El mejor alojamiento de todo el viaje: vistas increíbles al lago y a las montañas, calidad precio inmejorable, check in y check out sencillo, ubicación muy cerca del mercado. Muy recomendable.

Nada que cuestionar.

Staff reacted to our comments, the defects in the first room, and moved us to a new room. They also spoke good Englisha and some German too. They tried, but could use more guidance to really bring a good Customer service.

The Room Mobile Key was not sent, despite me writing 3 messages to Hotel. We had no Korean phone, so I asked for it to be sent by eMail. When we arrived at the location, worried we could not get in, we found "by accident" on the Reception Counter OUR Room key AND Password - in theory anyone could have got into the room before and after us!!! There were 3 defects in the first room (broken shutters, broken table, hinge on cupboard was broken).

Que no era un hotel como tal Es un edificio donde hay alguna planta destinada a hotel que comparte con residentes. No hay personal en recepción salvo alguna hora Las fotos inducen a error porque la cocina no se puede utilizar, (es un hotel y es correcto)

Die Sicht über den See war sehr gut.

Personal wurde weggespart. Check erfolgt am Automaten. Hat nicht funktioniert. Personal zu finden war sehr schwierig und hat eine halbe Stunde gedauert. Ausstattung im Zimmer teilweise kaputt.

The room was a decent size and had a stunning view

No tableware at all, not even spoons, knives or even chopsticks. They warn you cooking is forbidden but apparently take away food is too given the lack of supplies. The whole building is unmanned meaning in any case you have to call/send a message to someone who is elsewhere. You have to do everything via an app but they forgot we requested cleaning and I had to call the number multiple times before someone picked up.

비대면 서비스 편리하고 좋음 주차도 공영주차장에 주차하고 어플로 정산 가능

가성비 대박 주차 편리

속초 청초호 근처라 베란다 옆으로 보이는 청초호와 동해도 나름 멋있었고, 그나마 요즘 숙박비가 너무 부담되는 것에 비해 상대적으로 아이들과 함께 4인 가족이 머무르기에는 가성비있었던 것 같습니다. 호텔 주차장은 계속 만차라 이용 못했지만, 바로 앞에 넓은 공영주차장이 지원되서 주차도 편하고, 속초중앙시장 등 주요 관광지도 가까워서 편하고 좋았습니다.

딱 하나 아쉬운 점은 트윈침대 2개 사이에 작은 테이블이 있으면 좋은데... 아무 것도 없어서 휴대폰 등 거치하기 좀 불편한 점과 여유공간이 많지는 않지만... 냉장고 옆에 위치한 테이블 꺼내서 쓰는 것은 좋은데 의자가 없어서 4인 가족이 시장서 사온 음식 먹을때 좀 불편한 점, 그리고 역시 좁지만 배란다가 있는데 역시... 작은 의자라도 있으면 좋겠는 점 등이 있겠네요.

Lovely view, good location near bus stops and shops. Some nice food places nearby. Convenience store on first floor was great. Spacious room, lots of cupboard storage space with a nice view of the ocean. Large, comfy beds and clean space to live in.

Occasional sewage smell from toilets (?) seemed a bit off. There was the stove that we couldn't use (no appliances for it).

Room was spacious and clean. Cleaning service is excellent. Good location and easy access to food around.

시장 및 로데오거리에 접해잇어 구경하기도 편하고 시설이 오피스텔 처럼되어 있어 이용에 편리함.

커플이 이용하기엔 침대가 작고 이불도 1개뿐이라 잠자리가 불편한것이 흠.

Det var synd att det inte fanns några möbler på balkongen, eller någonstans att sitta (förutom på sängarna) hade också uppskattat en skrapa till duschen.

האזור היה נחמד וראוי, תשובות מהירות (אך לא באמת מועילות).

