The location

It needs maintanace and the fact that the weather was so cold and we did not have hot water for showers was totally unacceptable!

The location was excellent. The staff were very friendly. The room was perfect, cosy and everything we needed. The noise from guests speaking and checking out was hearable from our room.

Everything from we arrived till we left. The staff was friendly and assisted where they could. Amazing coffee shop with great food. The presidential room was amazing and everything is nice and clean.

The staff and facilities were amazing I would highly recommend this place, As a frequent traveller it is always welcomed to find some place as amazing as this one. 100% recommendation from me.

Perfect election for JNB, avoiding both airport hotel issues and big cities issues, very quiet location, 3 min walking distance to restaurants, very friendly staff, very good breakfast, top amenities,confortable rooms and beautiful building. 35 min to JNB by car, even perfect to visit Rietvlei Nature Reserve in your way to airport if having spare hours!

. The staff (all) were excellent and friendly and helpful- service superb. Very clean and comfortable hotel. It was peaceful sitting outside at the coffee shop most days and very relaxing. Food in coffee shop very good and well -priced. They went out their way to make our stay comfortable and its very well-run. We couldn't have breakfast on the last day and they offered boxes- very kind of them. Very good location and it feels safe.

The first room was right by the function room and is sooooooo loud- so they moved us straight away; but because hotel is small there is noise when there is any function. There is also lots of noise in morning when they set up for breakfast so you can't sleep in and also it is very loud if neighbours come back late to their rooms or leave early. The breakfast was average... there was everything one needed but the quality never matched the stay and experience.

The room(s) were VERY cold and uninviting to walk into. A cold room, NO small carpet, just cold floor. NO electric blanket and a broken aircon. NO coffee sachets for coffee machine. To charge your cachets, you need to unplugged the kettle/fridge to have access to a plug. Only Netflix available. All of this, whilst it is advertised as a 4 star Boutique Hotel. I was a single person, had we been 2 people we would bumped into each walking to small bathroom or fridge area. What a disappointment with the room.

Loved the cleanliness and very quiet atmosphere.

The location was very safe and secure and set in a beautiful garden like setting. It was very centrally located with a shopping center closeby. The room was clean, private, and quiet, the beds very comfortable with nice amenities and a good coffee machine. The staff were friendly with special mention to Lerato and Jan. Breakfast was excellent and included both hot and cold choices.

There is nothing that comes to mind, I only had an overnight stay which I enjoyed.

Breakfast was very good. The location was perfect, and felt like an escape from the traffic and bustle outside. We will definitely return!

On the morning we left, there was no hot water. It was raining, so we wondered if maybe the water is heated by solar. It was a bummer to have a cold shower at 4am before heading to the airport.

We had the loft that slept 4 people, yet only had 2 cups to make coffee of 2 espresso cups, so we had to share if we wanted espresso or normal coffee. The spray in the bathroom had no nozzle attached. Just seemed no attention to detail is taken anymore.

The location was great. The room was beautiful and comfortable.

The lady at reception was rude, my booking clearly said breakfast included, on arrival she stated only from 8. I said to her we need to leave at 7, in all other hotels breakfast is served as from 06h30. She was getting frustrated with us, as my son is an athlete and needs a nutritious breakfast thats why I book them specifically. The one window blinds could not close properly and we had to try and sleep with extreme lights shining in our room, which was very uncomfortable and we could not get a proper night's rest.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and went the extra mile, Thank you kindly! The property is ideally situated in Centurion to compute to surrounding areas. The Hotel was comfortable, clean, neat and we loved the attention to detail.

Perhaps if Breakfast time could be extended a little longer! When travelling with children, an hour is hardly enough.

Pricing changed at the venue

The waitress helping at Breakfast was not very helpful. Weren't enough bread, had to ask the waitress if anything else was available for breakfast as the buffet no body wanted to eat. Very small rooms, with table and cheers not stable and very wobbly. Glasses cant stand on it. 1st the aircon didn't work in one room, then no tvs worked in both rooms which took them a long time to sort out. The plates and glasses is not enough in the room for a family of 4, as well as the coffee. Bathroom is only a bath with shower inside, with side panel making it very small for men to get in. Hot water takes a very long time. Lunch from restaurant was ok more leaves then filling, just took a very long time It's ok for overnight

The breakfast Could have checked the rooms to see if aircons worked, tvs worked, see if enough culterly and glasses, replace the tables on the deck. Don't let clients only get one coffee available in room and then they must pay for another See that staff and breakfast area is friendly and helpful and that there is enough food and equipment in working conditions. Don't let clients wait 45min for food if there is only one other client Don't let clients have to ask if there is eggs available with breakfast See that buffet area has enough food and more diversity and that the food especially the fruit looks fresh

I had a knee injury and struggled with the steps. Was in room 9, would definitely ask for ground floor rooms in future

The breakfast was excellent and the food was amazing, especially the wraps and burgers.

There were no hotel slippers. It would help if one had forgotten to pack their own.
