la struttura é molto vecchia, la prima camera che mi hanno dato aveva la porta che non si chiudeva, non ci si sente sicuri e ho chiesto un'altra camera, molto buia al primo piano. e' un hotel molto basico , pulito e il cortile interno é carino, ma la struttura lascia molto a desiderare, i muri sono mal messi, il bagno é il minimo indipensabile

They proved both 2 bottles of water in the room & water refills, which was great. Would have been v happy to stay another night if we had the time. . Highly recommend

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026We liked everything! Great staff. Nice little courtyard. Our rooms were big and colorfully painted. Everything was within walking distance. I wish we could find such nice places everywhere for that price.
Luckily, we got our choice of rooms because the ones they'd reserved for us did not have windows. We got to pick much nicer ones on the 3rd flood. Staff was great! So was the place, a great find at a great price. We thought it was wonderful and we very much enjoyed our stay.

No dedicated drop-off location in front of the hotel where you can unload the luggage from your car. No help with luggage either while our room was 2 stairs up. Parking was 2 blocks away.

Al llegar les recordamos que la habitación estaba pagada, pero la señora de recepción se negó a chequearlo y nos exigió un nuevo pago. Más tarde, cuando le mostré el recibo de pago de Booking, de mala gana accedió a devolverme el importe, que por la tardanza de varios días y las variaciones del dólar, resultó inferior al pagado. La señora se mostró desagradable con nosotros todo el tiempo. La habitación no tiene los 18 m2 anunciados en Booking, sino más bien 9 o 10. El inodoro, la ducha y el lavamanos están separados. De hecho deberás asearte y lavarte los dientes delante de los demás miembros de la habitación. Las paredes resultan tan delgadas que debimos esperar a que los de la habitación de al lado apagaran el televisor para poder dormirnos.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2025Me encantó , el check-in es alas 3 pm yo llegue alas 9 am y me solucionaron el problema dándome un habitacion para no esperar hasta las 3 , GRACIAS por eso ,Está cercas del centro , el ambiente del hotel es muy acogedor tranquilo se descansa súper bien , cuando regrese adolores sin duda volveré a rentar en CASA MÍA” el hotel está 10 De 10 lo recomiendo .☺️
La imágenes de la tele está muy borrosa pero no es problema por qué vamos apasear no aver tele😂.

I LEFT EARLY and went to another town where I feel much better and safer. The courtyard was pretty. The suite i got felt like I was visiting my grandmother’s run down apartment. Definitely not for me

Reviewed May 6, 2025The most adorable hotel ever! You walk into a pretty courtyard with a gurgling fountain. The rooms are off this. Basic but oh so cute! Comfortable bed, hot shower and the location is perfect!
The parking situation is a bit odd. They have a contract with an offsite parking lot but only after 9 pm. Otherwise, it's pay by the hour there. Fortunately, someone moved their car on the street and I just did that for overnight.

The staff was very friendly and allowed us to leave our bags while we checked out the city. The hotel has a cafe nearby with great coffee. It is very close to the Centro where there are plenty of restaurants and museums nearby.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2025We stay one night only, charming old house hacienda style converted to a hotel, hard and uncomfortable bed, couch is way overdue. Staff is very nice and helpful, we arrived 1 hour earlier then our check-in time and they promptly offer to access the room and gave us our key. Room door isn't very secure, flimsy and wobbling door but since you are way inside the property and they also closed the front doors at night doesn't feel unsecured but still a concern specially when you leave for a walk around town with your stuff inside. Property is close to everything which is a plus.

The lighting is white fluorescent hospital style lighting. It would have been nice to have warmer lighting. I wished that somebody would have enforced the quiet hours as people in courtyard were loud and talking into the night on night one.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2024The hotel is very quaint and very beautiful. The staff was superb, and they really seem to go out of their way to assist. While on our trip, there was rain, which we did not anticipate and the staff/hotel provided umbrellas for all guests. Overall an excellent experience. The next time we are in Dolores Hidalgo, this is where we are staying again. I especially want to send a shout out to Maria, one of the Front Desk clerks, who when I had a billing issue she went above and beyond to resolve it and make our experience terrific, Thank You Maria!
The only negative comment, which is more of a suggestion, is to get better circulation in the room we stayed in (16), even with the window open, the room was very hot and humid for my wife and I.

The hotel is mainly wood, which meant that it creaked all the time. The furniture and linens were a bit worn and tired.
