Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Die Aussicht war wirklich toll, das Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer hatte eine Waschmaschine, die super war. Einen Trockner gibt es gegen Aufpreis im Waschsalon im Hotel, Waschmittel kostenpflichtig an der Rezeption.
Es gibt eine Küche im Zimmer, die nicht genutzt werden darf, außerdem gibt es keine Utensilien wie Gläser, Becher etc. und auch auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption gibt es keine Gläser :-( Generell müsste das Personal etwas geschult werden. Das englisch ist wirklich kaum brauchbar und auch der Servicegedanke fehlt leider. Das Hotel wirkt wirklich vornehm, entpuppt sich aber als kleine Mogelpackung, da die Standards nicht zum Aussehen passen.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026The hotel is situated right next to a major street with many buses going by, so easy to get around. We had a room with view on the ocean, which was nice.
The bed was so uncomfortable. Just awful, slept badly every single night. Breakfast staff are super nice, but the food is a big meh. Coldish eggs, meat in every warm dish (not so good for a vegetarian), cheap bread, jams. Oh, and although you will have a kitchen, you are not allowed to cook, and will only be supplied with two cups. It's too bad the hotel is too cheap to invest a bit more: comfort mattress pad, a little extras at the breakfast...

Reviewed Jan 21, 2026Breakfast was good. Over priced for what you get but good. Staff weren’t available all day, and limited in English skills. But kind and happy to help when they understood what was happening.
AC remotes were removed from rooms for some dumb reason, and the heater was not controllable. I literally slept with the door open because of how hot the room was.

부킹닷콤하고 이 호텔하고 말이 안맞습니다. 약간 사기치는것 같기도 합니다. 방선택에 있어 광고 내용과 실제 배정이 다르고 그걸 항의하려고 호텔측에 따졌더니 말이 안통합니다. 프론트에 있는 남자직원, 정말 불친절합니다. 말도 안 통하고 서비스 마인드도 없는 사람입니다. 에어컨도 켜져 있어서 끄려했는데 리모컨도 전부 회수해 없애버려서 추워서 자다깨다...

저희 방만 그랬던 걸 수도 있지만, 온수 고장 및 자잘한 소음부분이 있었어요ㅠㅠㅠ 온수 고장은 프론트에 전화드리니 바로 직원분이 올라오셔서 해결해주셔 큰 문제는 아니었지만, 밤새 알 수 없는 규칙적인 소리가 침대방 머리쪽 벽면에서 계속 들렸는데, 잠을 방해하는 큰 요인이었습니다ㅠㅠ (직원분께서 이걸 보신다면 1519호 확인 좀 부탁드립니다)

The room also had a pleasant balcony. Staff are off site, they are very available via email and came early our first morning to sort the WiFi. We probably didn't allow for our absence of Korean language and the small confusions to find things.

Reviewed Jan 30, 2025위치가 좋아서 만족스러웠습니다. 시장을 도보로 이용할 수 있어서 편리하고, 호수와 바다가 보이는 전망도 좋았습니다. 멀리 고층 건물에 가려서 일출을 볼 수는 없었습니다. 호텔 지하 주차장은 협소하였지만 외부 주차장도 멀지 않아서 편리하였고 조금 일찍 체크인 해주셔서 정말 좋았습니다. 룸컨디션도 대체로 좋았고 실내 온도도 적정했습니다. 다만 청소상태는 다소 미흡한 부분이 있었습니다. 바닥에 먼지가 있고 화장실에 머리카락이 있었습니다. 그리고 베란다 구석에 담배꽁초가 있었어요. 청소할때 미처 확인을 못하신거 같아요.

Reviewed Jan 30, 2025연휴를 맞아 연박을했는데 청소상태와 비품교체는 그냥 쓰레기버려주고 새수건과 물 갖다주는 정도예요. 휴지도 다떨어졌는데 교체가안되서있어서 다시요청해야했어요. 숙박기간중에 아침일찍 화재경보가 울렸는데 프론트는 통화중에 안내하는 사람도 방송도 따로없고 온가족이 잠옷바람에 패딩만걸쳐입고 1층까지 내려갔다왔어요. 오작동이라는데 사과방송도없고 안전에대한 대처가 미흡했어요 그 외어는 시장과 먹거리 접근성은 좋아서 편리했어요

We stayed for 4 nights in a Junior Suite with a compact kitchenette/lounge, good bathroom, small double bedroom and balcony. We really appreciated the washing machine because we’re travelling for a long time. The crowning glory of this property are the views from the balcony – they are stunning! This is an excellent value option for a central Sokcho stay!

Reviewed Nov 28, 2024예약시 룸에 테이블과 의자가 있었는데 실제로는 없어서 당황스러웠습니다. 얘기를 해서 2세트를 가져다 주시긴했는데요... 그리고 침구가 너무 얇아서 바닥에 깔고 자기엔 허리가 너무 아팠습니다. 패밀리룸은 별로인듯요

Reviewed Nov 17, 2024이정도 가격이면 가성비 괜찮습니다. 딱 잠만 자려고 잡은 곳이라 큰 기대 없었습니다. 건물 내 주차장 좁음. 근처 공영주차장 있음/무료 침구류에 먼지가 너무 많았음 오피스텔 형태인데 발코니가 있어서 좋음 화장실 구석 구석 물때가 끼어있음 담배냄새가 화장실을 통해 넘어옴. 따뜻했음 물, 수건, 샴푸, 바디샤워 제공됨 잠만 자기에 딱 가성비 좋음.

Reviewed Nov 15, 2024friendly staff. very clean and modern facilities. although a wet bathroom, there is a shower separation. extremely convenient location, right in the heart of sokcho with amazing views of the lake. the building has a direct access convenience store and restaurants on first floor. 5 minutes walking distance to the sokcho tourist market. washing machine inside room was a bonus. the staff provides extra amenities and leaves by door side each day, if you're staying for more than 2 days I think. there is a paid coin laundry also on the first floor, if you need to quickly dry your clothes (but a little overpriced). overall an unexpectedly awesome experience. will definitely stay here again!

Reviewed Nov 8, 2024깨끗했고 2명이 사용하기에 큰 불편은 없었음. 속초 중앙시장이 도보로 5분 거리 내에 있어 편리했고 주변에 편의 시설들과 음식점, 까페 등이 있어 좋았음. 주차장 사용도 편리했음.
