The Villa Manor & Spa Exclusive Escape

Very peaceful atmosphere, lovely gardens and welcoming staff

Can't think of something

The place is nice and clean

No shower caps

Not right now Will visit again

A working toaster and a hairdryer would have good overall

The entire unit is due for an upgrade. The pestering about the upfront 50% deposit that was threatening to cancel the booking if not paid by a certain time was most annoying when credit card information had been submitted via Bookings.com

I liked the area, place was well taken care off. Clean and welcoming...

I ddnt like the long Stairs

Nothing...

Unclean rooms We had to bath with cold water and they blamed municipality but listed they have a generator... we even pleaded to charge phones cause they switched off generators

it was cosy

to walk across for breakfast

The staff is very friendly and accommodating, always there to help you with anything. Breakfast is delicious.

There was a lot of noise, even though the rules states that you aren't allowed to make noise and respect fellow customers.

The set up was great, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool table , they sell snacks on the property so you rarely had to leave for anything. Breakfast was very nice as well. The rooms had no warm beverages like tea or coffee which was disappointing but overall we had an amazing stay and will be back

Beverages in the room

Loved how big and spacious the accommodation was

Nothing negative to add

The wine and bar prices was good

Needed a bath

The breakfast was great and kind staff

Heated pool is solar panel so we waited a long while eventually it was evening and well no solar late afternoon

Friendly stuff and the location

The breakfast was ok and the area is safe

Safety surrounding

Have dinner in the house at a price

I loved everything ❤️

The facilities were very clean, service was perfect and most importantly there’s a reception guy who waited for me until early hours of the morning for me to arrive

None

The staff members where very friendly and helpful, the facility was clean too

It was awesome

Main bedroom had no privacy

The breakfast was good and the rooms were as expected. This is a good overnight stay if you only need a place to sleep and have breakfast. We did most activities in the surrounding areas. It was nice to have the room cleaned daily. The Spa was a good experience but is pricy.

The staff assisted where needed but was not overly friendly. The exception was Johannes who was very helpful. The wifi was average with a few outages reported. The stairs leading up to the rooms is a safety risk and uneven. This needs attention.

Breakfast was fine

The room located close to the spa to much movement didn’t feel much privacy

Clean and friendly staff. The breakfast is the star of the show.

Nothing

The facility is world class, I booked the royal suite and what an experience 👏 👌 The staff was amazing, keep up the good work.

I can't find anything I didn't like honestly, you guys are great.

The place meet our expectation, the room is big enough for 2 people

Nice and quiet

Very nice, spacious, clean, the heated pool and friendly staff

Everything was good

Location of the villa, and the villa is beautiful outside

I feel it needs a lot of maintenance the rooms more especially. The windows are covered in selotape in the bathroom and shower doors are broken cause the was another guest that complained about the shower door being broken aswel so that’s a bit off. Staff at the reception are okay. As for the breakfast it’s a total turn off I think they need to improve.

We enjoyed our stay and our kids had a lot of fun. We can’t wait to visit again

Nothing

Everything

Small neatness

Small pool tooo many people and the room was not well cleaned

The value for the place

The Food was not up to standard

Everything

Zeer net badishoyel. Afrikaanse stijl. Met vooral Zuid Afrikanen als gasten. Prijs kwaliteit een dikke 10

Gezien wat we betaalden. Niets is tegen gevallen

The braai area, rooms and friendly staff

Nothing.

Everything

They didn’t have white towels

I liked everything, the staff was very friendly and welcoming... we really enjoyed

This is a very nice boutique hotel. The exterior is impressive, and the overall look and feel of the property is modern, clean, and very appealing. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the bedding is of excellent quality, contributing to a comfortable stay. Nice available electrical points that is a huge plus.

There are, however, two areas that could be improved. Firstly, the layout of the bathroom is quite tight — accessing the toilet requires squeezing between the basin cabinet and the wall, which is not very practical. Secondly, the breakfast, while offering a reasonable variety for the price, was disappointing in terms of preparation. The eggs and sausages were overcooked, and the hash browns were poorly prepared and not enjoyable. Although it could be a small shower I will still move the shower to this nook and the basin and toilet to where the existing shower is. With some attention to the breakfast preparation — either through improved training or a different chef — this could easily elevate the overall experience to a higher rating, as the rest of the establishment is excellent.

The heated pool

Nothing

Clean quiet and light

The warmbad lol their warm pool

The couches

The staff was great , especially Johannes at the reception

There was no table in my room

Clean & quiet

Not allowed to bring your own drinks, however when you order drinks no one checks up on you. You have to look for people to order more drinks The spa was a weird experience for us. The therapists walk in and out of the room in the middle of the massage and they stay gone for some minutes with the door open to attend to the front desk

Nice pool and big room with great bed.

Breakfast was perfect and service

I didn’t like their message, I felt like it’s a scam, head massage must also included in the package, I would rate their message 3/10 , improve

I love the staff very helpful, to Innocent u are doing the most wow. The breakfast was nice

The room wasn’t what i expected and the toilet paper oh no very disappointing.

Peace of mind

Please welcome us with a dstv not Netflix and shower drian the water stands on top.thats all. Thanks alot for welcoming us ...we coming back again.

Breakfast very good.

I really liked how the staff was friendly, the apartment was verry clean. The was a guy called innocent his verry hands on I really appreciate his work. I'd recommend it a million times definitely coming back

Large apartment and great value for money. Quiet and safe location

Nothing

The property was versatile. I enjoyed the space and area, as well as the braaing facilities and breakfast. Staff was accommodating, and the massage was amazing.

We did not like the fact that you had to pay extra for the jacuzzi which was not in the booking description. R100 per half an hour. The bathroom had no mat, and smelled damp over night after showering. Upon leaving the staff entered our room without our permission and started cleaning just past 9:00am when checkout is very clearly at 10:00am.

Excellent

Nothing I can think of

The pool and the area around it, also the size of our room. I also liked the balcony area and the view from it.

The bathroom did not have windows, Saturday morning breakfast was not good, and the TV screen was so small.

The hospitality from staff was amazing 😍

The rooms are very closed to admin my privacy was limited. And please I was suggesting if you can put spoons and small plates in the rooms.

The space nd jacuzzi in the room.

Try get something for mosquitoes especially inside the rooms. Nd also check the roof. There's always dust on the bed. Which we dnt knw where it cums frm.

All the gentlemen that assisted us were great. Especially ...he called a day before arrival to rectify our booking and this made our check in seamless. Full English breakfast buffet was served and on the second day we chose from their ala carte menu.

The shower tiles are slippery, please attend to this.

Perfect location.... Perfect rooms...

Mixing us with couples only devided by the door

Nice environment, friendly receptionist, was very helpful and pleasant.

The choice of breakfast, TV was small for the rooms, fridge was not working well in our room.

The breakfast was nice, friendly stuff and there’s a variety you choose what you like

None

All good, all was done .and the service was exceptional

There was no power on arrival, but was restored not the property s fault though, the cushions needs some attention but we had a good time generally
