Best Point Hotel Sultanahmet,Istanbul

Excellent location. Excellent service. Breakfast was great, and the view of the Blue Mosque. Overall, a great hotel for great value and great service. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. If you need anything you can call the front desk and they will bring it right away. We needed an iron, and it was brought to our room almost immediately. I have no complaints.

Breakfast lady was watching soap operas on her mobile phone which was all we could hear during breakfast. We had to disturb her from her soap operas in order to place our breakfast order. Not very professional. Room access was up in an elevator - through the restaurant and then down a set of tight stairs... not great, but a problem if not very mobile.

La struttura è in una posizione comodissima per girare a piedi il quartiere e per prendere i tram necessari a muoversi per la città. Ho apprezzato molto la pulizia di tutto e la cortesia dello staff. La colazione in terrazza è spettacolare per la vista e per l'offerta di cibo tipico turco, dolce e salato, tutto molto buono e anche con qualche variazione giornaliera.

Niente di particolare, forse il fatto che bisogna insistere un po' per i pagamenti con carta, ma in verità è una cosa che ho notato in generale nella città. Arrivando dall'aeroporto non si è sempre pronti con il contante locale, consigliato preparasi.

Rooms are a bit small if you're a traveller with large suitcases. But as expected since its a central located hotel.

Mohammed was the personnel in the reception and he goes over extra miles to make sure that the guest is happy. Very friendly, polite and good person. He being there guests would not have any complaints.

Mi-am plăcut amplasarea. Este localizata la câteva minute de cele mai importante atracții turistice. Hotelul are un restaurant pe acoperiș iar de pe terasa restaurantului vedeam Moscheea albastră și marea.

Camera este mica și pe alocuri ar avea nevoie de unele recondiționări Mobilierul și designul sunt vechi.

Dass beim Frühstück ab und an die Reste vom Vortag aufgebraucht worden sind, die am zweiten Tag einfach nicht mehr schmecken, zB Bleenis, Pfannkuchen,... Es gibt aber genügend Alternativen.

Уютный небольшой отель в самом центре Стамбула. Отель небольшой, стильный и уютный. Номера компактные, мебель не самая новая, но опрятная и чистая. Удобные матрасы, чистое и свежее постельное белье. Мы останавливались в номерах, оборудованных хаммамом. После длительных прогулок по Стамбулу погреться в хаммаме невероятно приятно. Завтраки накрывают на верхнем этаже, с которого открывается потрясающий вид на Босфор и исторический центр Стамбула. Завтраки вполне приличные, очень много вкусной выпечки. Прямо у входа в отель расположен магазин, в котором можно купить все необходимое. В шаговой доступности просто огромное количество кафе и ресторанов на любой вкус. Отличная звукоизоляция номеров, в отеле очень тихо. Быстрый интернет. Оплатить проживание можно наличными при заселении, это может быть важно для путешественников из России. Отдельных слов благодарности заслуживает персонал. Грамотный, отзывчивый, очень профессиональный. Все это создает ощущение домашней, можно сказать, семейной обстановки. Про район, в котором расположен отель, я ничего писать не буду. Если вы однажды здесь побываете, то будете возвращаться сюда вновь и вновь. Про отель можно сказать то же самое. Если вы в нем остановитесь, то потом будет останавливаться в этом отеле еще много раз.

Property was very clean, everything was perfect. Our room was around the corner from where the main hotel and it was good. Breakfast on the roof top overlooking the blue mosque and Bosporus sea was just perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was just amazing. Located in the heart of Old Sultanahmet so very close to all the amenities.

We really enjoyed the excellent location of the hotel in the heart of the historic Sultanahmet district, with all the main attractions within easy walking distance. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. They also helped us organise a wonderful evening Bosphorus cruise, taking care of everything from the transfer to the boat and back to the hotel. The same excellent and highly professional service was provided for our airport transfers. The breakfast was also one of the best we have ever had — absolutely outstanding. Overall, the level of service was truly exceptional.

We had no major complaints at all. Our stay exceeded our expectations, and we would be very happy to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

L’établissement est vraiment bien , La literie est exceptionnelle le personnel est gentil et a l’écoute et le ménage est vraiment bien fait les chambres sont du propreté irréprochable. L’emplacement est exceptionnel à proximité de tout les lieux touristiques et des transports en commun.le petit déjeuner etait diversifié en fonction des jours et très bon et depuis la terrasse nous avions une très belle vue.

