Zeyn Otel Istanbul

It was an absolute gem, we loved every minute of staying at Zeyn. Starting from our room to the very generous breakfast. True hospitality of the staff, who attempted to make every moment of our stay enjoyable. It is with the open heart that I recommend this property.

Customer service exactly as the reviews all suggest. Completely as expected, great place to base yourselves from near major sites. All we would notice is if not early for breakfast it can be difficult to find space. But overall great stay and would recommend

The attitude and hospitality is amazing, you get taken care of, gifts and attention, it is an amazing experience.

The location is great and not great. It is close to the mosque so get ready to be waken up with a prayer if you have the seaview. The difficulty is with the steep climb on cooblestone when you want to reach the tram line and major attractions. I wouldn't suggest it with strollers or mobility issues.

The hospitality here was absolutely amazing. When we first arrived, the receptionist gave us a detailed PowerPoint presentation explaining the best places to visit in Istanbul, things to be careful about, and useful tips for saving money. It was surprisingly thorough and turned out to be incredibly helpful during our stay. And the support didn’t stop there. Every time we went out, the staff would help us with advice and recommendations. They even gave us water, a scarf, and a handwritten letter, which were such thoughtful touches and made us feel genuinely cared for. The walk up the hill to the hotel can be a little tough, especially after a long day of sightseeing, but the warmth and hospitality you receive here make it completely worth it. A truly memorable stay in Istanbul!

В номере есть кондиционер. На завтрак большое разнообразие закусок. Я очень рекомендую именно этот отель!

Чудовий готель! Завжди чисто та прибрано, вода, чай, кава, чайник в номері! Ввічливий персонал, допомагають у всіх питаннях! При заселенні ознайомлюють з усіма місцями, які варто відвідати, підкажуть що варто і що ні. Розташування дуже зручне, в кількох хвилинах хотьби від всіх памʼяток та трамвайної зупинки! Дуже раджу цей готель, ціна якість на висоті!

The staff were fantastic and really couldn’t do enough for us. The location is perfect for getting around all the landmarks. Room was great, comfy bed, decent shower and a sea view.

Exceptional stay at Zeyn Otel! The owners and staff are super friendly and always ready to help. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and towels are changed daily. The location is great as well very close to the city center and within easy walking distance of nice cafes and shops. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Todos los que nos han atendido han sido super amables y serviciales, muy atentos y cariñosos. Da gusto ir a otro país y encontrar gente así. Estaban atentos en todo momento para que no te faltara de nada. Las camas grandes y cómodas y el desayuno muy variado, tienen tanto dulce como salado, como opciones saludables.

Me ha gustado todo pero no me esperaba tener que subir una cuesta algo pronunciada para ir a los puntos de interés. Por lo demás todo de 10!

The room was fantastic, very clean, AC works fine, only downside was we kept waking up around 5.30 because of the mosque on the other side of the street, but that’s obviously not the hotel’s fault. Loved the breakfast, wide variety of products. The best thing about this hostel is definitely the people working there and their hospitality. We felt very welcome during our whole stay and they went out of their way makings sure we had a good time and helping us with whatever they could.

Das Servicepersonal war wirklich sehr nett und sehr bemüht. Sie waren sehr interessiert daran, dass wir eine gute Zeit in Istanbul haben und haben uns viele Tipps gegeben sowie sich bemüht ein paar Wörter Deutsch zu lernen. Das Zimmer mit Meerblick war sehr schön. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft sehr sauber. Beim Frühstück gab es jeden Tag viel Auswahl. Die Lage direkt an der Hagia Sophia und der blauen Moschee war auch super. Sehr viele Attraktionen konnten wir zu Fuß vom Hotel aus erreichen. Zudem gab es ausreichend gute Restaurants in der Nähe.

Elevator, Clean, quiet but close to the historical places of sultanahmet cami , Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, etc. 3. Car/ taxi reaches the hotel door. 4. Looks like newly renovated. 5. Good breakfast.

It was one of the best 3 star hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were very nice and open to help any time. Breakfast was delicious and the room was pretty good.

There were lots of uphills and downhills but that’s not something the hotel is fault at. It’s just something you need to keep in mind.

