The owner uncle was patient in explaining the hostel facilities despite my late arrival. The capsule and bed were clean. The shower facilities were adequate. The location is very convenient and there are many restaurants and entertainment activities nearby. It is very affordable priced and will recommend to travellers looking for a budget friendly stay.

The washroom has a strong stench of urine smell. But other than that, the facilities were great.

The lighting was good . but the space is too small we booked queen size and then only we find out that single and double bed is same coz the capsule size is same , maybe for experience yes but Not gonna repeat

the size of the capsule is too small i pay for two person around Rm160 and i feel like its not worth it at all

床位舒适，隔音效果还不错～ 虽然是男女混舍但大家都保持安静，互不干扰，也没有臭臭的味道🤗 位置很好，附近也有很多卖吃的 尤其是晚上特别多宵夜～ Aeon/toppen/eko坐车去10+分钟也蛮靠近 性价比算挺高的了 注：老板和老板娘的态度都很好☺️

What was good was the location, and there were some basic items provided - a towel, hair dryer, water dispenser. There was also hot water for shower. They also had slippers to change to, so that you can keep your own footwear in the locker as you’ll have to be barefoot and leave your slipper on the floor outside the pod.

The service was just nasty. The check in process went fine. But the next day, a friend of mine who wasn’t staying there wanted to use the toilet. There were no signs that this was not allowed. The reception was also empty and I was not able to ask if it was allowed. So my friend entered the toilet. Suddenly we heard a shout, and a male staff yelled and asked ‘What’s going on?’ I explained and showed him my key card and said I’m staying there and my friend wanted to borrow the toilet. He said nastily that ‘it’s not allowed.’ Another staff appeared and demanded that I paid 5MYR for this. I didn’t want to make a big fuss and just TNG the money over. There was no notice that said this was not permitted, and that we had to pay if we did. They stopped scolding once I showed that I paid. Shows that they’re just greedy for the 5MYR. The male staff continued to glare and give me dirty looks for the rest of my stay there. One of the USB charging ports in my pod was also spoilt, so I could only charge 1 device at a time. I was also told that some other pods had both ports spoilt as well. The safe in the pod was also not working. The locker was a bit small, and will not fit a carry on luggage. There was a table for you to put your luggage out in the open. But not sure how safe that is.

The owners are very sweet and accommodating, taking the time to guide those new to capsules. The bed sheets and capsule itself was clean too.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay and great value for money. Each guest is provided with a locker to store personal belongings and slippers to wear before entering the capsule, which adds a nice touch of cleanliness and organization. The only minor drawback was the soundproofing at night, which could be improved. The location is excellent, surrounded by plenty of dining options and shops within walking distance, many of which stay open late.

In terms of a dormitory, one of the most well planned and organised facilities. The rules are designed to keep things in order, which I appreciate.

The staff were a couple of auntie and uncle. They had their work ethic, can be a little straight forward and rude, but they really keep place clean and keep the security tight.

The place was very clean and tidy. The room was quiet and the bathrooms good. The lady at the desk was nice.

Not the accommodations fault but there was hardly anyone else staying there so it felt a bit strange. Definitely not a social hostel.

Very clean capsule beds. Quiet (capsules are hollow and may have brief knocking around when people entering or getting out of their own capsule bed, but tolerable). Lighting in capsule bed all functional, has both adjustable colors (led) and normal (reading) light Air is very fresh in the single bed dormitory area. Sleeping area is sufficiently cold (they provide covers on top of the bed as well). Provide coffee/teh/milo from machine, also water dispenser, which are welcome at the very-reasonable price. Common bathroom area is relatively clean. Big sinks to wash up / brush your teeth if need to do so. Locker is sufficiently large (tall but not long, do note can't fit very long items); has a lower cubby level (to place shoes).

Felt a bit harried/rushed; both when arriving (when guy was explaining how to use the capsule bed/locker for items - both unlocked by the same hotel-provided card) also when leaving (when woman staff said needed to clean the common area), while had already placed card at counter before book-out timing (12pm), but needed to work on some matters in the lobby (for an hour) before leaving

Capsule was great, very spacious and was well air conditioned. The share space was great too, not that the area was really touristy as it was a place to stay for a night maybe before heading off to Singapore you’d think. Bathroom/shower weren’t bad either.

You have to leave your luggage outside of the capsule and in the lobby/open area. A couple own the hostel and the guy who checked me in was never really happy, never saw a smile on his face. When he checked me in he was showing me the facilities and when he showed me my capsule he like sat in it and showing me the light/ac feature.. Could he have not shown me from outside? Poor hygiene to say the least. On both mornings I was there I found him snoring on the lounger! The woman was more friendly at least. Staying there felt like you were kind of always being watched and you didn’t want to do anything to upset the owners 😶

The Aunty is very friendly and welcoming. Very clean place and went there 4 times already so yes I enjoyed my stay:) Very good location and many things to do around there :)

The capsule was spacious and comfortable to sleep in. The place feels safe even for a solo female traveller. A locker is provided enough for a small luggage. The hot shower has good water pressure and body wash & shampoo & towel provided. Free hot drinks and water. There are common spaces to hang out. Nice location with plenty of food choices outside.

Staff consist of an aged couple - might seem aloof but they are very helpful and kind to provide assistance when approached. They explained the rules of the accommodation clearly and gave a detailed tour of the facilities. Toilet is gender separated but shared dormitory is not; however the capsule beds are locked and can only be accessed by tapping your personal key card so it's very private and safe. The capsule bed had cool lighting and enough space to put your belongings should you not wish to place them in the lockers outside. Location was good as well, many restaurants and shops around.

The lower capsule bed that we occupied was extremely creaky and made a lot of noise whenever we shifted the slightest.

Due to the design of the capsule, the ac air ventilation is not perfect, and sometimes is not cold.

1. The uncle at the reception. - Very rude. The way he talked to us was different with other customer. He can speak politely to other customer. During orientation, he stepped & go into our capsule, which is for me he not suppose to step on our bed. It's about hygiene. I don't like it. I stayed at few capsules hotel before, no one will do like that. Actually, they can put some label on each switch in the capsule/explain in a video/pictures. 2. The lamp at the corridor/locker area too dim. I can't see my things in the luggage properly. So I brought my luggage infront of my capsule for awhile to take out my things. The uncle followed me until to the room, speaking rudely/raise his voice to me even after I explained to him I just want to take my things out and will put back my luggage in the locker. He afraid my luggage wheels will cause the linen dirty. I am very particular about cleanliness.. So, I am not that stupid tu put the wheel down on my bedsheet. It really make me & my friend feel uncomfortable++ & not happy. 3. The aircond in the capsule - Not cool enough. Not sure if it is functioning. Like it have own time changing its temperature.

Me and my boyfriend arrived around 7pm and the men who opened the door for us was rude, I assume that he was rude because he saw us as young couples, he asked for the name for the booking impatiently. When he was introducing the facilities, he specially said like you cant invite any other friend over to the room, like bro the bed and space is limited how should two adults fit inside. The wifi was bad and they ask other people to give them 10 (exceptional) rating for money in exchange. The public area has really dim lights at night and the atmosphere was somehow spooky, well maybe they just want to imitate the feeling in outer space.

The door to the bed can only be unlocked by the card key, so you'll feel safer than other capsule hotels.

The bed doesn't have any electrical sockets, only 2 USB A ports. I couldn't charge my phone by the bed because I only had USB C to USB C cables. I charged my devices at the common area due to this.