החדר לא היה ראוי עבורנו, אין שולחן, אין אפשרות להפעיל מכונת הכביסה, אין אפשרות ליבש / לתלות (למרות שרשום שיש והיתה הסיבה העיקרית לבחירת המקום), שרותים ננעלים ללא אפשרות לפתוח מבחוץ (עזרה נשלחה בדמות עלמה שבאה ופתחה עם קיסם שיניים). . יצאנו למחרת הלילה הראשון ועברנו למלון שכן - שהיה נפלא. כפרות על הכסף שכמובן וכמובטח לא הוחזר גם לא בחלקו.

깨끗하고 이용이 편합니다

We were given two apartments side by side which was great. The flats were spotless and it was lovely that we had a washing machine included. So quiet, with great views over the bay.

We wished there were a few dishes and cutlery available.

I did not like the fact that without a mobile phone check in would have been very dificult

Comfortable beds, bright room with amazing views and a balcony. Very little noise from neighbours. Super close to the bus stop (bus to national park or bus station). Convenience store downstairs. Has a kettle, fridge and microwave. Has 3 mugs. Has a washing machine. Bathroom is fine.

As everyone else has said, no furniture on the balcony so you have to sit on the floor. And you can't actually use the kitchen because there is nothing except 3 mugs. No pots/ pans, crockery or cutlery. There is no human contact at all so no one to ask for recommendations, staff are hard to contact on booking.com. No washing machine detergent or anywhere to hang clothes to dry. No water refill (they give you 3 small bottles per day). Bathroom smelt of smoke at times.

위치도 시장이랑 가까워 편하고 청결상태 좋고 가성비 좋습니다.

처음 방문했는데 주변에 중앙시장도 가깝고, 갯배타는곳도 가까워서 지리적으로도 괜찮았고 숙소 상태도 좋았습니다

O hotel nos recebeu muito bem. Oferece um café da manhã adequado. Funcionários gentis e prestativos. Localização excelente para conhecer a cidade e fazer turismo local.

It was roomy with some working facilities. Walking distance to Fish market and about 17k won taxi fare to reach Mt Seorak. You could see Abai Village right across the waters. There was a CU at L1 which we frequent a lot.

I call this a 'halfway house', there was always a BUT.... There was a stove, BUT you are not allowed to cook. There was a microwave, BUT I have to buy my own plate to heat up leftovers. There was a washer, BUT no racks to dry your clothes. I read in the reply that one could ask for a rack and so I did. They brought me three more hangers instead. So no, they did not have a rack.

Convenient location and clean

Check in instructions translated to Korean was not clear. Didn’t know that no one would be there at the hotel to greet nor explain parking situation. Had to have a Korean phone but finally able to figure out that we could use What’s App to communicate.

Hotel is very near the market and just outside the shopping street.

두번째 방문입니다. 위치가 너무 좋고 방이깔끔했습니다. 다만 웃풍이 좀 있어서 기온이 너무 내려간 날엔 좀 추웠고, 체크아웃하는 날 새벽아침에 누군가 도어락을 눌러서 깜짝놀랐네요. 문이 안열려서 다행이었지만… 체크아웃한 방으로 착각하신 클리닝 스태프가 아니었나 싶은데.. 이점은 좀 개선이 필요한 것 같아요.

Great staff at Information desk, helpful in assisting getting a taxi to bus terminal. You need to be able to speak Korean, or at least know some common words. But very helpful in communicating. The view from the corner rooms is stunning for sunrise. Love the ondol heating, the TV, microwave, hot water kettle for coffee and the fridge to make the room very cozy.

Bidet on the toilet would have been really nice.

가격도 합리적이고 시설도 거의 최신식에 매우 상태가 좋습니다. 도보거리에 속초중앙시장, 아바이마을도 가볼수 있어서 위치도 괜찮습니다. 다만, 방에 먼제가 너무 많아요. 보이는 곳만 딱 청소하나 봅니다. 가기 전에도 비슷한 후기를 봤었는데, 제가 묵은 방도 그랬어요. 먼지가 조금 있는게 아니라 솜먼지처럼 뭉텅이로 날립니다. 파리 잡을라고 판 휘둘렀다가 방안에서 먼지 소용돌이가 솓구쳐 오르는거보고 식겁했어요. 눈에 드러나보이는 곳 말고도 침대 밑, 커튼 밑 이런곳도 매일은 아니더라도 며칠에 한번씩이라도 청소 좀 해줬으면 합니다.

