Grand Bay Beach Tourist Residence Mauritius

I didn’t like it at all and I left out only after 2 hours. It’s of very low level .. It’s not worth to be tagged with the word « tourist ». In its advertisement it says Grand Bay Beach tourist hotel, when it’s actually a guest house. So, it’s fake publicity.. How come Booking.com treat with such companies ???

Nous pensions avoir réservé une location avec deux chambres mais quand nous sommes arrivés, nous nous sommes retrouvés avec une pièce où étaient installés 3 lits. Le ménage n’était pas fait, nos pieds étaient noirs au bout de 5min. Tout était rouillé dans la salle de bain, la douche ne tenait qu’à un fil suspendu au plafond et il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude. Il n’y avait pas non plus de rideaux occultants. L’endroit n’est pas très bien fréquenté, les gens crient et claquent les portent en pleine nuit, nous avons eu le droit à de la perceuse jusqu’à 00h30, de la musique de boîte de nuit jusqu’à 5h du matin. Nous avions réservé pour 5 nuits, nous ne sommes restés que 2 nuits et avons été obligés de chercher une autre location en urgence pour quitter cet endroit et pouvoir enfin dormir tout en leur laissant la totalité du montant de la réservation et de la taxe de séjour pour 5 nuits. À fuir surtout si vous venez avec des enfants.

L'accueil est vraiment super, les lieux spacieux, et le rapport qualité/prix imbattable il y a la clim, tout fonctionne très bien, attention ce n'ai pas un 4*, le bâtiment est dans son jus, mais c'est propre et spacieux avec frigo top en +. cuisine commune grand espace terrasse commune avec une petite vue sur la baie (petite vue).

Secure and excellent location in the centre of Grand Bay-opposite the beach- within easy walking distance to the big shopping malls with foodcourts. Helpful and polite staff. Spacious and clean room. Cooking facilities. Close to public transport, restaurants and nightlife. Exceeded expectations for this price-

Sehr abgewohnt und eine Küche in der alles dreckig erschien, hier gibt es einiges zu tun. Bettgestelle bedürfen einer Reinigung, Matratzen nur mit Laken ohne Schutzbezug. Keine Decken gegen die Kühle der Nacht. Safe nur im Badezimmer unter dem Waschtisch Nur zu benutzen indem man vor der Toilette kniete.

Zentrale Lage in Grand Bay. Bester Strand Perry Beere nur wenige Minuten per Taxi oder Bus entfernt. Per Express Bus in 45 min bis 1 h in Port Louis. Für selbstversorger Preis Leistungs Tip.

Manager was very helpful and made every effort to meet our needs. Has laundry service available. Need to remember that not all toiletries are included, like shampoo. Only has stairs to all rooms. Convenient to have a kitchenette available with a few dishes. Bathroom and shower were clean and worked well. Overall a great stay for the price.

It was very difficult to find the place. My taxi driver dropped me off a few blocks away. The police took me to the wrong place. They just need to put a big sign on the street to find it. The manager was very helpful once I found it. It was very reasonably priced for the area.

So close to the beach- literally across the road! Bus stop close. Mini market and a Grill snack on the premises. Room was on first floor-big bed,spacious surface and clean. Staff were welcoming and gave tips on what the locals do for fun and eat. Reasonable wifi in lobby. Enjoyed the ocean view from the top floor sitting in the equipped kitchen upstairs. Good value.

Only needed a place to sleep and it was clean and comfortable so it suited me

La chambre était extrêmement sale. Pas nettoyé depuis des mois. Des résidu et cheveux dans le lit, sur le plancher et la toilette était taché d’urine partout. Il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude. J’ai demandé à Chapdelaine chambre et la suivante était encore plus sale.

I had another wonderful stay with this host this week! The room they provided was even better than the last time I stayed, with all the amenities I could need including a kettle, milk, sugar, and coffees. It was a nice touch that I wasn't expecting. The host continues to be extremely generous when it comes to check-in and check-out times, which is a huge bonus when traveling. Overall, I highly recommend this host for anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay.

Le logement était insalubre, sol instable, présence de moisissures sur plusieurs mur, tout le logement était sale, tache d’urine dans la salle de bain, Sol cassé et objet saillant qui dépasse. Trou dans les murs donnant sur l’extérieur. Cuisine partagée avec des restes de nourriture et dans un état pitoyable. Lorsque nous avons refusé d’y séjourné vu l’état sanitaire et matériel le remboursement nous a été refusé.

I was in contach with a man and woman before coming, the y were super nice. I booked the place because it had check out 8pm and i already told i was going to check in at 23h45 and check out at 4pm The girl at the residence was rude to me, i wont go into details but she was rude and wasnt complying to the booking conditions availble black on white in the site !!
