Good location. Covered pool was nice. Staff were helpful. Our shower was broken on arrival but was fixed on our 3rd day.

Wi-fi in room did not work reliably, it kept dropping out. The electrics including the fridge switch off when leaving the room, which necessitated a torch being required to lock the door at night. No coffee machine, just instant coffee & no milk.

It's in a good location. There was nothing else to like about this place.

Staff very unhelpful. The room was shabby, not clean, shower door was broken when we reported it they just removed it. No drain covers. Towels left alot to be desired. Breakfast room and food was awful Would not recommend this hotel at all We were booked for 5 nights and checked out after 1 night

Hôtel confortable, propre, au calme, proche du centre. Le personnel était charmant. La piscine est un plus.

Great location close to Gialos and the port. Rooms are modern with air conditioning and the beds are very comfortable.

The bathroom, while clean and modern, was a bit on the small side. The shower was the same. But for our short stay we managed just fine.

The Opera House hotel is a modern, beutifully appointed site, with all the charm and greenery expected from a Greek Island stayi. Breakfast is a perfect mix of local and European fare; the undercocer swimming pool and sunning area give 'resort vibes'. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is a short stroll from Symi centre, eateries and shopping district. The staff were all friendly, attentive and very welcoming. Highly recommend and hopebto return!

A Arquitetura que respeita a de Symi, quartos simples mas confortáveis com cozinha, proximidade do centro, 5 minutos a pé.

O quarto familiar só tem uma casa de benho, que para 5 foi dificil, e o chuveiro não tinha cortina. O pequeno almoço poderia ser melhorado...

La colazione molto ricca, la posizione comoda a ridosso del porto, l’ampiezza e la comodità della camera, la pulizia e la piscina. Sicuramente una struttura dove tornerei per un altro soggiorno a Symi.

Enjoyed 8 nights here with friends and family. Great location walking distance uphill from main town around 7-10 mins . Rooms cleaned daily, very friendly staff, good breakfast .Pool area small but comfortable to cool off . large bar area.

We were a group of four - two friends and a couple. We booked a superior suite and a twin room. There are trees and plants everywhere in the hotel complex which is very beautiful to see. The staff are very friendly. The superior suite was definitely worth the extra money as we had a balcony at the front coming off the sitting room/kitchen and another balcony coming off the bedroom at the back. The most amazing thing about our stay was housekeeping. We hadn't realised they would come while we were at breakfast and they did the most incredible job of cleaning our acommodation - washing up, drying and putting away used plates/glasses, replenished towels, bed made with clean bedding, everything spotless. Those people deserve a raise! The breakfast was really good. It is served between 7am and 10am. There is fruit, fruit salad, yoghurt, puddings, cold meats, cheeses, cakes, pastries, bread, a toaster, hot food (eggs, omelettes, feta and spinach pastries, warm pain aux chocolates etc), tea, coffee, orange juice... This was included in the price of our room. The pool is great for cooling off and there are modern, clean toilets and a shower next to it. The pool is open from 10am to 6pm. There are sunbeds with huge umbrellas next to them providing shade. There is a rooftop bar, but we didn't go to it. But from our balcony we could see that there was a table tennis table. The location is great as there are no steps from the main part of Symi, so you could come off the boat and get there step-free if that is important to you. The hotel is right in the centre of the town but set back behind so it is quiet. I heard birdsong, a donkey, a goat, but otherwise it was very tranquil! Our ferry was from the big port and the staff at reception kindly arranged for a taxi to take us. The hotel transport is 10 euro to the big port for two people.

The superior suite I'd seen in the photos when I booked looked much more modern than the one we were given. However we were very happy with it. There is no aircon in the sitting room/kitchen area, only in the bedroom. There is a sofa in the sitting room, but no armchairs. The pool hours are limited - it would be good if it was open later. There weren't any pool towels available when I went to the pool for the duration of our stay. There are only around 8 sunbeds and people put their towels on them straight after breakfast even if they aren't going to be using them for hours.

Breakfast was terrific.This wasn't our first stay at the Opera House. We were there in 2015. We wouldn't stay anywhere else. it's only a 5 minute walk down to the restaurants and port. From the moment you are picked up from the ship you are treated as family. Staff members from the pickup driver to the kitchen staff to the cleaners and then to the lovely Esmeralda and Maria are so very nice and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are very clean and the bar and pool are welcome additions to when we were last there. We will return soon to this beautiful hotel and will stay longer this time. We look forward to meeting up with everyone again. Regards Janess and Roy and the other 14 members of our family who stayed at the Opera House. Rommet vi fikk lå i en bakgård uten utsikt, et rom som ikke er å finne avbildet på noen bookingsider. Folk la også håndduker på solsengene, selv om det kun var 10 stk tilgjengelig.

Location was amazing! Hotel was beautiful! We just loved it here and wish we had stayed for more than three days.

The location of the hotel was perfect - just a 10 min walk from the harbour and in a really quiet part of town. The pool area was small but really pleasant with a semi-indoor pool to cool down in. The sun loungers were really comfortable, and the pool bar was convenient. The actual room was spacious, and had a little area outside to sit. Breakfast was good - for a small hotel it had a lot of options and the quality was pretty good.

It is a small hotel so when one large group sits round the pool they end up taking up all the sun loungers (there’s only about 10 beds around the pool). The outside seating area for our room was on the communal pathway outside the staff room so it didn’t feel very private. It would have been nice to have slightly thicker blankets instead of just thin sheets but this is me being picky. There is WiFi but it was really bad for us - I ended up just using my phone data instead.