Po przyjeździe do obiektu koło 22, Pan na recepcji zapytał czy może nam teraz opowiedzieć o mieście. Wyjął mapę i przez 10 minut zaznaczał nam i tłumaczył gdzie co jest kiedy na jaką atrakcję się udać. Byli bardzo pomocni, dają prezenty jak huśta na głowę pocztówki i wody za darmo. Są uśmiechnięci od ucha do ucha, nigdy bym nie pomyślał że obsługa może być aż tak miła.

The staff is most friendly which makes the stay very satisfying. They always tried hard to help in any way they can. Property is in very good shape and it is quite nice. Cleanliness is top notch.

La amabilidad y la atención del personal. Nurbek, yusuf, Salcuk, los cuales, nos hemos encontrado la mayoría de las veces, nos han atendido de maravilla y siempre super detallistas hacia nosotros. Sin duda ninguna una de las mejores experiencias que hemos tenido. Si tenemos oportunidad volveremos.

Sehr gute zentrale Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Zimmer waren eher klein aber sehr gemütlich und sauber und mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und sehr umfangreich. Das Personal war das freundlichste, das wir jemals erlebt haben.

Cama cómoda, limpieza excelente, personal muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo que pueden. Desayuno con producto tradicional no tan occidental (algo mas extraño pero a eso venimos, a conocer). Mi agradecimiento al personal con su ayuda para solucionar un problema con la reserva del vuelo, no cesaron hasta tenerlo solucionado por completo e incluso nos hicieron el check-in del vuelo y nos proporcionaron trasporte al aeropuerto con la tranquilidad que habrían solucionado cualquier incidencia de haber ocurrido. Están pendientes 24/7. Otro detalle fue el agua fresca cada día, regalo de un pañuelo para acceder a los sitios de culto y no faltó detalle a nuestra partida. Son de 11 sobre 10. Pese a las fuertes cuestas de las calles del barrio... volvería sin dudarlo. Si vas, date un paseo por este barrio y encontrás zonas de cositas de madera, tradicionales poco turísticas que no salen en ninguna guía ni foros y merecen mucho la pena. Otra recomendación para tus compras es la tienda Blue Aura de Faith Akbulut, bajando la calle la encontraras enseguida.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado con las principales atracciones a pocos metros. Las habitaciones estaban genial, limpias y amplias. Pero lo que más destaca en el hotel es su staff, siempre atentos. Te ayudan en todo lo que necesites, te dan agua cuando sales y siempre te saludan con una gran sonrisa. Uno de los días el manager del hotel le regaló un pañuelo precioso a mi esposa. El desayuno es excelente, volvería a este hotel sin dudarlo.

Non esagero se dico che questa è stata una delle esperienze migliori mai vissute con un hotel. E' stato tutto perfetto, pulizia della camera, colazione abbondante, posizione dell'hotel, ma quello che più ci ha stupito è stata l'estrema gentilezza e professionalità dello staff. A partire dal primo briefieng che ti fanno in hotel appena arrivati, con indicazioni utilissime per tutta la vacanza, alle attenzioni che hanno avuto per noi ogni giorno, Youssef, il manager e tutto lo staff (mi scuso se non ricordiamo tutti i nomi) sono stati premurosi e attenti, ci hanno aiutato in qualsiasi situazione (non ultima parlare con il tassista per il transfer in areoporto), ci siamo sentiti accolti come non mai. Hotel consigliatissimo.

Una estancia espectacular. La amabilidad del personal del hotel y la comodidad del mismo ha sido lo más positivo. Ubicación perfecta. Aire acondicionado. Habitación pequeña pero limpia y con todas las comodidades. La nevera de la habitación ha sido un plus. Los consejos del personal del hotel, siempre tan atentos con nosotros. Volveremos!!!

1. The location was really nice. It was very near to Sultanahmet mosque and Haya sofia. As well as very near to the metro station. 2. We booked this property with the breakfast. Very delicious and full of variety. The ladies making the breakfast were very hospitable and nice. 3. hotel staff was 10/10. always greeting us and making small talk. They also helped us in navigating istanbul, suggesting us good local food restaurants with delicious food. My husband and I had our birthdays during the stay so the staff also surprised us with birthday cake. Also gave us parting gifts (souvenirs). Would highly recommend it to others

El hotel está muy limpio. El desayuno es muy bueno, especialmente si te gusta desayunar salado y los sabores turcos. Si buscas un desayuno dulce, más occidental, entonces no encontrarás variedad. La ubicación del establecimiento es muy buena, cerca del tranvía, a 10 minutos de la Mezquita Azul. El personal es muy atento, a la llegada te proporciona información sobre las atracciones turísticas principales, con un mapa, ubicando todo e informando de los medios de transporte, etc. Todos los días te ofrecen agua para llevar fría y reponen el agua de las habitaciones. El último día te ofrecen obsequios. Para una estancia corta, si eres joven, buscas algo limpio, bien situado y a un precio económico, este hotel creemos que ofrece una buena relación calidad-coste. Con todo, existen algunas puntos negativos a tener en cuenta.

