We had the most gorgeous stay here at Kokona. The host couldn’t have been more welcoming as she showed us around and to our stunning room with balcony. The room was perfectly equipped with anything we could’ve needed for our stay. The hotels location was only a short walk from everything from coffee shops to beaches and sightseeing locations.

Μείναμε 3 μέρες στο ξενοδοχείο Kokona και μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από τη διαμονή μας. Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική και το δωμάτιο ήταν ανακαινισμένο, πολύ καθαρό και προσεγμένο, όπως και το μπάνιο. Το κρεβάτι και το στρώμα ήταν πολύ άνετα και ξεκουραστήκαμε πραγματικά. Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν πολύ καλή και η ιδιοκτήτρια ευγενική και εξυπηρετική, δίνοντάς μας χρήσιμες συμβουλές για το νησί. Μας άρεσε επίσης η ενημέρωση από το ξενοδοχείο για εκδηλώσεις και δρώμενα που γίνονταν στο νησί κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Θα το επέλεγα σίγουρα ξανά σε επόμενη διαμονή μου στο νησί. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

The owner and her daughter were just lovely. Very helpful and thoughtful. The breakfasts were fantastic and the towels super soft. Far enough away from the busy waterfront to be quiet but in walking distance to most things.

The air conditioner was not functioning properly and could barely cool the room in what was very hot weather. It needs a good service!

Υπέροχο, καθαρό κατάλυμα. Η οικοδέσποινα ευγενέστατη και εξυπηρετική και μας βοήθησε σε ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν. Επίσης, το πρωινό εξαιρετικό και έδειχνε φροντίδα και νοιαξιμο να το ευχαριστηθείς. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Η Βικαία είναι η καλύτερη οικοδέσποινα!! 💯

Φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό το οποίο έκανε τη διαμονή μας ευχάριστη καθώς ήταν εκεί για απορίες και ότι άλλο μπορεί να χρειαστεί ένας ταξιδιώτης, τα δωμάτια πεντακάθαρα σε ιδανική τοποθεσία. Και μας έκλεψε την καρδιά ο οικοδεσπότης, ο σκύλος της ιδιοκτήτριας ο Toy που μας υποδέχτηκε όλο χαρά με αντάλλαγμα βέβαια τα χάδια το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!.

The room was super clean, comfortable & nicely decorated. The location was perfect, short walking distance to the restaurants and port of symi and water taxis. Staff was very helpful. I definitely recommend it and we’ll surely return again to Kokona!

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία! Μειναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι από τη διαμονή μας.Το κατάλυμα ήταν ολοκαίνουργιο, πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειάζεται κανείς για μια άνετη διαμονή. Όλοι οι χώροι ήταν προσεγμένοι, μοντέρνοι και ιδιαίτερα λειτουργικοί. Η φιλοξενία ήταν εξαιρετική και η επικοινωνία άμεση και ευγενική. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα ξανά!

Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή. Το προσωπικό εξαιρετικό, όπως και η καθαριότητα και η άνεση του δωματίου.

Really the best place to stay in Symi So comfy, well equipped and the owners are so nice and welcoming! Breakfast at the terrace was so charming, all tasty and homemade!

Very good location, walking distance from restaurants and market ,we were lucky the room had balcony view the village. The beds are new and the bathroom recently renovated.

the room and the bathroom was too small but for a couple of days was ok the wardrobe small.

Great location. Adjacent to the bell tower. Great new bathroom. Good double glazing but we didn’t realize that the bell tower rings at 7am on Sunday and again at 8am so closing the windows those days is essential 🤣

Περάσαμε ένα υπέροχο Σαββατοκύριακο με τον σύντροφό μου στο νησί. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική και το δωμάτιό μας πεντακάθαρο, με εκπληκτική θέα. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να μας προτείνει τα καλύτερα σημεία για να εξερευνήσουμε. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα για ζευγάρια που αναζητούν χαλάρωση

Τα δωμάτια είναι όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Το δωμάτιο είναι δίπλα στο λιμάνι της Σύμης και το βρίσκεις πάρα πολύ εύκολα. Όλα ήταν καθαρά και η κυρία στην υποδοχή ήταν πολύ ευγενική και βοηθητική.