J'avais réservé pour 3 donc 1 adulte et 2 enfants de 5 et 15 ans une suite supérieure climatisée avec 1 chambre avec lit double et 1 salon avec canapé lit pour un montant bien sûr de 220 euros la nuit : Pas une bouteille d'eau à l'arrivée!!! A notre grande surprise, on a bien 1 chambre climatisée avec 2 lits simples et 1 salon avec un canapé sans climatiseur (nous avons pris l'assise pour faire office de matelas dans la chambre) . Lorsque je fais la réclamation, la réponse: la réservation comprenait la climatisation que pour la chambre et pas pour le salon! Bien sûr un ventilateur (photo) nous a été donné pour nous rafraichir dans la chaleur étouffante!!! Je demande à avoir une suite identique mais climatisée dans les 2 pièces: réponse: pas de suite mais on me présente une suite avec 3 pièces bien évidemment climatisée avec un supplément de 50 euros pas nuit. Vous comprendrez que sous près de 40° nous avons dû accepter de payer les 50 euros. Nuitée à 270 euros: une bouteille de vin blanc et 1 bouteille d'eau de bien venue! A ce prix là ça se mérite! Petit déjeuner piètre qualité compris dans le prix: pas de chocolat soit vous avez un enfant en bas âge, vous le contraignez au lait de mauvaise qualité soit au café ou au thé de bas de gamme Booking a essayé d'arranger la situation : REFUS de l'établissement Je souligne avoir bénéficié d'un geste commercial de la part de Booking: MERCI

A beautiful setting, set back from the main hustle and bustle but still within good reach of the main town. A warm and friendly welcome from Esmerelda and the rest of the staff. Our family room was lovely and spacious and was kept so very clean throughout the whole trip.

The only room for improvement would be to have a little heating in the pool as it is sheltered, so didn’t get the sunshine. We only managed to dip in twice over the 10 night stay and we did choose this accommodation for the pool with our little one(although it was a great stay, so we are glad to have chosen this accommodation anyway).

Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. İpadimiz çıkınca odada bulmuşlar ve bize teslim ettiler. Unuttuğumuz farketmemiştik bile.

Sadece yatak odasında klima var. Ve diğer odayı soğutmaya yetmiyor. Malum Simi çok sıcak. Salonda çekyat var ve yatak olarak kullanılıyor ama kapının üzerinde ışığını kapatamadığınız bir lamba var ve yatarken oda ışık oluyor. Kahvaltı ürünleri kaliteli değil ve kahvaltı salonu sıcak ve havasız oluyor. Biz Ağustos ayında gittik ve hava çok sıcak. Bir klimanın yetmeyeceği düşünülmüş olmalı.

Our room was very spacious which was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and the amenities were great. I booked in for a massage at the hotel which was lovely and very affordable. The staff are exceptional and very attentive and go above and beyond! Will definitely be back.

Πάρα πολύ ωραίος χώρος, η υποδοχή το απόγευμα που φτάσαμε και γενικά η σχέση με την κα. που ήταν κυρίως το απόγευμα στη ρεσεψιόν εκπληκτική (συγνώμη μου διαφεύγει πάλι το όνομα). Το πρωινό πολύ καλό, εμένα μόνο ο φρέντο καπουτσίνο που δεν έφτιαχναν μου έλειπε αλλά δεν είναι και φοβερό πρόβλημα αυτό. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι δίπλα με τα πόδια παντού και συγχρόνως ήσυχο γιατί δεν είναι επάνω σε πολυβουο σημείο. Συνδυασμός της τοπικής αρχιτεκτονικής, κήπου με ωραία λουλούδια, πισίνα !!

Στο δικό μας δωμάτιο ενώ ήταν έπιπλα κτλ ανακαινισμένα, τα κουφώματα είχαν παραμείνει και ήταν λίγο προβληματικά στο κλείσιμο τους.

Ωραίος εξωτερικός χώρος, καλό πρωινό, ευγενικό προσωπικό και φιλότιμες προσπάθειες για ανακαίνιση.

Τα δωμάτια δεν είναι σουίτες. Οι φωτογραφίες δεν ανταποκρίνονται στην πραγματικότητα. Οι φωτογραφίες είναι εντελώς παραπλανητικές. Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν αξίζει τα χρήματα του. Τα δωμάτια παλιά και μη ανακαινισμένα. Παλιές πόρτες και μπαλκονοπορτες που δεν κλείνουν, ξεχαρβαλωμένα πόμολα, οι βρύσες του μπάνιου να στάζουν, ένα μόνο κλιματιστικό που δεν είναι αρκετό για ολο αυτόν τον χώρο. Δεν πρόκειται για ξενοδοχείο 4 αστέρων σε καμία περίπτωση. Πληρώσαμε 880€ για 4 βράδυα και σίγουρα αυτή η τιμή δεν ανταποκρίνεται στις παροχές του ξενοδοχείου.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to make our experience more comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious with all the amenities we needed. The location is perfect, close to everything yet very quiet and relaxing. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to come back

I loved the authenticity of living like a local. Owners and staff treated my family as there own family. The atmosphere was very vibrant. The night lights in the gardens felt warm and had great ambience. The place was truly spectacular

Peu de taxis sur l’île et si le bateau arrive sur le quai éloigné du port la distance à parcourir à pied avec les valises est fastidieuse surtout en plein soleil.

Our room was really spacious and the hotel is set just a short walk behind the main harbour strip. The rooms were cleaned every day and my partner and I even booked a massage which was great!

The AC was only in one room.
