The view

It was dirty with stained pillows & underlay. Dirty cutlery & fat up the splash back. We only used the jug & toaster. Smaller than the pictures make it look. Sign saying 5 min max showers. The TV kept freezing. Definitely not worth the $670 for two people for two nights. Needs a lot more soundproofing between the house & unit.

The flat looks even prettier than the pictures. Clean and cosy, provides anything I can think of. The staff has been very considerate and turned on all heaters before our arrival.

The construction in front but this was unavoidable

Absolutely everything, such a delight staying in this home with a fantastic view and personal touches with a super comfy bed and large shower with great pressure.

Nothing at all, we were sorry to leave.

Great location and overall clean. The view is nice, although partially blocked by the house in front.

Basic supplies were lacking, no tissues provided (only toilet paper), no extra trash bags, and the trash bin is quite small. Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer, which was inconvenient since it was cloudy during our stay and we had planned to do laundry. It’s not an entire property, but just a small section of a house, which wasn’t very clear beforehand.

Clean & tidy self contained apartment. Very quiet area with lovely views from the front porch. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend.

掃除がきれいにされていなくて、テーブル、椅子、ベッドサイドテーブル等埃だらけ。自分ですぐに拭き取ると誇りでティッシュがいっぱいになった。　砂糖やお茶などのコーナーに使われた使用済みの砂糖の袋が無造作に突っ込まれていた。 お湯が１人5分、２人で１０分しかシャワーの暑いお湯が使えないと張り紙がありビックリした。１人5分でシャンプーと体を洗えない。 2泊しだタオルが少ない。洗濯機もあったが、あまりきれいではなかったので使用しなかった。 クロゼット開けると無造作に毛布やクッションなどが入れられていてとても使えたものではなかった。

We had a lovely time, everything was perfect and we would definitely stay there again.

Views, comfortable and modern. Compact yet spacious

The was so much hair in the drain. Floating around while having showers. Hair was found on towels. Tissue with dried blood found next to the bedside table-did not take photos (too gross). Absolutely disgusting. View not the same as advertisement- new houses blocked the nice view.

Beautiful view, the house was always warm, definitely on the smaller side but it was perfect for my partner and I. Had all the cooking facilities we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we’ll definitely be back!!

The proprerty manager had put the heat pump on in advance of our arrival so super cozy. Nice quality build and furniture etc. V quiet and comfy.

While most of the property was clean, there were black hairs scattered in the bathroom, which took the edge off the feeling of cleanliness. Lacks a coffee plunger but has one of those awful coffee makers that requires you to buy coffee in packaged singke serve units. The welcome book informs you that they only provide enough toiket paper, detergent, dishwash tablets, milk for your first night's stay. This was not actually the case for us, but expecting people to spend lots on a bag of dishwasher tabs 'available at Four Square in Tekapo' if they stay there multiple nights is stingey, and would result in the place not being looked after. Doesnt make sense when nightly charge is same whether 1 night, or more. Don't recall this being spelt out in the Booking.com description of the place either.

The bed was probably the most comfortable one I've slept on in my two weeks in South Island! The accommodation is very nice and clean, not to mention it feels very new and modern. My partner and I cooked some dinner and the cooking utensils are all available...(Interestingly, there was soy sauce, salt, pepper.. even thyme, but no cooking oil, but we still managed easily).

Love the view, the location and the heated bed!

The view and location were perfect. The accomodation had everything we needed and the bed was super comfortable.

Big as price...

Loved the view, loved the apartment, loved the silence and loved being entertained by the little wild rabbits across the road. Makes such a change from the city life. Very refreshing for the soul.

The location is very perfect for appreciating Lake Tekapo. The facilities in this house is so perfect.

Generally clean and comfortable in a quiet location. Thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. Fantastic shower.

Instructions to remove the rubbish didn’t account for the fact that the bins are kept at the top of a steep driveway with no railing and was difficult to access for someone with an injury. Any older person or someone with limited mobility would struggle.

The quiteness. Confort place to stay at Lake Tekapo.

standard of the accommodation was detrimental to my health as it caused allergic reactions

We had a great stay! Although not overly close to Lake it's a beautiful outlook with big ranch slider/windows. Basic furnishings, but everything we needed for one night. Nice comfy bed. Excellent shower pressure!

The deck was great for sitting outside but better outdoor furniture and a BBQ would make it even better!

Nice and spacious place for 2 pax. Great to have a living + kitchen, room and bathroom.

Feels a lil weird to be living at part of a property instead of the whole property. Room can be a bit stuffy at night.

In the bedroom there is a rattan art piece. At some point we started hearing some drops, moved it, and discovered there is a cup collecting water behind the piece. Nothing too serious, just a bit weird :)

Everything about the property was great! very comfortable (4day stay), contemporary decor, high quality bed linen and towels, good appliances, great view of lake.

Ideally would have liked a clothes dryer for convenience but it was OK using the clothes rack. Stairs a bit more than we saw in the picture. Washing machine great but the rubber on the front loaded starting to perish. will need replacing soon.

The house is very clean and has a nice lake view! Complete sets of home appliances.

The unit was very comfortable, spacious, and well appointed. it had a great view of the lake with a sunny outdoor patio. We will definitely book this unit again.
