Clean and cozy

Used towels no place to hang and if possible also provide a hook to hold hand tower

It was clean convenient and we didn't encounter much problems

The rooms were quite cramped even the suite that we got

The room is modern, quiet and comfortable. The cleanliness was around 8/10, and overall it was a comfortable stay for a night. Considering the price, I think it was worth the money

It’s not very convenient to get food as most places require a 5–15 minute walk. The toiletries are shared instead of individually provided. Also, the lower part of the bathroom door is opened, so bathroom smells can sometimes come into the room, which was a little uncomfortable

Nice interior design to make it feel like a luxury mansion rather than a commercial hotel. Plenty of food options within walking distance.

Only cash option is available for the deposit. So make sure you prepare cash on hand when checking in.

Location was walking distance to many food and entertainment options in Mount Austin. 24-hour reception and security guard at night made the stay felt safe.

Rooms were not soundproof and could hear people at the corridor. Hotel was clean and comfortable, but corridor felt a little "dark" when I first arrived, probably due to the visual clutter from the carpet and wallpaper.

The room is big and nice.

Location is not bad but not the best.

Bath tub was choked. Aircon is a bit old and has a loud noise.

Room was not made up although we indicated the make-up room signage. Room was clean after we realised it was not made up at 3pm.

The quiet area is what I like .

There's a toilet smell at Room 223. I think it shouldn't be rented out until they remove the smell

It is a shame there was no breakfast available at the hotel. There was no conditioner or body lotion in the room.

Location wif ease of parking. Nearby many good food cafe/restaurants/supermarket.

Convenience to alot of eating places in Mount Austin

The pillow provided by the hotel is sooo bad. Just one night of sleeping, my entire right shoulder until now im experiencing sharp sore pain.

Great value for money. Beautifully decorated and clean lobby. Comfortable and clean room. 24 hour reception. Good location away from noise but walkable to eating areas.

There was a certain smell I didn't like when I entered the room but nothing unbearable.

It was clean, comfortable, had amenities. Relatively secure and the staff were very nice. When they clean my room they never took anything. They had a lift to go to our rooms. There's also a water dispenser downstairs. The room has a kettle provided with lipton tea, sugar and creamer. The toilet had a hand towel in case you didn't want to use your bath towel. They also have a luggage rack if you're coming for a longer stay. Do note they have a 100RM deposit.

It was very cramped. The slippers were a nice addition but very slippery in the toilet. My toothbrush bristle broke and I had to spit it out. I couldn't put "Do not disturb" if I took out my keycard so I was surprised to come back seeing everything was made tidily. It was a pleasant surprise but I also was anxious about theft in the first place, so I wished they didn't come in without permission. The air-conditioning was sometimes cold sometimes warm. I couldn't control it using the remote. There's only 1 chair in the hotel despite being a room for 2.

Lobby was like entering a 4 star hotel. Room had all the additional comforts of a 4 star hotel like room slippers, bath robes , large bath tub... Seems refurbished and linens were v comfy n clean.

Toilet was not well cleaned. Especially the toilet roll holder,, one room water heater not functioning well… water little warm only when turned max hotness… another room with rusty hinges on glass shower glass door. male receptionist should be more welcoming and smiling face.

The exterior of the building may not be fancy but the interior is gorgeous, clean and looks new and modern. Basic amenities such as towels, toothbrushes, shaver, showering cap etc. all provided. Note that there is a $100 cash deposit during check-in. Pros: - Electronic controls at the side of the bed - Umbrella available for guests to borrow - Near to Austin waterpark which has a huge supermarket Cons - Soft pillows - Slow lift (although rooms max floor is at level 2) - TV only has SG channels - Slightly further away from many eateries and KTVs

The front desk staff was very rude and not accommodating. Arrived in the evening about 8+pm after a long drive to the hotel. I have already pre-booked the room(paid) but didn't manage to check in. The front desk staff kept asking for proof of receipt/tax invoice. Don't they have a copy of the booking details? Asked if he is able to get the room card first for my spouse to rest while I stay to get him the details. The request was simply ignored. Never had such an experience checking in.

Location is very good, for the price paid the hotel is great! will stay again