Amazing apartment with a washing machine. Great location with a walking distance to intercity bus terminal, a few minutes away from a bus stop to Seoraksan National Park.

가격대비 매우 만족합니다. 비대면으로 모든것이 불편함 없이 이루어지고, 룸에서 전자렌지와 싱크대, 냉장고, 옷장등등 필요한 것은 여느 호텔 이상으로 구비 되어 있으며 깔끔했어요. 매우 만족합니다. 살짝 아쉬운것은 접는 의자가 2개정도 옷장안에라도 넣어두시면 참 좋을것 같어요. 앉아있을곳이 없어요 ㅎㅎ

주변 관광지를 이용하기가 편리해서 너무 만족합니다.

Very easy and convenient check in and check out. Two huge beds! Nice quiet place.

Very nice, stylish apartment close to the fish market. The check-in and -out is online and is really seamless. The host is also very quick to respond! There’s a convenience store in the building which is very handy.

It wasn’t clear that the boiler needs to be turned on (as a non-Korean speaker I didn’t realize one panel on the wall was to control the hot water and heating). I was surprised that it wasn’t allowed to cook even though there was a stove. It wasn’t an issue for us but I can imagine someone books an apartment to have a possibility to cook. But all these things were minor and didn’t affect our stay.

싱글침대 2개가 편안했고 세탁기사용도 좋았어요. 걸어서 속초중앙시장 오징어난전도 가능합니다. 저렴한 금액에 너무 좋았습니다.

카운터에 안내하는 직원이 없고, 핸드폰 문자로 문의를 하는데.. 답이 없는 경우가 많았음... 무인으로 운영해서 처음 방문 하는 분들은 많이 당황하게 됨.

I liked the room. It was a bit sparce but I can understand why they decorated that way. It was comfortable and the view wasn't bad. I liked the delivery of fresh towels and bottled water the next morning. Having a freezer was great especially with how hot it is at the moment. Location was good - easy to get around. I think a few taxi drivers were a bit unsure of the name of the building but they managed to find it with the address.

No dryer or rack after you washed clothes. No iron. No cutlery or plates/bowls. I understand they don't want you to cook but they did provide a microwave which sort of defeats the object as you can eat in the room. I was a little disturbed when just before midnight a man tried to enter my room. I did shout he got wrong room. I don't know if he was drunk but it perturbed me as a solo female traveller. However, that is not the company's fault.

주차장 빼고는 다 맘에 듭니다. 속초중앙시장 가깝고 시설도 좋고 청결합니다. 바로 밑에 편의점이 있어서 편리하구요.

좋은 점 : 1. 주차가 편함 : 건물 지하주차장은 협소하나 근처 공영주차장을 쉽게 이용가능하며 공영주차장은 출차 5분전에만 연락하면 주차등록이 되므로 이용이 편리함 2. 주변에 걸어서 갈 만한 곳들이 많음 아쉬운 점 : 1. 객실내 1회용품이 없으며 비누도 없기 때문에 준비해가거나 1층 자판기에서 구입을 해야 함 2. 침구류에서 하얀색 작은 먼지가 많이 날림. 먼지 알러지 심하면 문제가 될 수도 있음 3. 배게가 불편한 편 4. WIFI가 연결이 제한이 있는것 같음. 호실마다 차이가 있는지는 모르지만 내가 사용했던 객실의 경우 WI FI에 4개 이상 연결을 시도하면 연결이 안 됨. 내 경우 핸드폰 4개, 구글티비, 태블릿1개, 스위치 1개를 가지고 갔는데 연결불가(연결포화)로 동시 사용이 불가능 했음

속초중앙시장과의 접근성이 좋았어요.

