Location was central. Staff were kind. Breakfast was not bad. Stored our bags until evening after checkout for free. Was a good stay.

There was a few small issues with the room like the toilet paper holder broken and drain in the shower took ages to drain but nothing major

Hotel was new and clean. Location was close to beach and in a quiet area.

The breakfast was okay but very limited. You have to put your order in the night before. Coffee provided with breakfast was not great, not up to Vietnam standard. No other options provided - juice etc, only coffee with or without milk and iced tea.

Gute Lage, nur ein kurzer Weg zum Strand. Ruhig gelegen, aber Restaurants und die Wassershow sind schnell erreichbar. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Hotel ist klein, aber sauber. Gerne wieder!

那個小姐服務態度很好，旁邊有一家小型的雜貨店

1. 整個晚上噪音很大，因為好像附近有一間酒吧，會放著震耳欲聾的噪音，真的會瘋掉 2. 小姐晚上10:30就下班了，所以並沒有24小時的服務，前台常常沒有人。但是那個小姐態度很親切❤️ 3. Grab 不會直接到達門口，所以自己必須拖行李走一段路，這個如果碰到下雨就會非常的麻煩！因為酒店他坐落在行人徒步區，車輛無法進入 4. 早餐是點餐。只能免費點一樣。但是我吃不飽，我點了第二樣，雲吞麵要60.000 。

Though the rooms were small, it was comfortable

They had only given Vegetarian breakfast options. We had to pick 1 from noodles, oats, granola, bread with jam, cut fruits. This was disappointing.

It was in a good quiet place regardless of being in the GrandWorld. I loved it

1. Номер очень маленький. 2. Есть вопросы к уборке номеров и чистоте в целом. 3. Муравьи в номере. 4. Звукоизоляция практически отсутствует, слышно,что происходит в соседнем номере и музыка ночью с пляжной дискотеки,даже с закрытым балконом, слышна. 5. Выбор завтрака не разнообразен.

The room was awfully. The smell of the drain was so bad that we couldn’t sleep and the sink was broken. The bathroom smell terrible. We did not enjoy our stay at Solea at all.

Bel hôtel, propre. Mobiliers récent. Personnels sympathiques :) donne de bons conseils. Proche de la plage 200 mètres « magnifique coucher de soleil d’ailleurs ;) « proche des commerces et restaurants. Bon petit déjeuner à la carte avec plusieurs choix. Merci beaucoup ;)

The location is perfect and the breakfast is small but clean and tasty.

The air-conditioning is not working well. The toilet is too small. Actually, hotels should provide 1 roll of toilet tissue everyday but there is no! One roll for 3 days! (Already asked). The previous receptionist didn't have a service mind, the ways she talks to guests, gestures are little not the way a receptionist is supposed to be. The current one is much better.

Расположение отеля очень удобное, т. к. чистое море буквально в 3 минутах ходьбы. Все кафе и рестораны в шаговой доступности, а так же великолепное бесплатное шоу. Девчонки-администраторы были очень приветливыми. Пляжные полотенца выдавали. Уборка номера не разочаровала. Лифт работал исправно. На завтрак по меню предлагается только одно блюдо.

Мы были очень удивлены, когда увидели в ванной комнате душ без кабины... Т. е. вода заливает буквально весь пол, что очень неудобно. И ещё, мы жили на втором этаже, а там, вероятно, был смежный номер, и в номере есть дверь закрытая проходная в другой номер с большой слышимостью.

The hotel sits on the quieter side of GrandWorld, which suited my family perfectly. Breakfast was simple yet freshly prepared each morning. A nearby beach with a few beach clubs is just steps away, and it's conveniently close to the VinBus stop, restaurants, and convenience stores. Venice River and GrandWorld proper itself is an easy walking distance.

We stayed in a Standard Double Room, which is cozy but on the smaller side for both the room and bathroom. It's ideal for a couple or solo traveler, but if you're bringing more than two pieces of luggage or traveling with kids, consider upgrading. I recommend the Large Double Room or Deluxe Double Room instead.

It was close to the beach and Grandworld , room was clean, breakfast was delicious , reception was very helpful had very good feedback’s. Hotel design was very minimalist and colorful in comparison to other hotels.

The hotel was really nice clean, good location, close to the beach and restaurants and bars. The receptionist was professional.

There was a fake wall between our room and a room next door, I believe they do a connection room together, but it’s not soundproof so you do hear next door conversations.

Чист, тихо, магазин и пляж рядом. Завтраки на выбор заказываешь заранее. Хозяйка милая девушка. Вернемся еще с друзьями.

The location is right next to the beach so about a 3 minutes walk. There is also a very good restaurant on the sea front. Its not far from the theme park and safari. The breakfasts were very good. Room was quite sizable.

Staff were not always available and one day my room was not cleaned. There arent many shops or restaurants on the street so it feels a bit like a ghost town. Grandworld resort area is a bit boring bar the Vietnamese cultural show.

Приезжали в этот отель на 3 дня отмечать день рождение мужа. Персонал любезно помог мне организовать поздравление. Заказали торт, украсили комнату и поздравили от себя. Прекрасный отель. Находится в трех минутах от пляжа. И не далеко от центра района. Завтраки мы не заказывали. Ничего не могу о них рассказать. Приветливый персонал. Номера убирают и полотенца меняют каждый день.

Чисто, красиво, тихо. Приветливый персонал. Нам всё понравилось. О завтраках по меню читали в отзывах ранее и были готовы. Близко ко всей движухе, к морю, но в то же время тихо.

