Girişte berbat bir check in süreci yaşadık. 15:00 gibi zaten geç bi saat check in ama otele 15:50 gibi girebildik uygulama odanın hazır olmadığını söyledi numarayı aramak için bir sürü arayıp birine ulaştık hiç dil bilmeyen biri bu otele nasıl girebilirdi aynı şey başına gelseydi? 22 dereceye ısıtıcı sabit sizin üşümeniz bir şeyi değiştirmiyor yastıklar yetersiz beklentimin çok altında kaldı. Bir sürü para ödüyorsunuz ama ısıtıcıyı bile açamıyorsunuz acaba otel yetkilileri otel fiyatlandırırken bunları düşünüyorlar mı?

Reviewed Sep 16, 20264 stops away from the main station. 400 metre distance to the train station. Kitchen in the room was perfect, grocery store is also close. The staff of the restaurant in the entrance was really friendly.

Extra bra att allt som behövs för att laga egen mat finns, från kyl med frysfack, porslin, spis, ugn, kastruller, kaffebryggare, brödrost mm. Det var även smidigt att checka in och ut. Jag kommer boka detta boende fler gånger, särskilt om jag ska stanna längre i Stockholm.
Jag valde även frukost på bredvidliggande restaurang. Tyvärr fanns inte så mycket alternativ för laktosfri kost så nästa gång kommer jag göra egen och bättre frukost på rummet. Det enda negativa var att kuddarna kunde varit bättre, annars inget att klaga på gällande rummet/lägenheten.

Ο χώρος χρειάζεται προσωπικό και δε θα έπρεπε να ονομάζεται ξενοδοχείο. Τα παράθυρα δεν άνοιγαν οπότε μύριζε και οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι και τα δωμάτια. Το κρεβάτι ειναι μικρό και τα μαξιλάρια είναι μικρά και το επίστρωμα γλιστράει και κάνει το στρώμα υπερβολικά μαλακό. Δεν υπάρχει υπηρεσία καθαριότητας έστω ανά μέρα και πρέπει οι ένοικοι να βγάζουν μόνοι τους τα σκουπίδια. Στη γειτονιά δεν υπαρχει τίποτα. Φούρνος, καφέ κτλ

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026The location was nice and quiet but very close to two metro stations (different lines). The apartment is compact (smal) but the space has been used well and it felt very comfortable. I also loved the ease of staying in a building with an Italian restaurant on the ground floor (quality food) and a little delicacy shop.
I would have liked an Italian coffee machine (nespresso style) instead of a filter coffee machine. A washing machine would have been nice but there’s a laundry room in the basement so no big deal.

Pas d'accès à des chaînes tv internationales. Les panneaux d'orientation pour trouver certains lieux (la terrasse, le local poubelle) ne sont pas d'un grand secours.

Brilliant location, with a large Maxi ICA supermarket, train stations, loads of restaurants and an incredible kids playground within short walking distance. A longer (~1 hour) but beautiful walk into the city centre. The self check-in and check-out processes were very quick and easy.

It was hard to get in and out for bed, due to small movement space between the bed and the window. It was really warm in the room. The temperature was set to cooling, but it didn't.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Transports publics a proximité. De l'Aéroport prendre le bus 984 jusqu'à Fridhemsplan, c'est le moins cher! 6 min a pied ensuite. Buffet petit déjeuner standard correct dans restaurant attenant. Les chambres occupent 2 étages d'un immeuble administratif de 2023. le tout très calme, bien équipé , propre. Pas de ménage pendant le séjour.
l'accueil: via Application de la chaine d'hotel Vander. 1) La clé virtuelle ne marche pas et l'appli nous dit qu'on est devant la mauvaise chambre! Ensuite aidé par un autre hote: direction les 2 automates à cartes: aucun n a plus de cartes. Appel au numéro indiqué (qui est en Norvege et non en Suede, donc payant!!), mais après l'annonce personne ne répond à 20h du soir. Nulle part n'est indiqué que le restaurant à coté délivre également les cartes-clé (mais qui n'est pas ouvert tout le temps) Nous avons de la chance et entrons enfin après une heure perdue à s'énerver.

The wooden step on the bed has very sharp angles. Barely enough space for two chairs near the table

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026La habitación era muy bonita y el baño era genial, ademas la ubicación está bastante bien, en unos 15 minutos llegabas al centro puesto que hay dos estaciones de metro muy cerca del apartamento
La cocina tiene algunos detalles que mejorar pese a que esté bien equipada, pero no estaría de mas que dieran algo tan simple como un poco de aceite y sal. Ademas algo bastante preocupante es el horno, tienes que vigilar bastante el horno porque empieza a generar humo dependiendo del modo en el que lo pongas, a nosotros la primera noche nos generó mucho humo y tuvimos que abrir las ventanas para ventilarlo por miedo a que saltara la alarma de incendios

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026The location is very pleasant even though one has to take metro to the city centre (just a few minutes!), the value for money is great - for the same money I would get a tiny room in the city centre itself. Check-in/check-out with an app is very convenient. I had everything I needed in my studio! Also, I appreciated having a laundry in the building - washing machine and a dryer for quite a low price.
There was a bad smell in the bathroom and the windows were so dirty one couldn’t see much outside. I hope this can be easily resolved for a better experience! The breakfast is below average, I will not book it next time, but all in all I will recommend Vander to anyone visiting Stockholm!

