Everything from start to finish was incredible. Transfers included from the port and to the airport, transfers into town, help with the luggage. Showing us different room options and allowing us to decide what best suited us. Thank you Panos, Angela, Kostas and Thomas specifically, but the whole team. Amazing hospitality, we were well looked after!

The property was an amazing well kept resort. Rooms are very comfortable and clean.

L’habitació , sunset wing 205, va ser immillorable amb vistes úniques sobre la piscina i el mar, poguen gaudir cada cap vespre de la posta de sol amb música en directe, tot això va ser gràcies a l’encarregat Sr. Panos que ens va donar la mateixa habitació que vàrem gaudir fa dotze anys. El servei i la neteja molt correctes.

Very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of facilities and complementary airport transfer was very useful. Pool bar offered cocktails around €18 and a food menu. Service from the staff was always great. We also went to the sister restaurant Novel, which had very lovely views of the sunset and food/cocktails were both delicious. Staff again were very helpful and friendly.

Wasn’t an issue for us, but the hotel is located up a steep hill from the city centre. Property offers lifts down to the town but not back.

The staff are so friendly and attentive, the complimentary airport transfer or ferry pickup is a lovely touch. Even the beach bag to carry pool towels in. Our pool bar waiter delivered drinks to our room when we had to leave to get ready. The complimentary drink at the sister sunset bar. It’s all in the details!

The bed could be softer. Would have loved a coffee machine rather than sachets.

I loved this resort! It is so beautiful- from the rooms, to the restaurant, to the pool areas. Everything! I received 5* service from the moment I arrived, it was truly magical- I will be staying here when I return to Mykonos!

The pools are beautiful - especially with the sax each night. Pandos the host is excellent - very helpful. The breakfast is extensive and fresh. Would highly recommend!!

Very clean and well maintained property and the staff are fantastic. The owner is a very lovely person who does his best to look after you. They even provide a car into town if a driver is available. Our room was nice and we had a lovely view.

La nostra esperienza presso l’Aeolos Resort è stata fantastica. La struttura è molto grande ed offre ben tre piscine. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera vista tramonto che è davvero spettacolare (e tutto è reso ancora più suggestivo dal sassofonista che ogni sera accompagna il calare del sole). La struttura offre tutto ciò che può rendere la permanenza perfetta (dai bar al ristorante ai teli per il mare) e nelle vicinanze si possono trovare servizi di noleggio, supermercati, ristoranti. Durante il nostro soggiorno ogni camera era occupata ma, magicamente, era comunque tutto tranquillo e non ci si sentiva in un posto affollato. Gli spazi, i servizi erano ampiamente sufficienti per tutti. A fare, però, davvero la differenza è il proprietario di casa: Panos. È accogliente in un modo professionale ma non distaccato e credo che sia la vera chiave del successo del resort. È sempre stato disponibile ad aiutarci in ogni minima cosa, lo ha sempre fatto con il sorriso e parla anche un buon italiano (che fa sempre piacere!). Lo staff è coerente: sorridenti, disponibili, professionali, presenti senza essere invadenti. Un ringraziamento e un saluto vanno, in particolare, ad Angela. Andare via è stato un po’ triste: quando torneremo a Mykonos l’Aeolos Resort sarà il nostro porto sicuro.

Can’t really say there was anything but if I had to be picky it would be smallest of things like, the toilets around the main pool didn’t have locks, an area which housed redundant sun loungers and chairs,by the bar at the main pool needed a little TLC.

הריזורט ממוקם מאוד קרוב לשדה התעופה וכל היום ולפעמים גם בלילה שומעים המראות/ נחיתות, חייבת להגיד שבאיזה שלב מתרגלים .

Everything. Aeolos is hospitality as it should be done. Communication in advance was brilliant, free transfers were wonderful, we were given a choice of 2 different rooms which was lovely. Panos and his staff take pride in making everyone’s stay special. Panos is always around, welcoming everyone and happy to provide information and make suggestions of places to go or things to do. The 3 different swimming pools offer great variety, with a couple being better sheltered which was useful when the wind was strong.

