A localização é boa no contexto de Chora, embora se tenha de fazer uma caminhada de cerca de 20 minutos até ao centro. O caminho é bastante inclinado. O Staff do hotel é impecável. A equipa é jovem, muito simpáticos e muito bem formados. Parabéns. A vista sobre o mar é muito bonita, sobretudo ao por do sol. O hotel é excelente apar quem aluga uma viatura. Tem parque próprio e fica junto de bons acessos

Nada de relevante a apontar. O caminho até ao centro é difícil, mas não nos arrependemos desta escolha. Volataria para o mesmo local.

Long steep walk from centre of Mykonos to hotel. Also didn't like the shower in the bedroom - this wasn't clear from the hotel photographs.

The hotel is very beautiful, and everyone who works there was kind and helpful. we received a beautiful room with a private pool. And the hotel very close to the downtown!!! The breakfast was very good and had everything we needed. It was almost the same every morning, but there were many options. The hotel team always helped us with everything we needed. They gave us good recommendations and also booked restaurants and places for us. We had a wonderful stay and we will definitely come back!

L’hôtel ne mérite absolument pas ses 4 étoiles! Il est vieillissant, sale et mal entretenu. Nous étions contents de n’y séjourner qu’une seule nuit. Tout était basique, des équipements dans la chambre jusqu’au petit déjeuné qui était industriel. Je ne le conseille pas!

The overall facility was good. The staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Distance from the centre in terms of steep access as opposed to distance. Any disability e.g. knees then it was either taxi or bus to the centre. It was situated on the flight path.

Das Frühstück war nicht vielfältig und eher für diesen Ort unpassend. Abwechselung war innerhalb 10 Tage nicht vorhanden.

Fijne service en uitstekend ontvangst. Prima ontbijt. Mooie kamers met een heerlijk zacht bed. Upgrade gekregen naar kamer met eigen zwembad.

Zwembad op de kamer kon een goede schoonmaakbeurt gebruiken. Lopen naar centrum is wat pittig. Bij het zwembad mis ik persoonlijk wat aankleding met wat groen oid.

Lovely hotel with really friendly staff. Our daughter was ill and they helped us get medical care, the manager himself drove us to one of the hospitals when we needed an urgent ultrasound and couldn’t get a taxi. They also sorted an extra room when we needed one unexpectedly for one night. Facilities were beautiful, breakfast had a very large selection and was of really high quality. Hotel is close to old town, but like most islands Mykonos is very hilly so from that perspective not for those suffering any walking difficulties. Old town is beautiful with lovely restaurants. We will be back. Thank you to all the team as despite our small emergency we had a really lovely stay

More beds by the pool or bean bags would be good

The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout on both stays. They really are the biggest asset. We were upgraded to a four-person family room the first stay, and to a family room with private pool on our second stay. The restaurant food is delicious but menu is limited. Breakfast very good and fresh. Pool and all amenities are very clean. Amazing views from the pool/restaurant area to the sea and the open skies.

Location is a bit random close to busy roads and it feels a bit like the middle of nowhere. Going for a walk doesn't feel like an option and there is no beach nearby, you've have to take a water taxi to get to the old town or a nice beach. It is perfect for a day or two stoppover on your way to another island or your eventual destination. I wouldn't choose to stay longer.

We had an incredible 7-night stay at this beautiful hotel in Mykonos and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel itself is clean, well maintained, stylish and we had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. What truly made our stay exceptional was the amazing hotel staff!!! Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special! We are taking with us beautiful memories from charming Mykonos!

This is a lovely hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English. The pool area was spacious and relaxing. Lunch was good and not too expensive - mains are large and we shared between 2 people everyday. We walked into the old town everyday which was easy on the way down but extremely steep on the way back! Be warned! However taxis are €40 at all times so we were keen to avoid this. The walk is manageable in practical shoes. The rooms were clean and mostly well equipped, however, there was nowhere to unpack your clothes. There were 6 hangers but that was literally it. Not one drawer in the entire bedroom. We had to live out of a suitcase which I personally hate! Would also liked to have had a full length mirror. On our last day we had a late evening flight. We were allowed to use the pool and facilities but disappointingly there was no shower or room to use to freshen up before travel. The only option was the cold shower next to the pool and other guests. We weren’t keen on this. Overall a very positive stay apart from having to live in a messy room because of the lack of storage and lack of last day facilities!

Het enige probleem is dat je nergens leest en heeft ook niets met het hotel zelf te maken, maar naar de binnen stad te wandelen moet je redelijk goed te been zijn en vrijj sportief, want dit is een flinke wandeling. Je kan het in 15 a 20 min. doen, maar is best pittig.

Très bel établissement avec un bon emplacement. Le personnel était très sympathique, à notre arrivée le personnel a été accueillant en nous servant une boisson de bienvenue et nous a surclassé dans une chambre avec vue sur la mer et sur la ville, nous avons vraiment apprécié cette délicate attention. On nous a expliqué les centres d’intérêts et comment s’y rendre dès notre hotel. Le personnel était souriant et agréable et disponible pour répondre à nos besoins (organisation des transferts aller-retour si besoin) Petit déjeuner jusqu’à 11heures du matin ce qui est cool pour les gens non matinaux. La chambre était très belle, propre avec deux terrasses et surtout climatisée. Room service disponible en chambre

Well what can I say !! What a beautiful place with beautiful people (staff) so welcoming and so accommodating to everything you needed. We stayed in a room for 3 people which was perfect for us girls it was cleaned and beds made with clean towels everyday. The bar staff and waiters etc were amazing especially Amarillo he made us feel really welcome told us about the island and where to eat etc get really is a credit to your establishment. I will definitely becoming back to this hotel with my daughters. Thank you My Mykonos Hotel for a great 5 day break away xx

We needed a full-length mirror in our room; one mirror isn't enough for 2 people getting ready. We also needed more coat hangers in wardrobe and general hooks around the room for the dressing gowns, swimwear cover-ups etc The hotel is on the flight path, although there weren't loads of planes but this did make it noisy throughout the day. As other reviews have said, whilst the walk to Mykonos town is doable - the roads are dirt tracks and very steep, the hotel should provide a complimentary shuttle service as taxis were between (e)15 - 35 to town depending on where you got dropped off.

