Reviewed Nov 18, 2024출장으로 이용했는데,룸컨디션 좋았고 침대편했으나 방은 좁은편 출장객에게 치명적인 단점 테이블이 없어요 노트북 올려둘 공간도없고 뭐 간식이라도 먹으려면 테이블하나는 있어야되는데 없어서 침실에서 노트북하고 간식먹었어요 6층 라운지같은게 있었는데 제가 이용한날 전체대관행사로 이용불가 실수로 스카프를 옷걸이에 두고나왔는데 호텔에 3일연속 세번 문의해도 분실물 없다고하고 오늘 마지막으로 한번 더 문의해서 한번만 더 찾아봐달라고하니 이제 찾았다고연락옴 어이없네요 세번 전화안하고 포기했으면 분실되는거였네요? 출장 자주가는 직업이라 분실물도 많은편이어서 전부 잘 받아봤었는데 이런적 처음이네요 이부분에서 좀 실망했습니다...

Reviewed Oct 20, 2024전반적으로 나쁘진 않았지만 리셉션이나 복도 나 엘레베이터에서 디퓨져 냄새가 너무 심하게 나서 거북 했습니다. 그리고 화장실에 다른 사람의 머리카락을 발견해서 청결도 아쉬웠어요.

Reviewed May 27, 2023My husband & I stayed at Hotel One for a week. The room we stayed in was very clean and had a comfortable bed. The surrounding area had many good eateries and it was very convenient. There was no subway in Wanju & the bus took a long time to get around, so we mostly took taxies to get around. The hotel staff always helped us to make reservations for taxies and made sure we got in okay to our destinations. The three staff members were very welcoming and helpful, especially general manager Mr. Ha. The morning breakfast was surprisingly good on the days when they had a Korean buffet. I personally loved their kimchi! It was the best that I had eaten during two weeks of my Korea stay. I highly recommend this hotel!

Reviewed Mar 21, 2022직원 분들이 매우 친절했고 객실 청결도, 시설도 매우 양호했습니다. 다만, 방음은 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 위치도 행정 구역상으로는 완주군이나 전북 혁신도시가 생각보다 전주에 인접해있어 괜찮았습니다. 주변도 번화해서 식당, 카페도 많았구요.. 전체적으로 만족합니다.

Reviewed Oct 22, 2021상가건물과 함께 있어서 여기가 맞나 싶었는데 라운지부터 객실까지 첫인상이 매우 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 특히 객실이 넓었고 TV도 큰 신형(65인치 정도 될거 같네요..)에다가 욕실도 넓고 좋았습니다. 객실 층에 스타일러 룸이 따로 있어서 옷도 스타일러에 돌릴수가 있었습니다. 그 중 최고는 침대와 침구가 너무 좋았어요.. 생긴지 얼마 안된 곳이니 시설이 깨끗한건 그럴 수 있다고 생각했으나 침대가 너무 좋았어요.. 에이스침대 고급형 모델에 고급 침구라고 안내판에 설명 되어 있더군요.. 다음 번에 또 이 곳을 방문한다면 고민 안하고 선택하겠습니다. (번외지만 칫솔치약은 제공치 않으니 별도로 꼭 챙겨가세요ㅎㅎ)

Reviewed May 3, 2021The hotel was located a little outside of the actual downtown of Jeonju; however, around the hotel were a wide variety of restaurants so that makes up for it. The hotel seemed like it was new, or just recently renovated, so the rooms were quite nice. While checking in the hotel staff told us that they do not offer bathroom amenities (shampoo, body wash, toothbrush, etc...) due to some law in the city, or maybe the hotel doesn't have the right to do so. However, they proceeded to give us a box at check-in with the 'bathroom amenities', but with no toothbrush so had to go buy our own at the convenience store.

Reviewed Dec 23, 2020난방이 고장났다고 스스로 확신을 한뒤 30분정도 후에 방을 바꿔주셨습니다. 때가 12시쯤인것을 생각하면 빠른 대응이었다고 생각합니다. 바꾸기 이전방은 옆방의 TV소리가 들려와서 걱정이었습니다. 결론적으로는 방을 바꿨으니 불편하지는 않았습니다.

Reviewed Nov 20, 2020예약 후 즉시 예약 내용을 확인했다는 메시지를 받았습니다. 4성급 호텔에서는 고작.. 부대시설 이용이 제한적이라는 회신메시지가 다였는데.. 우선, 나의 요청사항을 잘 확인했고 준비해두겠다는 회신은 매우 감동적이었다. 신축건물이라 객실 체크인 시 다소.. 화학적인 냄새는 났지만.. 공기청정기가 비치되어 크게 불편함을 느끼진 못하였고 난방 및 냉방시설, 침대 및 침구류, 온수 등 모든 시설이 매우 만족스러웠다. 전일 한옥마을 근처 4성급 호텔에 버금가는 서비스를 받았다는 느낌이 들 정도로 직원들은 친절하였고, 제공되지 않는 일회용품은 치솔, 치약, 면도기 뿐이었다. ( 그정도는.. 개인이 충분히 준비하면 될 것 같다. ) 아쉬운 점 하나를 꼽자면.. 커피는 좋아하는 1인으로서.. 객실 내 커피가 비치되어 있지 않은 점.. 프론트 옆 카페에서 구매할 수 있었지만 객실 이용객들에게 할인 조차 없다는 점.. 조식에 커피 또는 주스 중 하나의 음료를 택해야 한다는 점이.. 개인적으로는 다소 아쉬웠다. 하지만 전반적인 서비스나 제공되는 혜택 등을 고려해볼 때 매우 만족도가 높은 호텔이었고 다음에 전주를 방문한다면 꼭 한 번 다시 머무르고 싶다.

Reviewed Nov 3, 2020맨날 전주시내에서 숙박하다 처음 혁신도시 쪽에서 묵었는데 시설도 훌륭하고, 서비스도 굉장히 만족스러웠습니다. 새로 생긴 곳이라 객실도 깨끗하고, 무엇보다 가격이 믿을 수 없을 정도의 호텔 수준이었습니다. 전주에 가면 꼭 다시 묵고 싶네요.