There really is nothing to say here. The hotel and the staff were wonderful.

The hotel is incredibly convenient, close to everything, and the staff are genuinely exceptional. They were always helpful, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is also very clean, and this is not my first time staying here. Every time I come to Mykonos, I choose this hotel, and I honestly cannot imagine staying anywhere else because of how kind and attentive the staff are. During this stay, I had an unexpected health issue, and the team immediately took care of me and drove me to the hospital. When I asked to be closer to my room, they changed my room without hesitation. They also arranged for all of my friends to have rooms next to mine. We had some last-minute changes and confusion with our flights and had to make bookings on very short notice, while the hotel was completely sold out, yet they still did everything possible to accommodate us and make us happy. Their service and kindness were truly exceptional.

Honestly one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at. Panos the owner is incredible and will make sure you have everything you need when you stay here. They treat you like royalty from the moment you arrive and his team will do everything they can to make your stay the best.

Gostei da receptividade inicial, transfer para nos buscar no porto e levar ao aeroporto e do chuveiro que é delicioso.

Não recomendo a estadia para família com crianças. O hotel é muito barulhento, os hóspedes ficam chegando de madrugada das baladas, falando alto e fazendo barulho. Dá para ouvir o chuveiro dos outros banheiros. Só ficamos uma noite, e ao sairmos pro aeroporto, o salão de café da manhã todo pronto, não nos deixaram entrar. Pedi um bolinho para minha filha que inclusive estava doentinha, e um café para mim e meu marido, nos foi servido mas sem muita simpatia.

Our recent stay in Aeolos was amazing, Mr. Panos and his team are doing as always an amazing job to make their guests feel like family. The generosity, hospitality and dedication of the hosts is truly fantastic. The facilities are very clean and well kept, the view from the sunset pool is amazing and the breakfast is rich. The new nearby brasserie Novel, belonging to the hotel, is a fantastic place to enjoy a beautiful meal with perfect sunset. Must try. All in all, our vacation was perfect, congratulations to the whole team!!!

The Resort was amazing, from the greeting from Panos when we arrived until the day we left. The staff were friendly and all our needs were met. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent advice on sightseeing and embracing the Mykonos Magic. I would highly recommend this Resort!

We could not recommend Aeolos resort highly enough, from the moment we were picked up from the airport as a complimentary transfer, the hospitality from the staff was some of the best I’ve ever experienced. We were offered a free room upgrade upon arrival, which had beautiful views of the sea. The manager also provided lots of recommendations for restaurants, bars and beaches nearby and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. We then had room service which was also excellent (would highly recommend the Greek dips & pita!). The resort also offer a free car service to Mykonos town, which is equally a short 15 min walk. All of this made our stay seamless, we only wish we had stayed for longer!

The service was absolutely outstanding from the moment we arrived until the day we left. Every single member of the staff was incredibly kind, professional, and always smiling. They genuinely made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. One of the most unforgettable moments was watching the sunset by the pool every evening while a saxophone player performed live. It created such a magical atmosphere that we will remember for a very long time. Everything was simply perfect: the hotel, the staff, the atmosphere, and the attention to every little detail. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. The transfer to myk town and airport was included in the stay which was super convenient (taxis are super expensive). They provided us a room after the checkout to have a shower and get changed before the flight. They offered us drinks and invited us to their sunset bar (food was amazing). No comments, didn’t expect this level of care. We will be back next year.

Cannot speak highly enough of the Aeolos Resort. From the smooth pick up at the port to the welcome from the owner, nothing was too much trouble. We had a slight issue with a patio door and the team was there within a minute to fix it. The transfers to town were very helpful as the taxis can be expensive (we were quoted €40 but managed to get one for €20). The pool areas (3) are beautiful and the outdoor dining space was a great place to have a light bite before our return to the airport which again was arranged courtesy of the hotel. Our only disappointment was that we only had one night here.

