Instalações modernas, clean, quarto amplo e funcional. Cama confortável e ar condicionado perfeito. Localização boa. Funcionários amáveis. Garagem privativa e de fácil acesso.

Banheiro confortável como um todo superando o fato do Box de Banho ser bem pequeno.

The room was truly fantastic! High quality and design, very functional and comfortable. I loved the roof terrace and the staff were extremely helpful. Would love to come back whenever I am in Heidelberg again.

There is nothing I'd say I did not like. The hotel was convenient and comfortable to a high standard. The restaurant was closed though, but that just means I'll have to come back and try it as the reviews were very good :)

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We waren op doorreis met een paar dozen wijn en ze hebben deze voor ons 's nachts gekoeld weggezet. Het was toen erg warm. De locatie is ook leuk, in een oud gebouw, vlakbij de universiteit.

De airco kon niet op tegen de hitte buiten. Het werkte ook niet mee dat we een kamer bovenin het gebouw hadden. Het was te doen hoor, maar ze hadden de airco beter iets eerder aan kunnen zetten op zo'n warme dag.

Herzlicher Empfang, großes romantisches Dachzimmer, Parkgarage, gutes Frühstück, fünf Fußminuten bis zum Altstadtzentrum.

Non abbiamo assaggiato la colazione perché quando ci siamo presentati al buffet era così sguarnito che nn sapevamo cosa poter mangiare Materassi non molto comodi Ma soprattutto è davvero un problema il parcheggio se non hai un’auto adatta al loro garage perché non sanno suggerirti dove poter parcheggiare: noi avevamo un’auto troppo alta e ci è stato fatto capire che ci dovevamo “arrangiare”!!

Die Lage. Ist super und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Auch der Restaurant Tipp war hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely hotel, lovely courtyard at the front where you could sit and have a drink. Hotel was quiet and had parking. Lovely breakfast and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and bed was comfortable.

The hotel had no restaurant for an evening meal (i think they have one but it was closed). It didńt matter as you are so close to the old town that you can walk there and you have so much choice. It didńt matter that the hotel had no restaurant

Posizione, staff, locali molto belli e moderni. Stanza grande con splendide vetrate.

Colazione scarsa, il refill dei prodotti veniva fatto raramente. Alle 9.scarseggiavano pane e brioche e l'acqua del thè era fredda.

L'hôtel est très bien placé, dans la vieille ville et en même temps facile d'accès en voiture. Un parking couvert et privé dans L'hôtel. Des produits de qualité au petit-déjeuner. Chambre au calme, aucun bruit la nuit.

Si on chipote, la décoration de la chambre pourrait être encore mieux

Lokatie direct grenzend aan de oude stad. P-garage onder het hotel. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst met begeleiding naar de kamer. Uitleg van bediening airco en faciliteiten. Ook tips waar wat te zien is tijdens ons korte verblijf. Kamer was ruim, grote luxe badkamer en heerlijk koel dankzij de airco. Buiten was het 35+, binnen net boven de 20 C: heerlijk geslapen! Ontbijt een dikke voldoende: voldoende keuze op het buffet en de rest kan je bestellen. Binnentuin, dakterras….alles wat je graag ziet in een centraal gelegen hotel.

Ietwat “onverwacht”; er was geen koelkastje aanwezig en om op te zitten enkel 2 losse stoelen op een ruime kamer van 40+ m2. Dit zal wellicht per kamer verschillen.

Great location—in a quiet area but still very easy walk to everything! Room was very clean and spacious. Our A/C in our room was working ok, but not great. We asked for a fan and they were very responsive.

La chambre était grande, très propre, et bien isolée phoniquement. Il y a de quoi faire du vrai café avec des capsules Nespresso. La salle de bains est grande. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Le personnel très aimable. Le site est top très près de la vieille ville et du château. Pas la peine de se garer dans l'hôtel si vous n'êtes pas trop chargé, le parking Am Theater est à deux pas et pas plus cher.