비대면 호텔로, 문자로 미리미리 잘 안내해주셨습니다. 원룸을 호텔로 전용하는 느낌이었는데, 청결하고 저렴하게 가족여행을 잘 진행할 수 있었습니다. 조식 없는 경제적 숙박시설로, 만족.

호수뷰 추천합니다

전체적인 상태는 아주 양호했습니다. 침구도 편안하고 깨끗했습니다. 다만 화장실 환풍기가 고장났는지 곰팡이 냄새가 너무 심해서 사용이 꺼려질 정도였습니다.

위치좋고 가성비 좋고 만족합니다.

호수를 보며 야경을 즐길수 있었습니다ᆢ 방이 깨끗했고, 재 방문 하겠습니다~^^

주변에 주차공간이 많아요, 숙소에서 속초 중앙시장까지 걸어서 10분도 채 안걸리더라구요~ 호텔 뒷편이 번화가라서 편했습니다. 참고로 화장실에 비누는 없었어요. 편하고 좋은 여행이었습니다^^

위치 - 베스트 청결함 - 베스트 주차 - 건물 주차가 협소, 맞은편 공용 주차 1일 지원 속초 중앙시장까지의 거리가 멀지 않아 도보로 이동할 수 있어서 너무 좋았음. 다음에 속초 여행 시 계속 이용하고 싶은 숙소로 리스트 업~

중앙시장 도보로 가능하고, 호수뷰도 바다뷰 못지않게 좋았어요. 비대면 체크인이 낮설었지만, 편리한 면도 있습니다.모바일로 받은 스마트키를 누르기만하면 문이 열리는 시스템. 카드키가 필요없어요.다만, 주차관련 문자가 계속오는데, 불편해요. 비수기 주중에 방문해서 지하주차장에 주차가능했는데, 주말이라면 글쎄요..주차만 빼면 다른건 만족합니다

주차가 힘들어요. 주차 관련 문자가오긴하는데 이해하기 힘들어서 길가에 차 세우고 안내 데스크에서 안내 받으면 이해됨. 좀 번거롭죠! 문자에 자량 출차시 차량 번호 문자 남기면 수시로 주차 이용할수 있다는 문구로 보내 주면 더 좋을텐데 아쉽 그밖에 다를건 문제 없는듯

청소 및 청결 상태가 좀 아쉬웠지만 반려동물과 정말 잘 지냈습니다. 다음에 또 방문의사 있어요.

The room itself was well-equipped, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Clean and very comfortable! The hotel's location was also a huge plus, allowing me to easily explore the surrounding area. Will definitely come back. Chose this hotel because of the good location (near the local Sokcho market, view of the lake and also the Soraksan mountains) The room was clean and had everything we needed. There is a convenience store on the first floor which is very convenient We had a late night check in and with the smart key we received via email, had no problem checking in without any help from the hotel staff. I recommend this hotel, for the price and quality of services it is one of the best in Sokcho

Good hotel, great location near restaurants, coffee shops, and market. Lovely surprise to use laundry machine inside the room - we were traveling a little bit so far so free laundry service was very convinient. Parking was good too. The facilities are awesome. Washing machine and a big fridge. Easy check-in and check-out system. Smart key system is very convinience if you check-in time is late. Clean, very comfy, and so affordable!

The room is really clean, and what's cool is that you can check in anytime because they have an easy self-check-in system. If you ever need help, you can call or message them on KakaoTalk, and the staff is super friendly and speaks English well. The hotel's location is awesome. It's close to lots of shops, restaurants, and markets, perfect for exploring Sokcho. Plus, it's easy to get to Seoraksan and nearby areas. Inside the room, you've got everything you need – a big fridge, TV, hairdryer, and even a balcony with a great view. It's super convenient and made my stay even better. Highly recommend!
