Nice view of lake. Heated mattress pad.

Bunk bed mattress not thick or comfortable. It didn't have a heated mattress pad. Bathroom sink too tiny, water splashes everywhere.

After a three week trip the bed in motel room 6, was terrible. Hardly slept. Very thin mattress with springs sticking into my back. Very thin walls could hear the tv and phone calls in the room next to me until 11pm. Not worth the price paid at all.

Location . Best sunrise picture in the glacier . Play ground for children . Free ducks, rabbit are bonus for children .

I dont like any other organisation save my bank card details in their system . Thats why i choose pre pay, but they still want my bank card to record in their system.I am Not convinced enough about their cybersecurity actions.

All of the amenities and the room was comfy

Room was lovely location but very overpriced - the bathroom "vanity" was tiny - fine for us for just one night but there was nowhere to place things out of the way or keep dry/away from toilet. It would not be suitable for a long term stay with a family hardly any space for luggage either.

Loved the lakeside location close to the hot pools. It was quiet and the kitchen and toilets were close and clean.

There wasn't really anything I didn't like, but would have been nice to have somewhere to place luggage bags but the cabins would need to be a little bigger then and that would affect the cost. It was overall a really tidy little cabin and fine for one night.

There was a great view of the lake from the room. Large spacious bathroom. Quite conveniently located near the lake. However, it may be challenging for people who may have trouble walking and did not drive there. We took the intercity bus to Lake Tekapo.

Walls in master bedroom were peeling due to moisture. Mattress has seen better days. Road leading up to room was unpaved and it made carrying the suitcase a hassle. Better for residents with a car. Expected more for the price we paid per night.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful home by the lake, and waking up to bunnies around our property every morning was just the cherry on top!

The parking area behind the Airbnb in our specific unit was a little steep, not friendly for children and elderly.

Had a lovely stay at Lakes Edge Holiday Park! Beautiful location, peaceful surroundings, and such a relaxing atmosphere. We were even lucky enough to witness a beautiful orangey sunrise, making our stay extra special. 🌅🏔️💙 Highly recommended!

Location, ease of entry, facilities, fantastic washer and dryer

The wet weather. Staff who is less knowledgeable on the geography of the entire holiday park. Staff should know that Motorhome can fit beside the cabin especially during wet and cold weather. Advised to park on the roadside down by the lake when there are still many empty parkable lots near cabins.

We stayed for 2 nights and absolutely loved the beautiful location, with lovely views of Lake Tekapo and the surrounding mountains. The room was comfortable, clean and cosy, and the location was very convenient for exploring Lake Tekapo and the nearby attractions.

There wasn’t anything significant that we disliked during our stay. We had a comfortable and pleasant experience overall, although the weather was very cold and windy during our visit, which of course was beyond the property’s control.

Location was wonderful for a good short family stay. We stayed in the 2 bedroom motels and the layout was great.

For a very basic cabin with no ensuite I think it’s pretty pricey, I’ve stayed in whole houses for not much more. And the bunk bed was very rickety and creamed alarmingly every time someone moved in bed so it wasn’t that enjoyable a nights sleep for four very tired skiers. We don’t mind basic but I think that was not reflected in the price

It was very old, everything was crooked and things like curtains were broken and hanging on by a thread.

Great view of the lake from the cabins. Nice to see the ducks and rabbits roaming around (even though the rabbits are a pest species in NZ).

Cabin was dated and poorly insulated. Felt overpriced for what it was.

Location was STUNNING, our room was really nice and warm, and parking was incredibly easy, and the staff were very nice.

Laundry was very expensive ($6 washing, $5 drying), and the showers have a maximum use of 8 minutes, during which it'll flash cold water at you.

The view out of our cabin of Lake Tekapo and the mountains was just amazing, and on a clear night, I just had to walk a few steps out the cabin door to see a sky full of stars.

I wish we at least had had a sink in our room and a bigger trash can.

We loved the location as it was very close to the shops and it was right on the lake. There was a lovely walking path that takes you right into town. The bathroom and showers were very clean and nice to use.

The cabin was small for 3 people - which was expected, but I couldn’t imagine adding another person and luggage to the room. The shared kitchen got messy at times if people didn’t properly clean up after they cooked and ate their meals.

Great location Small but clean

The cabin was small with no; water toilet , cooking facility, inside table or chairs. Toilet was 30-40 meters away. All a bit steep for over $200 a night.

溫馨舒適的小紅屋有許多可愛的動物，小朋友都很興奮開門有雞，豬的拜訪。導覽活動接觸了羊，馬，驢子…..我很驚訝主人照顧範圍如此廣闊的農場還能提供房客無微不至的照顧，非常感謝您讓我們更深刻的體會紐西蘭生活，這是旅程最特別的回憶。

民宿提供的棉被有四層感覺較重，但不知是否因天氣冷的關係。

The location is little far from town to walk but the views were amazing - situated right on the lake and waking up to see the mountains in all their glory. You can walk to the Hot pools. There are BBQ facilities which is a bonus with picnic tables to enjoy the views and have a drink or two!

The bathroom light was linked to the extractor fan, which was extremely noisy, especially if someone used the bathroom during the night.

The view from the holiday park is beautiful (couldn’t see it from our actual site but if you walked around a bit you could) especially from the bbq areas. - amenities block was very nice and clean. Site was spacious and in a good spot. Downfall was that the amenities block was a fair way from the site and the paths aren’t lit up was a bit tricky at night time.

The pillows were super comfy! The kitchen was clean and had cleaning supplies (although we didn’t use it). It was warm when we came into the room for the first time and the heaters were great.

There is a window strip on the door which was bringing light in all night, we ended up having to a mattress up against it to block the light. I recommend bringing an eye mask and earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. The wifi was constantly cutting in and out but it was good they had wifi!

The location and views of the lake were exceptional. The sunrise was the most spectacular I have seen

The location is beautiful, but what happened during our stay on 9 July left us completely shocked. After dinner, we returned to our cabin. The road was closed due to icy conditions, so we stopped at the entrance to unload our luggage — exactly as instructed by another staff member. We were not trying to bypass the closure. A female staff member then walked down, moved the traffic cone, and immediately began shouting aggressively at us to move our car. She used profanity — including the f-word — in front of our 2-year-old and 9-year-old children. There was absolutely no provocation on our part. We submitted a formal complaint and received a dismissive response with no formal apology. Simply telling us they would “follow up with the team” is not an adequate response when a staff member has used abusive language in front of young children.