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Lokalita ubytovania bola výborná. Skvelé bolo, že boli dostupné základné hygienické potreby ako sprchový gél, mydlo na ruky, uteráky a kuchynské potreby.
Niektoré časti ubytovania neboli úplne čisté napríklad v rúre bolo niečo zapečené (kus plastu) a nešlo to dole. Pri zohrievaní jedla to trošku smrdelo. Aj príbory neboli úplne čisté ale to nemusí byť chyba ubytovania ale predchádzajúcich hostí.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete und saubere Unterkunft. Es war alles vorhanden, was man während eines Städtetrips benötigt. Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig, sodass man ausreichend Platz hatte. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist die U-Bahn fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, mit der man wiederum auch in nur wenigen Minuten ins Stadtzentrum gelangt. Auch Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten sind nah gelegen. Bei Anreise mit dem Auto gibt es im gleichen Haus eine Tiefgarage, die benutzt werden kann.
Wir haben nur selten Mitarbeitende getroffen, aber die wenigen, die uns über den Weg gelaufen sind, waren leider nicht sehr freundlich. Das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört, da ansonsten alles kontaktlos funktioniert und man i.d.R. auf keinen Mitarbeitendenkontakt angewiesen ist. Der Check-in, Check-out und das Öffnen aller Türen erfolgt per NFC über eine App, was manchmal nicht ganz problemlos funktioniert hat. Es gibt aber auch die Option, vor Ort eine physikalische Karte an einem Automaten zu holen, falls es mit der Technik nicht so gut funktioniert.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Gli appartamente Vander si trovano in un'ottima posizione. Sotto casa c'è la fermata del 74 che porta a Kungsholmen, dove c'è un benissimo e suggestivo lungomare (in alternativa ci arrivi anche in 10 minuti a piedi). A pochi minuti a piedi c'è anche la fermata della metro e in pochi minuti arrivi al centro. Al piano terra c'è un ristornate aperto a colazione, pranzo e cena (chiude alle 22); a 20 minuti a piedi c'è Maxi e sistem boulaget per comprare alcolici. Lo staff inoltre è stato sempre molto cortese e ci ha seguito sempre passo passo in ogni nostra richiesta o esigenza.
A volfe la chiave digitale si inceppava.

pulizia decisamente da migliorare, soprattutto del bagno e letto. inoltre, non sono previste pulizie durante il soggiorno ma in una camera così piccola potrebbero almeno mettere una scopa a disposizione, così uno se vuole può dare una passata per terra da solo.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Very clean and well equipped apartment. Good to have coffee machine and coffee, enough for a week. Good sized TV which we could cast to and it could be adjusted so you could watch it from both the bed and couch area. Hand wash and shower gel provided. No problems with key app!
Bed was tricky to get in and out of. Not great if you have any mobility issues! Some minor points: light bulb out in one light, clothes rail loose and came off of wall easily and toilet seat very loose.

Čišćenje apartmana je najavljeno nakon sedam dana od dolaska. Obzirom da sam boravio deset dana, bilo bi mi draže sa se čišćenje odradilo sredinom boravka.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Breakfast was excellent and had everything (hot buffet, sandwiches, pancakes, muesli, juice, yogurt, plant-based milk, fruit). The room was tastefully furnished; we liked how the kitchen/sleeping area and the living area were combined in one space, as well as the cozy lighting and the large bathroom. There were also nice common areas, such as a cool, wide spiral staircase in the stairwell and very wide corridors (it seemed to us that these apartments were built in a former hospital building?). The city center is just a convenient 15-minute metro ride away, with the metro station within walking distance. Would stay again!

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Mit dem Bus oder U-Bahn gut erreichbar, liegt etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums. Das Einchecken ist via App unkompliziert möglich. Es gibt die Möglichkeit Chipkarten bzw. Onlineschlüssel über einen Automaten auszudrucken. Wir waren 5 Personen und hatten ausreichend Platz (1 Doppelbett, 1 Einzelbett und ein Schlafsofa für 2 Personen). Das Bad ist sehr gross und mit Waschmaschine ausgestattet.
Der bereitgestellte Wäscheständer ist etwas klein ausgefallen :-)

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Nagyon tiszta, kedves szoba. Jó helyen a külsőbb városrészben. Nagyon jól hangszigetelt szoba. Sok szoba van egy emeleten, de nem hallottunk másokat jönni-menni. A csomagmegőrző szobával akadt gondunk, de sikerült telefonon megoldani elég hamar.
Sajnos a légkondicionáló hőmérséklete nem volt állítható, és folyamatosan zúgott a levegőztető. Ez engem nagyon zavart. Az ablak csak résnyire nyitható, és - a teljes lakás szuper tisztaságával ellentétben - az ablak koszos.

Bloß ein Handtuch für jedes Familienmitglied für die ganze Woche, für das Geld hätte ich eine tägliche Reinigung des Zimmers erwartet, das Bett war schrecklich, der Matratzentopper hat sich andauernd verschoben, die Matratze lag einfach auf einer Holzplatte, sodass diese sich auch die ganze Zeit verschoben hat, Luggageroom war unbeaufsichtigt/für jeden von der Straße zugänglich

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Really well-equipped room and everything perfectly organised. Enjoyed the breakfast, comfortable room and the location with easy access to the city center makes this hotel a great value for money.
We had some minor problems unlocking the door with the Android app. Worked fine with the iPhone version.

一切都很好，只是因為窗戶只能開很少的隙縫，室內沒有空調，希望可以配備風扇在每一個房間

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026La déco, l’ameublement était magnifique! Les chambres sont spacieuse et elles offrent un vrai confort. Le restaurant à côté est franchement abordable, niveau transport il y a une ligne de métro à 5min de l’hôtel qui vous amène en 5-10min dans le centre. Vous pouvez aussi vous y rendre à pieds c’est hyper sympa. Le quartier est calme, joli et assez urbain. Il y a un centre commercial à côté donc franchement c’était parfait
Malgré toutes les bonnes choses, le point négatif que j’ai soulevé c’est l’impossibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres…
