Reviewed May 2, 2025Great hotel in the middle of the vineyards. Rooms are like private cabins with a private terrace. The pool area is very nice and has great views, especially for sunsets. Food is good and the wine is nice and available in their shop. Only downside is the restaurant closing at 8pm

When we returned, our room was never made up and it had a terrible ordor; smelled like backed uo sewage. There was no one around to help. Dont know that is stay here again.

Reviewed May 10, 2024El hotel esta hermoso en medio de una sumamente tranquila, rodeado de viñedos. Afuera de tu habitación cuentas con bicicletas para poder moverte en el área. Habitaciones bellas y cómodas. El desayuno incluido muy rico, lo tomas en su restaurante. Su vino nos gusto mucho, probamos el rosa, pinot noir y Nebbiolo.

Reviewed Nov 12, 2023Mal desde la llegada éramos una pareja y solo nos ofrecieron una copa de bienvenida y después nos dijo la señorita que fue por que no pudo quitar el corcho de la botella ; en un viñedo ? Alguien que no sepa quitar un corcho ? Algo ilógico ; y después nos dijeron nos la iban a dar y al hacer check out nos indicaron que no que por que solo la dan a la bienvenida . La señorita de recepción con un Criterio muy ilógico ; ya que nos quedamos sin agua caliente en la regadera y dijo ah es que ustedes me pusieron agua caliente y por eso se apaga el boiler por que solo aguanta agua tibia 😂. Desayuno el primer día con chilaquiles pasados . E inclusive en el café del cuarto solo una cápsula aunque éramos dos huéspedes .el tema del paseo por los viñedos la verdad no valía la pena y por eso lo tomamos en otros viñedos de mejor calidad .

Reviewed Sep 30, 2023I hesitate to share how perfect our stay was because it's one of those experiences you almost want to keep a secret. When I booked this hotel, I kept going back to the listing to look at pictures because I almost couldn't believe it was real. I'm here to tell you Tres Raíces is real and it's truly little slice of heaven in central Mexico, about 30 minutes outside of San Miguel de Allende. Me and my husband spent three nights here and could not have been more pleased with the property, the staff, and the food at the restaurant onsite. If you're looking for a picturesque place to disconnect, this is the place to do it.

Reviewed Mar 14, 2023El restaurante del hotel no tiene variedad en platillos, es caro y no me ofrecieron ninguna experiencia con sus vinos. El hotel no cuenta con nada a sus alrededores por eso se espera que tengan variedad en su restaurante. La limpieza excelente, muy bonitas habitaciones, el wifi es muy malo y tampoco hay señal con datos móviles, solo en algunos lugares del hotel. El area de la alberca muy limpia, el agua un poco fría para el clima pero la temperatura es soportable.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The food was delicious and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. My husband and i had a wonderful time here. Highly recommended.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2022Decepcionante, fuimos en plan de disfrutar el hotel tranquilos y no pudimos usar la alberca porque estaba sucia, el desayuno que incluyen suuuuper limitado, te cobran aparte el café, la fruta y solo te ofrecen dos opciones para desayunar, si se te antoja una cerveza no hay, solo vino de la casa, en la habitación los tapetes súper sucios. La verdad no pienso regresar.