Les portes coulissantes de la salle de bains, en verre et un peu bruyantes la nuit. Les rideaux pas tout à fait occultants.

Ofräscht med döda flugor i armaturerna och smutsmärken upp på väggarna. Flimrande belysning i badrummet som inte var möjlig att fixa och en dusch som lät och skramlade, var på väg att gå sönder. Frukostservicen upplevdes som komplicerad med väntan på att få en enkel kopp kaffe. Personalen upplevdes inte vara där för oss gäster som var där fysiskt på plats utan andra uppgifter prioriterades bland annat inkommande telefonsamtal mitt i utcheckningen.

Schönes Hotel in dem die Zimmer modern und gut ausgestattet (Klimaanlage, Nespresso Maschine) sind. Die Lage am Rand der Altstadt ist unschlagbar. Zudem gibt es sogar eine Parkgarage. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

his review has been written after careful consideration. During my stay at this hotel, I discovered pests in the coffee and other breakfast products (please refer to the attached photographs). This is apparently not an isolated incident (as noted in reviews from previous guests), which indicates that no action has been taken to rectify these unhygienic conditions. Following my complaint regarding the pests, the management proposed to waive the breakfast charge, despite the fact that breakfast was already included in the price of my stay (five nights – two rooms). After some discussion, the management then offered to waive the garage fee for a single night. This demonstrated a profound lack of respect towards the customer. I shall never return to this hotel, and I can only strongly advise potential guests to seek alternative accommodation in Heidelberg.

Frühstück ist hervorragend, die Lage könnte nicht besser sein und das Personal ist immer freundlich und kümmert sich herzlich um Anliegen der Gäste. Man fühlt sich hier gut aufgehoben.

Absolutely loved the staff and how attentive they were. We were traveling with a baby and they made everything so nice for us. Marcos was great and probably our favorite person at a hotel ever. Definitely coming back to this hotel in the future. The breakfast was ok but the city is right there with so many restaurants. Truly a prime location for walking the city. It’s right near the train up to the castle, and right near the main market platz. Hoping to come back for Christmas market. Parking garage also attached to hotel.

Das Personal war fantastisch! Wir mögen das Hotel und sind gerne dort. Die Lage ist super, das Frühstück lecker, das Personal ist sehr auf die Gäste bedacht. Es gibt im Hotel eine Leseecke, dass finde ich total sympathisch.

Das Zimmer hätte ein kleines MakeOver nötig, mehr nicht.

Das Frühstück war ok. Die Lage ist gut, jedoch gab es Bauarbeiten direkt am Hotel bereits früh 6. 00 Uhr . Das Hozel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Das Frühstücksbüffett war relativ karg umd zu allem Überfluss tummelten sich Ameisen. Der Zimmerservice war unbefriedigend. Am Nachmittag ! wurde gefragt, ob das Bett gemacht werden soll. Toilettenpapier haben wir uns allein von unten geholt. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht!!!

Ganz schlechte Kommunikation in Verbindung mit einer Stornierung. Ich kann verstehen, dass man keine Kosten für die Übernachtung erstattet bekommt, wenn man „nicht stornierbar“ bucht. Warum das auch für das Frühstück gilt, ist weniger eindeutig. Schlecht war die Kommunikation. Erst einfach nur abgelehnt und auch auf Nachfrage nicht reagiert, dann alles auf Booking geschoben und dann auf den Chef vertröstet, der aber zwei Mal nicht da war und auch nicht zurückgerufen hat.

Super Lage, sehr gemütliche liebevolle gestaltete Zimmer mit tollem Bad. Angenehmes kleines 24 Zimmer Hotel. Top Frühstück, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt!

The staff was exceptional, in particular the man at the reception, who made us feel very welcome! The room was big, the beds very comfortable, and the location is quiet although it's in the central part of the old town. We will definitely be back.