Все было очень хорошо. Приветливый, заботливый персонал. Очень удобное расположение отеля. Недалеко от пляжа.

The staff was very kind and very helpful. I had mistaken to reservation about room size, but she made a way for my needs. Location is also good ti move grandworld.

Het ontbijt menu werd per WhattsApp verzonden en moest je de keuze doorsturen . Ik heb Phu Quoc bezocht voor de langste kabelbaan ter wereld te zien . Er is zoveel te doen op het eiland. Daarom raad ik aan om in Saigon bij een reisagentschap een tourpakket te kopen om naar Phu Quoc . Ook kan men op het eiland nog uitstappen reserveren. 3 dagen is te weinig om het eiland te zien !!

Geen informatie van het hotel dat men een gratis pendelbus nummer 17 vanaf de luchthaven van Phu Quoc naar GrandWorld kan rijden waar het hotel gelegen is. Is toch zo'n 30 km van de luchthaven .

Staff must be trained to greet and smile every morning. They were ok but just needs training . Bathroom was a nightmare - not constructed properly. Water runs everywhere and soaps and shampoos have no place in shower to be kept . Mirror at an angle so you have to strain yourself to use mirror . Beds are put everyday but room was not swept daily . Rooms are very small.

A nice little hotel. The staff is wonderful, a big thank you for taking my food allergy into account and preparing a separate breakfast for me. The atmosphere in the hotel is cozy, and I felt very comfortable.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the floors were very dusty, and walking barefoot on them was extremely unpleasant.

That it was a quiet place..near the beach about 3 mins walk..room was overall clean & has a balcony

1. Had blood stains on the Duvet ..but staff replaced immediately...question is why was it not cleaned before we checked in? 2. The breakfast is not a buffet breakfast...the same menu of about 5 choices everyday..not to our liking..but staff spoke to boss & gave us eggs & bread for the next 3 days.. 3. The hot shower was not working...after 2 days, the staff had it repaired..we had to bath inncoldnwater for 2 days 4. The Air-cond was not cold at all..informed staff the 1st day..she came , checked & said its OK now..but it was never okay for all the days..was very warm at night 5. The management gave us a refund of a day for all the discomfort we endured..thanks for that 6. Room is quite small 7. Place is quite a distance from the main entrance..but its OK as its not noisy 8. Don't be impressed by the pictures...nothing like that..there's no activity in that area..very quiet 9. Balcony facing an empty building

The hotel is beautiful, well-priced, and located in a quiet, safe area. The best part was that the hotel offers electric bikes for rent, which allowed me to explore the area at my leisure. This was definitely the highlight of my stay.”

The whole city closes early

Within the Grandworld complex which is like a theme park with no rollercoasters. It is at the bottom (quieter) end near the beach and we were there low season. Thought it was great! Very clean, staff were nice and my favourite was the wee yellow bikes. If I were to go back to Grandworld, I would pick this hotel again, looked about the best of those on site.

The room was quite small and the bathroom particularly had the shower beside the toilet and sink rather than in a separate enclosure.

We loved the location because it was very close to the beach. It's on the quiet side which was fine for my family. Everything was walking distance for all the food. The place was very clean. The staff was very nice. We would recommend this place to our friends.

He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, assisting us with booking taxis and even personally driving us in his own car when we were unable to find a taxi. His exceptional service truly made our stay memorable. The food at Solea was absolutely amazing, offering a delightful culinary experience with each meal. Additionally, the location of the hotel is perfect for tourists, as it’s within walking distance to Grandworld and the vibrant night market, making it easy to explore the main attractions. I am already looking forward to my next visit to Solea. For anyone considering where to stay, I cannot recommend Solea enough. It’s a great choice if you're looking for outstanding service, delicious food, and a prime location.

- The room is clean and well maintained, everything looks new and luxurious. - Enthusiastic service staff. I saw staff constantly cleaning the lobby. Every day, they cleaned my room, provided toilet paper as well as new towels and utensils,... - The hotel is near the beach, it takes about 2 minutes to reach the beach, so I go swimming every day. - May stay was on the weekend so I could participate in the Mallorca market. The market area is open right in front of the hotel. - Breakfast here has a lot of options, including options for vegetarians or dieters, sugar-free and healthy: protein overnight oats, fruity granola yogurt, kombucha tea. The matcha frappucino, coconut water and fresh juices here are quite delicious, fresh and not too sweet. I like the fresh coconut water and hand-crafted kombucha tea here the most, the price is quite cheap compared to other places in the Grand World area. My favorite free breakfast is bread, overnight protein oats, and minced meat & bird's nest congee. - The most important thing is that the English of the staff here is very good and fluent, so I didn't have difficulty communicating. - Finally, the most surprising thing was that at breakfast, sometimes the chef gave me a extra gift (adding something to the dish, giving me a dessert,...)

The room was very clean and the complimentary breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location allowed us easy access to the beach and nearby Safari. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.

I want to say a lot… They're just wonderful. Incredibly hospitable hosts. The location of the hotel is ideal, close to the sea and the main entertainment (but absolutely not noisy). Clean, constant cleaning, change of towels and water renewal. The room is cozy. There is everything you need. Separately, I would like to mention the incredible breakfasts (photo). It is very tasty, satisfying and quite diverse. And we were so lucky that in honor of the holidays it was all free, so I don't know the cost of breakfast, but I'm sure it will be justified. In general, we did not regret staying at this hotel. We will advise and, if necessary, stop again. Thanks a lot ❤