Beautiful property located on the hill above town with lovely views of the bay. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were so friendly and made me feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. My pool villa was amazing and spotlessly clean. I was travelling solo and felt very safe. The pool area had plenty of places to relax and enjoy and a chilled vibe. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices and great coffee. Will definitely return when in Mykonos.

Our stay was perfect! The hotel is a short walk into the town and where there are lots of nice restaurants and shops! The staff made our stay so special, they were so kind, welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much for them! The room, food and pool area was great! Felt so safe and happy during our stay I would highly recommend staying here!

What an amazing experience we have had, from the second we arrived till we left, Athena, Maria and all the staff were absolutely amazing, felt like we were staying with friends and family, they went over and beyond for us, even to call us while we on night out to check we were ok and got a safe ride back to the hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and so comfortable, beautiful rooms, I won’t stay anywhere else.

All staff were exceptional from start to finish. They are what makes My Mykonos so special. All were very helpful with advice about where to go and what to see. The vibe was very chilled and calm. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. We were upgraded to a room with a plunge pool and allowed to stay a little longer at no charge as we had a late flight. First class service throughout.

It’s on a steep slope so you get fabulous views. There are several pathways into town - all very steep but doable. Taxis are at a premium but get the bus from the Old Port and ask the driver to drop you off at AB - just nearby.

We had an amazing stay at My Mykonos Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. As a lovely surprise, we were upgraded to a room with a private swimming pool, which made our stay even more special. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring Mykonos Town. The service throughout our stay was outstanding, and every member of staff made us feel valued and well looked after.

Honestly, there was very little to dislike. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. If anything, we wish we could have stayed longer!

Yes, the room was five out of five stars as was the food and drink and property were fantastic, but the real shining star is the staff… Specifically Athena! After we left Mykonos, we ended up getting on the wrong ferry to Tinos instead of Santorini. When I called the front desk to secure a room for that night because we were going to have to head back to Mykonos and try again the next day, Athena jumped online and found us a ferry from Tinos to Santorini to keep us on track and even offered to get on the phone with the fairy staff to translate for us that we need to get off the boat. ABSOLUTELY FIVE STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It is at the top of a very steep hill (this didn’t bother us but may be a problem for some) so to get in and out of the old town can be a bit of a walk but this is such a minor issue as the hotel more than makes up for it.

From the moment we arrived the service from Athina, Violanthi, Amatildo and the rest of the team has been brilliant! The team have thought of everything to make our stay truly exceptional. The rooms are beautiful, the gardens are pretty, poolside is comfortable and everything is spotless. And to top it all, on arrival our rooms were upgraded. Amazing week - thank you!

I would strongly advise people to think carefully before booking My Mykonos Hotel based on our recent experience. We checked in on Friday 15 May and initially everything seemed fine. However, the following morning my friend noticed what looked like a bite on the back of her leg and mentioned seeing an insect on the bed. At first we thought it may have been a one-off and didn’t think too much of it. Later that evening, after returning to the room, we found another insect on the bed area. When touched, it jumped. Having previously dealt with a flea infestation issue elsewhere, I immediately recognised the behaviour and became extremely concerned. We contacted reception immediately and a staff member attended with anti-itch cream and insect treatment products. We were then told we “might have to stay one more night” in the room, which was honestly shocking considering our concerns. After a lot of back and forth we were moved rooms, but unfortunately the problems continued. In the second room we found more issues around the bed area, saw a spider running across the sheets and found hairs in the bed. By this point we no longer felt comfortable or confident staying at the hotel. We ended up leaving and paying an additional €250 ourselves for alternative accommodation because we simply did not feel safe remaining there. The most disappointing part has been the handling afterwards. We were promised management would contact us regarding compensation and follow-up — nobody did. We later raised the issue formally and were told a “small moth” had been found. This explanation made little sense considering moths do not bite and did not reflect our experience. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability and customer service afterwards was as disappointing as the stay itself. Very upsetting experience and not what we expected from our trip to Mykonos.

The manager and the entire staff went above and beyond to organize everything perfectly and prepared something truly special for us, which made the moment unforgettable. The private pool was the icing on the cake and made the whole experience even more magical and romantic. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Mykonos itself? I’m still torn, but My Mykonos? The staff were knowledgable & attentive without being overbearing - they could not do more for you. The room was beautifully clean & the gardens surrounding the pool were very peaceful, which for some will be a needed contrast to the hustle of the town itself (which is only a 15 minute walk away; but be prepared for scaling hills or navigating the busy, and honestly quite wild, roads!). Right next to a supermarket, and a local gem of a restaurant (Philotimo) which won’t leave you destitute after a single meal! For the price? They will certainly exceed your expectations; especially if you select the rooms with a private pool area.
