Fethiye is well worth a visit. The hotel put a trip on for about £10 per person. You really need to haggle, as they come after you if you walk away. We bought a handbag for 900 TL with the trader starting at 3,500 TL. They also do a shuttle bus to the blue lagoon. We were dissappointed with the blue lagoon. There's lots of lovely restaurants in Olu Deniz. Captain Hook, Tiki, Bamboo. Food is reasonable, its just the cocktails are UK prices. Loved this holiday and will be back.

Отель явно требует ремонта. Слабый напор воды, горячая совсем не горячая, а еле теплая течет. Переодически отключалось электричество и питание отеля переходило на дизель-генератор, который тарахтел, ночью особенно слышно. После первой ночи, утром вообще небыло ни какой воды часа два. Попросили плед на ночь, уже прохладно, принесли какую-то старую тряпку, фото прилагаю.

We were very disappointed With the Ramada it’s very tired and needs repairs done our bedroom was ok but the bathroom needed attention,also we had to make our own bed quite a few times and ask for clean towels.The food is not good I mainly had soup and cheese and bread also cold ,the entertainment was ok only 2 nights in 10 days ,they had a TV in the restaurant playing football most nights not professional in a restaurant only one waiter who so sorry lost my paper with his name it stared with a M and he was young and had a brother in the UK his English was very good ,also it says adult hotel and we had a young Turkish boy staying and the restaurant manager said he was 16 years old no way he was about 12 years old.Reception staff and bell boy were the best looked after us we will miss them ,the Ramada is nothing like the sertil deluxe we were very disappointed. This hotel gets a 4 star review mostly because the views are stunning and the spa treatment was excellent. The hotel messed up my room booking on the first night but then upgraded me to a swim-up room for the remaining 3 nights of my holiday and allowed me a late-checkout on my last day- which I greatly appreciated. A big thanks to Sevgi on Reception who made this happen. Most of the staff at the hotel seemed very tired, perhaps as it’s coming to the end of the holiday season. They therefore were not very friendly and would often walk past me without even saying, hello or good morning! I must say with the exception of Ishmail, Ella (masseuse), Memet (Spa manager) and a mature member of waiting staff in the restaurant area, who was very attentive. Customer service could be a lot better overall and consistent with all guests and not just their favourites! .The food served at the hotel was ok but surprisingly drinks are not included in the half board meals so you have to buy drinks separately. Some of the serving glasses and plates/bowls were chipped which clearly need replacing. The evening entertainment was ok but they need to fix up the dry-looking, so called games-area, so there’s more for guests to do in the evening. I would return possibly for a short stay, but not as a solo traveller as the hotel seems to be set up mainly for couples.

I stayed for two nights at Ramada by Wyndham Fethiye Oludeniz, and it was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the management kindly arranged a quiet room with a beautiful view of the pool. The place is truly amazing, and the breakfast was varied and absolutely delicious. Also, they provide free access to Sugar Beach, which me and my wife really enjoyed. Thank you to the whole team for the warm hospitality. 🌸

Not a 4 star hotel, staff were excellent but decor is very dated and needs some serious attention. Food was average, at lunch it was fine, a good choice and a wide variety however the dinner option was purely a buffet which was barely edible. There was a distinct lack of seating areas to relax for drinks and the patio was like a skating rink when it got wet. That said the location was lovely so I’d return to the area but probably not this hotel unless they undertake a full refurb. It’s an adults only hotel but didn’t think this was applicable to the workmen (see photos)

We have just had the loveliest stay at the Ramada Oludeniz, such a beautiful hotel with the loveliest staff. Shout out to Mertcan, Seagi, and the whole reception team for being so helpful with all of questions and queries. The staff in the restaurant and round the pool can’t do enough for you either! The spa is gorgeous, we had two lovely massages and enjoyed the Turkish baths very much. Hotel rooms are clean, spacious, and with lovely facilities. The sunbeds and pool is just gorgeous, beautiful views over the Blue Lagoon. We had the best time and would love to come back!
