From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with such care and professionalism. A very special thank you to Riaan, who went above and beyond to assist us and made sure that everything was perfect throughout our stay. His friendly attitude, attention to detail and willingness to help truly made our experience extra special. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the service was excellent. We felt incredibly welcome and well looked after. Thank you, Riaan, for making sure everything was great. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend Grafiti Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a special stay in Bela Bela! 👏✨

One small point of constructive feedback: we did notice that one of the trainee staff members was wearing slippers while attending to customers. We felt that this did not quite reflect the otherwise professional standard and image of such a beautiful boutique hotel. Perhaps a more professional dress standard for staff attending to guests would complete the excellent overall experience.

The jacuzzi was Soo warm after a cold splash in the pool, and the room decor was nice I loved it.

The bed was stiff like a rock. I couldn't even sleep.

They cancelled our booking the day of because according to them when we booked the hotel for 4 adults and 2 rooms they put us in a one bedroom their explanation was because when we paid it was for 1 room with 1 bed with 1 sleeper couch The room they put us in didn’t have fridge nor a microwave like the advertised and stated on the website The room also smelt strongly of paint and dust

I love this property. It’s my to go too every time I go to Bela Bela.

The jacuzzi had dirty water and that's the main reason I booked there. I was very disappointed The food both dinner and breakfast was a 4 out of 10, they can improve there

The property is outstanding, really a special place, we enjoyed our stay and wish to have stayed longer if we didn't already have plans. Has lots of activities. Comfortable big bed and luxurious bathroom. Great host very hospitable. Definitely will go back.

The coffee machine didn't work but there was a back up kettle available. Nothing really to complain about.

Rooms were clean, neat and tidy. Beautifully decorated.

The shower was dissapointing, not great water pressure, and it was either too hot or too cold - no inbetween. The breakfast was also underwhelming.

I loved everything about Grafiti Boutique Hotel. It far exceeded my expectations and I cannot wait to return. Thank you to the staff and everyone who contributes to making guests feel at home :)

The care that we received at the first day till last.

The fact of being accused about the shortage of cosmetic which was held for an hour at the hotel when we were about to leave.

The receptionist was friendly and explained everything very well..

The light was not working but atleast those ones next to the bed came to rescue and also I expected shower and bath tub not two showers in the same room..

The place was quite amazing, a great place for relaxing. Bonita and Pier were really made us feel at home. Will definitely come visit the place.

There was a group of guests who were so noisy on Friday night and Saturday. Sad that I didn't see any manager addressing this. This was quite disturbing. !!!!!! The management must have a way of controlling noice, please.

It's modern enough, ticks the boxes for a 1 night stay. Room is comfortable, clean and spacious. Shower is excellent, bed is comfy.

The place is extremely dark at night. You gotta use your torch just to find your way. Really hard to find your room as well. Staff were arguing with the next room regarding payment for a long time, I could clearly hear all their ramblings. The rules are quite strict, e.g. R20,000 fine for smoking in the balcony, R150 for any toiletries taken, written big and bold. So it didn't seem too hospitable.

Everything was much more than what I had expected and anticipated.

You should offer breakfast in you prices. Lots of people look for and prefer B&B.

The facility and the room were exceptional. I was very happy with space of the room and the parking.

We made use of the restaurant and the services was terrible. The food the I have orders was so overcooked and crips

William is rude. what is the point of running a hospitality business with manner less and irresponsible staff. Jacuzzi is set to boiling hot. WIF connects but no internet. there is muddy puddle Infront of the room 11 even when there is no rain.

The stuff members Mr Mapula and Mr Piet where welcoming friendly and helpful. The food was very tasteful and plated well compliments to the chef.The water was always warm, no loadshedding. No inconvenience. The Jacuzzi worked wonders ✨️ 👌 The rooms where clean comfortable and the beds where in a good state with Egyptian cotton comfort. The overall quality of service is out of this world.

The area is quiet and safe.

1.Enterimg the property for checking in was bad. The contact number of the property at the gate was not answered. 2. The door had a fan light with a clear glass panel. There was a very bright light at the passage which lights up the entire room and made it difficult to sleep. The staff was not responsive as I needed it to be switched off as I couldn't sleep. It was as if it was daylight even when I had switched all lights in my room. I followed all communication channels but was not attended to. 3. The toilet had not door and therefore all the smell went to the entire room. there is no extractor fan and windows don't open for ventilation. 4. There were too much noises on the passages of kids and music from the other room, which disturb the peace and quiet.

Extremely noisy cant really get any sleep. Doors banging the whole night people in the kitchen making a lot of noise 2 o clock in the morning. People having party till 3 in the mornings. Very littel regard for other guests. Whybis the staff partying with quest 3 o clock and making food my room was next to kitchen. If you expect a good nights sleep you will be very dissapointed.

Das Guesthouse ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Man sieht wie verwohnt es ist. Der Frühstücksservice ist zwar sehr freundlich aber wenn Frühstück ab 7Uhr angeboten wird, und man auch bescheid sagt, dass man früh da sein wird, sollte es auch fertig sein. Wir standen erstmal vor der Tür. Am zweiten Tag war es besser, wir aber auch später.

Our stay was such a horrible experience. I was called out of the dining area, while eating breakfast to be informed of the towel with a coffee stain and that if they fail to remove the stain I will have to pay for it. Later a cleaner knocked in our room to inform me that they failed to remove the coffee stain on the towel and that i needed to pay R250 for it, which i ended up paying. The communication was also very poor. There was hardly no one at the reception to assist with any issues that we encountered. There is however a communication app which we needed to download which gave us problems from the day we got to the hotel until we left, and there was no one was available to assist with that. I believe there is definitely a huge room for improvement to ensure guests are treated with respect without any interrogation by the staff members and that they enjoy thier stay at the hotel.

The fact that we have to pay for an iron and the were not ready with our breakfast in the morning we were not given options two choose. We ate late. Apparently the chef didn’t know we booked for breakfast as well

This funky and friendly hotel is a sight for sour eyes and we had a good stay. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff friendly. We had some problems to get through the gate, but that was solved. Parking on the premises. Really good value for money.

The stay in general was a good one.

1. We had internet connection issues. There was no connection on our phones or either the TV. 2. There is no light at the jacuzzi.

Love the decor and the bed was really comfortable.
