Vinholidays Fiesta Phu Quoc

Perfect location and staff and rooms are excellent

Staff and location and the breakfast.

The stay was good overall. The rooms were clean, and the cleaning service was quick. As the two rooms are connected by an open doorway, I think it would be a good option for a group of 3 or 4 people. The free VinBus service was also very convenient for getting to and from the airport.

I wasn’t quite sure about the rules regarding bringing in food from outside. I wanted to buy some fruit at the supermarket, but since I wasn’t sure whether it was allowed, I decided not to. And I didn’t have a Vietnamese phone number, I asked the reception to make a spa reservation for me. However, I didn’t receive a call back to confirm whether the booking had been made. If you’re planning to book a spa through the hotel, I would recommend double-checking with reception to make sure the reservation is confirmed.

Apart from the location there is nothing good about the property

I booked a Suite Room 4168 with KinG Bed. First night I noticed one or 2 cockroaches, it thought it was ok because of the island climate. Next time there were a Swarm of cockroaches crawling everywhere even on the bed. I have atleast more 10 videos of cockroaches in different times. Called the reception and they sent a house keeping person to kill the cockroaches with a broom. I called the reception again to change the room. The manager of the hotel came in to check for himself if there are cockroaches and to prove that I am wrong. They did change the room but the bathroom is smelly with drainage. Overall very poor experience with a property that is 4 star. I would say it is probably a 1 star or a 2 star property. This shows Housekeeping staff are very inefficient or ignorant. They would definitely have seen the cockroaches. I don’t have the energy to change the hotels so I am staying here. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Go for international hotel chains which might be better. https://maps.app.goo.gl/tMvEdpguLgDrLyAj9?g_st=ic

Good service

breakfast time is a bit crowded.

Location

Breakfast

Its location was very good, because it's near to the Grand World.

The bed was too small for two adults and two children.

They give us the highest floor and that’s was perfect

The check in takes long time I waited like 45 minutes because all of the workers take care of the groups also this hotel so noisy because is big in the bark fest there’s no place to sit

Aucun rien a dire

Location and hotel staff

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We especially liked the shower, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The service was fast and efficient, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is another big advantage. It is very convenient for visiting both VinWonders and Vinpearl Safari, making it a great choice for travelers planning to explore these attractions.

The only downside was the breakfast. There were so many guests that it was quite difficult to find a free table during busy hours. We also felt that the selection of fresh vegetables could have been better.

Nhân viên nhiệt tình, chu đáo, lịch sự, nhà ăn sáng roingj rãi, đồ ăn khá ngon và phong phú

Phòng ks chưa được tiện nghi lắm

Location was great in Grand World easy walking access.

Can get fairly busy at the hotel (notable at breakfast) the ground floor / elevators floor can get a bit wet from people coming from the pool to their rooms. Lights from grand world shined directly Into our room during peak night time. Level 5 King studio room

The location was the biggest advantage for this property. Everything was nearby.

Great hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, and a comfortable atmosphere. I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it to others

Nothing

All Good but Check-in Late 3 pm

its okay closer to vinworld

nil

The hotel is very clean, beautiful, close to everything Restaurants and cafes

Amazing property, friendly staff, great location in the heart of Grand World. Good buffet. Lots of restaurants and cafes to visit walking distance from hotel. Pool and kids area were fun for the kids.

The bus / shuttle coming out of the airport is a little hard to figure out. It is the green busses parked on the far right side of the airport. They need better signage.

Location

Location and cleanliness

The staff very rude and not professional at all The bell boy asking guest to move lugguage The receptionist very rude and not professional at all

The staff at reception were friendly and hotel had good facilities

We went as a group and though I paid extra for the kids I was given king room and another family who didn't need it was given grand king room

The hotel is centrally located, which made exploring really easy. There are plenty of hotels and restaurants around, plus the museum and water show are within walking distance. It’s also close to the beach, which was a big plus. Getting there from the airport was convenient too — we took the Vinwonders bus, free of cost, and there are buses running back and forth regularly. The hotel itself is quite large, with spacious rooms that felt comfortable. Breakfast was decent, though the vegetarian options were limited. They also had a few Indian dishes, and the ones we tried were tasty. Overall, it’s a good stay if you want convenience, space, and easy access to nearby attractions, though the breakfast variety could be improved.

More variety in veg should be included

L'emplacement idéal juste a côté des commerces grand world, Venice river .

I would recomend this to anyone . So convinient and close to all the attractions in grand world. They give yoy discount to all vin attractiona. Vin bus free from airport and to all the attractiona. Will get buggy from the front . Shops are close for good food. Pool is also exceptionaly good. Over all fantastic and will come back again.

Close to Vin wonders and other attractions. Tickets available at discounted rates. Huge, clean pool with floats available on purchase. Kids club is very engaging for kids of all ages.

No chairs / furniture in balcony.

Modern, comfortable, lots of room and facilities. Running water stopped on the 2nd day we stayed but the hotel fixed it promptly and did offer some discounted services as an apology.

Beds were high off the floor, and the floor was hard, it can be dangerous for families with young children staying in the bed with them (like many families do in this part of the world).

Nothing

The gym not good and facilities not what expected

Great location, clean, big room, breakfast, nice staffs, big swimming pool.

Nothing

Centrally located, shuttle bus service and excellent staff.

Toiletries could have been better

Great location at the heart of Grand world! Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Large pool which is well maintained. An amazing property with amazing amenities and superb location!

Would have loved some Indian options to be included in the morning breakfast buffet since there are so many Indian guests too.

pool was very good and the shuttle service to the beach was a very good option, staff was friendly

breakfast buffet was not very inclusive for people who cannot eat pork and was not child friendly at all. the room could be cleaner.

Clean, easy and good staff

Buffet should include vegetarian options , we are out all the meals,

I love how the property has the bus from the airports and surrounding areas. It’s has the Disneyland resort feeling. My family loves the pool.

The price and be a little bit higher and also too many tourists groups. It’s makes the lobby so crowded.

Everything I Love!!! Superb service... My family had a great time. My daughter is so happy

Good modern facilities, clean rooms, nice pool and kids area, quite large choice of food at the breakfast buffet. The staff was very helpful