The room can get hot even with aircon on but wasn’t a major and being on the ground floor can be slightly noisy with people talking outside but that didn’t really bother us at all! It was perfect for the amount of time we were there which was 2 nights

Wonderful stay in Symi! Kokona Hotel was a lovely choice for our 3-night stay in Symi. The property is very well maintained and equipped with everything you may need, including a fridge, hair dryer, comfortable beds, and a modern bathroom. We especially appreciated the excellent water pressure in the shower, which can sometimes be an issue on smaller Greek islands during the summer season. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with complimentary cold bottled water in the fridge, a thoughtful touch after the ferry journey. The staff was kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We were able to check in a little earlier, and there is also a secure luggage storage option if needed. The room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided regularly. Breakfast is available for an additional charge and is served in a beautiful garden shaded by grapevines and surrounded by greenery – a very pleasant way to start the day. The location is excellent: just a short walk from the ferry port and harbour, with bakeries, restaurants, and shops nearby. Despite being so central, the hotel felt peaceful and relaxing. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Symi.

Nothing specific. If I had to mention one thing, it would simply be to plan your breakfast time a little ahead if you have an early ferry or excursion scheduled. Otherwise, this is very much part of the relaxed Greek island lifestyle – slow summer mornings, enjoying breakfast in the garden under the grapevines, and embracing the "siga siga" pace of Greece.

L'emplacement est idéal au calme et dans le centre de la ville de Symi à 2 pas du port. La propriétaire est à adorable.

Comparativement le petit déjeuner est légèrement cher. Mais la terrasse dans la petite rue est extraordinaire l'un compense l’autre 😄

Propreté, gentillesse, service pour que l’on soit au mieux, dans le centre du village mais suffisamment éloigné de l’agitation du port pour être au calme. Petit déjeuner excellent…

Kleines, sehr gemütliches und gepflegtes Hotel, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hafen entfernt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstück wird nach Gästewunsch von der Inhaberin individuell zubereitet. Danke für den tollen Service wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Konumu mükemmel. Temizlik çok iyi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Super sauber. Selbst Handtücher riechen toll! Inhaberin sehr nett und fürsorglich. Das Hotel ist super gelegen und ist neu renoviert. Alles ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Kleines Frühstück kann man sich selbst zusammenstellen und wird zur gewünschten Uhrzeit serviert.

Die „Kirche“ direkt nebenan, morgens wird man von den Glocken geweckt. Aber ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Lovely small hotel in the heart of Symi Town. Location was just steps from the main port, in a quiet street. The hotel was exactly as advertised, clean and tidy. Family owned and managed, with a sweet and friendly attitude. Special mention to 16 year old Michaela, who was smart, efficient and always with a smile. Great cost/value relation, we would definitely recommend it.

The internet connection was a bit unstable, so if you have to do some work or join a meeting, it was quite a challenge.

Erittäin siisti huone joka oli sisustettu harkituin värein ja yksityiskohdin. Hyvä suihku. Mukava sänky jossa nukkui hyvin. Erinomainen sijainti tasaisella satama-alueella lähellä monia ravintoloita ja kauppoja sekä laivalaitureita. Terassilla (tai huonolla säällä alakerrassa) pöytiin tarjoiltu monipuolinen aamiainen oli hyvä (tilattava edellisenä päivänä). Ilmastointi toimi hyvin, mutta ei juurikaan ollut tällä kertaa tarpeen.

Ovien vanhanaikaiset avainlukot olivat äänekkäät, joten käytävältä kuului hyvin kun joku tuli tai lähti huoneesta. Minun majoittuessa naapurihuoneissa oli vain rauhallista väkeä, joista ei ollut meluhaittaa.

The room was very clean, tidy and in excellent condition. The staff were extremely polite and helped us store our luggage because we arrived early. They also gave us clear directions so we wouldn’t miss our ferry.

I had a wonderful stay at Kokona Hotel in Symi, Greece, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The location is absolutely exceptional—perfectly situated to explore the island’s charming harbor, colorful architecture, and stunning views, all just steps away. The breakfast was a highlight, offering an amazing spread of fresh, local ingredients with plenty of variety to suit every taste, served in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean, and equipped with modern facilities that made the stay both relaxing and convenient. What truly set Kokona Hotel apart, though, was the host’s kindness and attentiveness—they went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt at home and had everything they needed. This gem of a hotel made my Symi experience unforgettable!

The experience was very good with the majority of services and amenities of high quality.

There was an issue with poor Wi-fi connection as well as with extremely limited (almost zero) mobile data network signal which impacted connectivity all the time.