Location is hard to get to the main part of the town, the new restaurant Novel is spectacular and a real highlight, but to walk there you have to walk onto the road of the main highway in Mykonos. However Panos drove us there each time.

Highly recommend staying here. The service is amazing, as we reached the port we were greeted by the hotel’s provided taxi, we arrived and were checked in seamlessly and even upgraded to a beautiful room with a jacuzzi in the sunset wing overlooking the pool and the sea. We were driven to our rooms in a golf cart and our bags were taken in. We relaxed with a drink by the pool and then we were escorted by the taxi service to old town. We returned for sunset at the pool with a saxophone player. The hotel has various pools you can visit and a restaurant. Breakfast was really lovely and location is ideal for town, the port, and the airport. The facilities are amazing, the service is unbelievable and I would highly recommend staying here as a family or a couple.

Reseau wifi parfait en tout lieu. Petite mention spéciale au saxophoniste venu accompagner le coucher du soleil au bord de la piscine et au restaurant « NOVEL » situé en contrebas et appartenant au propriétaire de l’hôtel : endroit magique pour le sunset avec ambiance cocktail et restaurant chic et détendue : je recommande vivement!

Our stay at Aeolos Resort Mykonos was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all of our expectations. It is very rare to see an owner who is so involved in the daily operation of the hotel. The owner was constantly at the reception, working alongside the staff, greeting guests, and making sure everyone was happy. He was incredibly kind, approachable, and always ready to help. We are truly grateful for his hospitality. Every member of the staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. No request was ever too much, and they always helped us with a smile. The complimentary transfer service was outstanding. On a few occasions, they even drove us in their own private cars, which made us feel incredibly well looked after. This level of care is something you rarely experience. The food was delicious, the hotel was spotless, and the overall atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and welcoming. Thank you to the entire Aeolos team for making our holiday so special. We will definitely return and hope to see you again soon! Highly recommended!

Super Hotel. Uns wurde immer und überall zu jeder Tag und Nachzeit geholfen. Super tolles Personal mit einem super Chef, ganz tolle Gastgeber wie man sie nur noch selten findet. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gepflegt (wie die ganze Anlage). Gute Lage! Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Tage. Wir kommen gern wieder.

A lovely hotel, best staff especially the owner, helpful with any request, big beaufiful room, Daylight section superb. Smart TV, super clean, great breakfast, we strongly recommend! NoAlso, they have a sunset bar called Novel near the hotel which is totally romantic!

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Aeolos Resort in Mykonos. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute drive from all the main attractions, restaurants, and beach clubs, making it the perfect base to explore the island. What truly sets this resort apart is the exceptional service. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and always eager to help. A special touch was that the owner personally takes care of guests' requests, which made our stay feel genuinely personalized and added tremendous value to the overall experience. We highly recommend Aeolos Resort to anyone visiting Mykonos and would definitely stay here again!

Úplne úžasne miesto. Nestretli sme sa ešte nikdy s takým prívetivým personálom . 3 bazény - vždy sa dalo nájsť voľné lehatko. Raňajky veľmi chutné- už teraz nám chýba grécky jogurt a domáci džem. Do mesta a z mesta sme chodili večer pešo, nevadila nám táto prechádzka . K rôznym plážam v okoli sa pohodlne dostanete taxikom alebo autobusom. Personál vám vždy pomôže všetko naplánovať .

Stayed here 10 years ago and it has only got better , the new ( ish ) sunset wing is stunning . Some of the best, if not the best helpful friendly staff I’ve ever encountered .

The only thing people could possibly say about the property is the walk to Mykonos centre .BUT it isn’t THAT far & if you tell the staff your going chances are you’ll get a lift down. Taxis aren’t expensive coming back & the facilities between the 3 separate pool areas & bars are plenty to keep you on site 👍
