A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 must be paid upon check-in per house. This will be pre-authorized on your debit or credit card upon arrival and automatically released off your card after departure, subject to an inspection of the property. Reviewed Mar 27, 2026Es liegt nur ca. 20 Fahrminuten vom Flughafen Dublin und ca. 8 Fahrminuten von Swords entfernt. Es liegt ruhig und etwas abgelegen mit Wiesen und Eichhörnchen um die Häuser. Sehr positiv überrascht waren wir, dass jedes Schlafzimmer sein eigenes Badezimmer hat. Einfach super. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher.... Parkplätze sind auch reichlich vorhanden. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Mark, unseren Hauswart. So ein liebenswerter und netter Mensch, er hilft und gibt Tipps wo es nur geht. Spitze. Wir haben einige Tipps befolgt und nette Orte kennen gelernt.
Das Inventar bedürfte einer Erneuerung. Die Couch und der Esstisch, sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sollten von ihren Leiden erlöst werden😉 Ein frischer Anstrich wäre auch nicht verkehrt. Schade ist, das es an der Straße keinen Gehweg gibt. Man nicht wirklich spazieren gehen, da die Straßen sehr schmal sind.

However, the shower to one of the rooms upstairs was not in working conditions and we had to come done to shower. Then in the other apartment or house, the toilet couldn’t flush. I tried to communicate to the host but he wasn’t happy as he was on holiday so I decided to manage.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2025The house was spotless, and both cot and highchair were in place as requested before we arrived. Mark was on site to welcome us and gave us lots of useful info about where to go and have family fun locally. Location is amazing, quiet and peaceful, yet only a short drive to shops, parks etc.
Honestly couldn't fault our stay. Even the green area outside the backdoor was well cared for, so, great for the kids to play on.

Beds needing tightening as they squeaked every time you moved. The electricity went off on the last evening for some kitchen plugs. To be charged €40 for utilities but only use €10 worth approximately and not be offered a refund is disappointing.