Je n’ai pas aimé le paiement qui doit se faire obligatoirement une partie en liquide et une partie par carte sans que cela ne soit mentionné nulle part . Ainsi que l’odeur de la chambre lors de notre arrivée à cause de la salle de bain hamam .

Location a staff were nice

The AC was not working in the middle of summer. This is just a different room for one night… You booked three rules as a family and they had us a three different buildings. The breakfast is subpar and not hygienic or healthy. The breads were stale, the rooms were old, the bedding was not comfortable. We were told that we have to pay cash at check-in, which is unheard of.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, located in the heart of Sultanahmet, few minutes' walk from the Blue Mosque. The back terrace of the suite had a lovey view over the Bosphorus. The suite had two bedrooms and two bathrooms (if you count the hamam as a shower), which came in handy travelling with two teenagers, and a small kitchenette). The staff were great, especially Caner. The rooms were clean on arrival, with the bottled water and sweets left daily in the room a nice touch. The breakfast was an interesting combination of daily staples and items that varied on a daily basis. The view from the breakfast terrace unforgettable.

The breakfast terrace tended to get crowded. It would perhaps help to ease the flow if the breakfast opened slightly earlier (currently 8am to 10am). Having said that, the staff were great and kept all the items freshly stocked.

El plegatin para mi hijo, era pequeño ya que le mide 1.93 se le salían las piernas y hemos visto que en la habitación de al lado eran camas grandes y normales no plegatines.

The location is amazing. Near to a lot of landmarks, popular locations, transport and restaurants. Also their breakfast was very great: You could find anything you wanted for breakfast: egg, omelette, sausage, juice, corn flakes, desserts, cheese, ...

The room facilities were not great: The vault was not working and also both the fridges in two rooms seem to be off (I put some stuff in there and they were not cold the next day)

The staff was amazing—extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location is excellent, and the apartment was wonderful. If you're in the mood to relax, you can even enjoy a traditional Turkish bath inside your own apartment. The area is full of restaurants touristic and local ones. Take some time to walk around, and you'll discover many great places to eat. I recommend exploring the neighborhood rather than dining at the restaurant on the property.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the breakfast. It felt more like a lunch buffet than a breakfast, with too many Turkish dishes. I would have appreciated a wider selection of breads and cured meats. During my stay, I mostly had scrambled eggs, orange juice, espresso, and the pastries, which were delicious. I also don't recommend the rooftop restaurant. It is very expensive, and the food doesn't justify the price. That said, I WOULD STAY here again if I return to Turkey—not because of the breakfast or the restaurant, but because the apartment was excellent, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they truly made me feel at home. Both managers were nice and so the guy responsible for the luggage and other stuff around. The internet was terrible. We had our own. My kids could never connect their iPods- to none of the hotspots available.

Beautiful hotel with a very authentic atmosphere. The rooftop terrace is amazing, with a stunning view of the Blue Mosque, especially at sunrise and in the evening. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the entire hotel was well maintained. The breakfasts were delicious, with a good variety of food. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect for exploring Sultanahmet on foot. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

Food price in their resturant very inflated

The charm of this hotel was the reflection of old Istanbul, very well cared for and preserved throughout the hotel. Nice touches in the rooms, cakes and toiletries presented tastefully. Breakfast on the roof was lovely, and there was an amazing spread, although it was somewhat crowded. This put us off eating in the restaurant in the evening, with hindsight we should have, as the surrounding restaurants were all fast food of not particularly good quality. If I returned, I would eat in the restaurant as the quality of the breakfast, should be selected in their cooking.

Stairs were steep but thankfully not many of them. I imagine a lift is impossible due to the age of the building. There was a lift to the roof restaurant, although you still had to go up and down the stairs to get to the elevator

We only stayed at this hotel for one night, but it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel is absolutely wonderful and perfectly located in the heart of Istanbul. The restaurant offers a breathtaking view of the Blue Mosque, making every meal truly special.

Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, even assisting us with exchanging money. We also arranged an airport transfer through the hotel for the following day, and the service was first-class. Our room was spacious, spotless, and even featured a private hammam, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I can only give my highest recommendation to this hotel and its outstanding staff. We will be delighted to stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul

Перед выселением мы сдали номер, оставили чемоданы на первом этаже и ушли на прогулку. Позже обнаружили, что забыли в номере AirPods. По геолокации было видно, что примерно час назад наушники находились в отеле. Мы попросили разрешения вернуться в номер, но наушников там уже не оказалось. На ресепшене мы обратились к менеджеру с просьбой помочь найти их. Сначала нам просто ответили, что наушников в номере нет и персонал ничего не видел и не знает, они всех опрасили. Лишь после примерно 30-40 минут разговоров и настойчивых просьб все же отдать наушники, нам сообщили, что наушники якобы случайно забрал персонал вместе с грязным бельём в прачечную. Это объяснение вызывает большие сомнения, потому что AirPods лежали возле телевизора, а не на кровати или среди постельного белья. Случайно собрать их вместе с бельём практически невозможно. В итоге наушники нам вернули, но вся эта ситуация оставила крайне неприятное впечатление. Создалось ощущение, что вещь была взята сотрудником, а объяснение придумали уже после наших настойчивых требований. Из-за этого случая доверие к отелю было полностью потеряно. К сожалению, несмотря на хорошее расположение, рекомендовать этот отель я не могу. Еще ни в коем случае не берите трансфер от отеля за вами приедет грязная вонючая газель, хотя в описании написано комфортный и чистый трансфер, за те же деньги вызовите Uber, реально чистый и комфортный.

I had a fantastic experience at the Best Point Hotel. I loved everything: the property is very well maintained, the view from the terrace is simply spectacular, and the location is perfect for visiting the historic center of Istanbul. The breakfast was very rich, with a wide variety of fresh products, the best way to start the day. A special thanks goes to all the staff, always kind, smiling, and ready to help at any time. I truly felt very welcome and would definitely return here on my next trip to Istanbul. I highly recommend it!

The Hotel provides probably the most luxurious and abundant breakfast that I ever had in a Hotel. This is provided on the rooftop restaurant of the Hotel with a stunning view over th Blue Mosque and the Aegean sea as well. We enjoyed it very much. The room was fine, although the interior design is a bit too corny for my taste. The in-built Hamam is a pleasure, and although we could not use it properly (lack of knowledge on our side), we still enjoyed it. The location is fabulously central. Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet is literally 3 minutes walk, we are right there. The staff was really friendly, and although the management wanted to convince me to pay part of the bill in cash (which took me for surprise), the manager was not very hard insisting it.

The breakfast closes rather early at 10am, so most of the guest arrive in the last half an hour, - I would suggest to reconsider to prolong at least until 10:30. Since the streat is rather noisy, the windows shall be kept closed and the airconditioning going on 24h to keep the room cool. I would suggest to add more than just a cover blanket for the night (and to add also a sheet), - with the airconditioning on a simple blanket might not be enough for everyone (it wasn't for me, I asked for an additional cover).

Habitación espectacular. Zona estupenda, al lado de todo. Desayuno y cena con vistas a la mezquita azul y un desayuno de revista, con todos los dulces y tartas que te puedas imaginar.

Que nos quisieron cambiar las condiciones de pago en cuanto llegamos al hotel diciendo que teníamos que pagar la primera noche con tarjeta y el resto de la estancia en efectivo.

La colazione che puoi trovare qui é la migliore di Istanbul: ricca, varia e sempre diversa. La posizione é imbattibile, dalla terrazza della colazione vedi direttamente la Moschea Blu. Servizi impeccabili: la camera é stata pulita tutti i giorni e ci hanno sempre fornito acqua e dolcetti omaggio.

Ótima localização para quem desejar ficar próximo dos principais pontos turísticos; atenção dos funcionários; qualidade da internet; e silêncio nos arredores do quarto.

Ficamos hospedados em um outro prédio, diferente da sede do hotel, mas perto dele (1 quarteirão). É próximo mas exigia um pequeno deslocamento do quarto até o local do café da manhã. Não comprometeu a estadia de forma alguma, mas diminui um pouco o conforto.