La ubicación es cercana a los principales puntos de interés, pero el hotel está situado en unas calles muy empinadas y adoquinadas. Puede ser una dificultad grande si vas con carritos de niños o personas mayores. Además, el hotel tiene muchas barreras arquitectónicas (aunque tiene ascensor), incluso dentro de la habitación. Además, aunque Estambul nos pareció una ciudad segura, es cierto que estas calles de noche pueden asustar un poco (por poca iluminación y estar bastante solitarias). La habitación, aunque está muy limpia, es muy pequeña, en especial apenas tiene armario y una mesa muy pequeños. Si llevas mucho equipaje o maleta grande, puede ser un problema. El baño es muy pequeño, en especial el lavabo, y no hay mucho espacio para dejar neceseres. En general, las pegas no son importantes para gente joven, y el hotel sigue ofreciendo una buena relación calidad-coste. Pero es importante indicarlas porque puede ser un problema para muchos viajeros. Sobre las buenas valoraciones en general del hotel, hay que indicar que el personal insiste mucho el último día en que dejes una valoración alta del hotel, incluso pidiendo que lo hagas en ese mismo momento, lo que puede explicar que haya pocos comentarios con valoraciones críticas que pueden ayudar a otros viajeros.

An awesome staff that is helpful and kind. A beautiful area with an old historic building facing the hotel giving a homey feel to the neighbourhood, the hotel is also near to many attractions and is not far away from public transportation. I would like to thank Yousif for his assistance and the information he's given me about the old area of Istanbul, also Nurbek, the manager Salchu and the rest of the staff, for their kindness and hospitality. The room is air-conditioned, and clean.

While location is great, walking to hotel may be cumbersome due to the hills, if you are with family or elderly, it might be an issue.

Der freundlichste Hotel-Staff, den ich je auf meinen Reisen erlebt habe – und ich bin wirklich viel unterwegs. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Das Frühstück war eine angenehme Abwechslung zum üblichen Continental-Buffet: typisch türkisch, abwechslungsreich und jeden Morgen etwas anders. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Es war das freundlichste und hilfsbereiteste Personal, dass ich je erlebt habe. Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Lage ist zudem sehr zentral.

Viaggio in media 10 volte l’anno, e non ho mai ricevuto un trattamento così attento e premuroso da parte dello staff di un hotel, anche di hotel 4/5 stelle. Posizione ottima, si è a 10 minuti da tutto (snodi di trasporto compresi). Colazione ricchissima (tendente al salato). Ciò che resta in primo piano è l’attenzione dello staff. Si viene rincorsi fuori dalla struttura dai receptionist per fornire acqua fresca, per dirne una. Al check out souvenir in regalo. Se dovessi consigliare una struttura ad Istanbul non avrei dubbi.

The staff were very nice! They valued my comments about the hotel and the stay.

Too many hills to the hotel, I had hard time to pull my luggage to get there, when I left, even it was only 10 minutes walk to the tram station, but there was no way to walk with luggage with the hills, stairs and the stone-paved road, so I ended up having to call a taxi, which took longer and not cheaper fare. For this reason I would not stay there again.

Останавливались здесь на несколько дней и остались в полном восторге. Номер просторный, светлый, с современным ремонтом и очень удобной кроватью. Постельное белье и полотенца белоснежные, уборка проводилась ежедневно и очень качественно.Отдельно хочется отметить персонал: все сотрудники невероятно вежливые, приветливые и готовы помочь по любому вопросу.Нурбеку и Агабеку респект! Расположение у отеля идеальное — всё самое интересное находится в шаговой доступности, но при этом в самом номере тихо и уютно. Завтраки были очень вкусными и разнообразными, каждый день находили для себя что-то новое. Обязательно вернемся сюда снова и будем рекомендовать друзьям!
