We recently stayed at The Earth at Ranthambore for a family staycation, and with 30 rooms booked, we got the unique opportunity to experience almost every category of room the resort has to offer. From the serene surroundings and beautiful views to the chirping of birds, everything about the property felt peaceful and welcoming. But what truly stood out was the hospitality. At no point did it feel like we were staying somewhere new or meeting the staff for the first time. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, cared for, and completely at home. The attention to detail was exceptional — from thoughtfully accommodating everyone’s food preferences to making sure every little request was taken care of. It was evident that the team genuinely wanted every member of our family to have a wonderful experience. A special thank you to Mr. Jaideep, Mr. Sunil and Mr. Ajay for making the entire experience seamless — from bookings and room allotments to the incredibly delicious food. And a special mention to my personal favourite — the chaat counter at high tea! Absolutely delicious and something I’m still thinking about. 😍 Thank you, The Earth at Ranthambore, for making our family staycation so memorable. We came as guests and left feeling like we were saying goodbye to old friends.

Awesome experience, in close connect to nature

We absolutely loved our stay. Every part of the resort reflects thoughtful design and a genuine commitment to sustainability. You can see the low-carbon philosophy in everything, from the architecture and locally inspired construction to the toiletries and overall guest experience. The property blends beautifully with nature, making it the perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, and the restaurant served some of the best food. A special mention to the management for creating such a unique and inspiring destination.

We honestly struggled to find anything significant. The approach road can be a little challenging for smaller cars during the monsoon, although this is more a result of the weather than the property itself. If we could suggest a few enhancements, they would be: • Create a few more open seating areas in the lawns or backyard where guests can simply relax and enjoy nature. • Add a few swings or hammocks at different spots around the property for families and children. • Include a small minibar with a few snacks and drinks, along with a couple of child-friendly options in the rooms.

This really is an amazing place to stay. The location is perfect for safaris and feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. The resort has a beautiful, calm atmosphere and is the perfect place to relax and recharge the batteries. The rooms are unique and have everything needed for a family stay. The full board was very high quality and really tasty, lots of options for breakfast, lunch & dinner, buffet style and freshly cooked options and also the staff were great at explaining what everything was, what went with what etc. I recommend the aloo dosa for breakfast. At no extra cost we had a gorgeous high tea every day followed by traditional entertainment. What made it so special though were the staff, everyone so kind and helpful. Nivesh in reception was the perfect host, making us very welcome, making our stay perfect but also arranging the safari and our onward journey. Would highly recommend.

I must say its an amazing place...truly connected with nature... As the name says The Earth… its so earthy … rooms are so spacious … food is super tasty…. Entirely the VIBE of the place is awesome.. must visit place..

Rooms : We booked Tejas, Very very spacious with additional open shower room. Very Good. Room was very large with Good AC and sitting area at backside. If TV sets can also be installed inside, it will be good. Look of room was good. Recreation activities in evening, Magic Show is too good. Very engaging magic show. Though documentaries are displayed on projector in evening, if limited good movies can be shown like Jungle Book or any other Animal related movies or Nationalistic movies, it will be good. Evening Snacks were delicious viz Samosas, Bhelpuri, PaniPuri, Breadpakora. Suggestion if it can be expanded by including more items like Sandwiches, Mixed pakoras, Biscuits variety. Swimming pool though not big has good clean water and is maintained properly. Food served in Restaurant was mostly good with good hospitality by staff. Spa : Very good Body massage spa service by the girl staff. Challenges in booking for spa can be avoided by adding staff in spa since multiple rooms were vacant there. Games room : Suggestion to improve by making this room more spacious [its somewhat small in size], Adding more games like Playing Cards, UNO Cards, Frisbee, Badminton, Battery operated cars for kids. Table Tennis ball was not functional and was having balancing issues. Suggestiin to only use good quality Cosco Balls. AC and Intercom needs to be installed in Room. Gym was not functional and is planned to be removed shortly as confirmed by Reception. Overall a Very good experience with hospitable staff and spacious room, good food. Thoroughly enjoyed the vacation at The Earth.

Had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly warm and hospitable. The food was delicious and offered something for everyone's taste. The room was clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay. Even though there was no TV in the room, we never felt like we were missing out. Overall, a splendid experience!

Location just10 minutes drive from the Ganeshdham gate (entrance of jungle safari) Infrastructure very earthly, cozy and filled with basic amenities. Staff verypoliteand courteous so of one finds any delay or lag you will happily ignore.. Evenings are are perfectly designed for kids : magic show pottery sessions , love folk music and bangle shoping for adults We stayed In Vayu which is perfect for family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids below 12) Their buffett menu is perfect, one shud not miss the live counter for Italian food and delhi chaat... You will get lot of birdwatching opportunity so keep a day in hand to explore the beauty of the premises and splash in the pool. Really wud plan another trip around winters... A very well maintained property with excellent hospitality. The rooms have been designed perfectly and i can surely say that a lot of efforts is being put up by all staff members to make ones stay comfortable.

The service was impeccable, we were a large group of 35+ but not a single person had any complaints. From housekeeping, to FnB, everything was great. The staff helped us organise a sound healing & yoga session as well as arranged a projector and sound system for game night. The food was also great, from continental to Rajasthani.

Charming eco friendly place with lovely little cottages they call mud huts. Very attentive and helpful and kind. Wonderful atmosphere with little lights and musicians, artisans such as pottery, making with a pottery wheel right there, hand made bread on open fire, a chef making panipuri to try and other dishes, nice gift/souvenir shop on site, The food was amazing. A large selection for the breakfast as well as hot items to order from a menu included in the meal. And the restaurant was equally as nice with a very large menu of choices, high quality, lovely presentation. Same great standard of service. Artisan musicians just outside. The pool was nice and refreshing. It's very shallow though. Over all, Highly recommend!

We stayed at this resort as 4 couples with 2 kids, and it was a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful, the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the ambiance was very relaxing. What really stood out was the staff behavior—they were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The resort is also family-friendly, and the kids enjoyed the stay as much as we did. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to friends and families.

The Earth at Ranthambore is a great place to stay if you're looking for a peaceful pause from the hectic city life. Leisure strolls, watching frogs in lotus-laden water pockets, and walking under various other vegetation are a soothing detox. Seeing your tea and bread being done by a local woman at chulha in the open brings back many memories. Food quality and taste was consistently good. Charges were reasonable, so it was value for money The little evening market activities (within resort), folk entertainment, and other facilities available here are an engaging treat for everyone, grown-ups as well as kids. Staff is very cordial, intelligent in conversation, and ever smiling. Our room was spacious, clean and well lit. It had an open, private backyard. If you're inclined at visiting temples, go for Trinetra Ganesh ji (early morning aarti), Chamatkar ji Jain temple, and Chauth mata ka Barwada (hilltop 25 kms west of Sawai Madhopur). The natural (science) history museum is a must if kids accompany you. I would advise the management to start providing at least the slow charging slot for EVs at the resort. I visited in May which is considered as off season by the resorts here, but it suited my needs of tiger safari. In the summer heat at dry forests of Ranthambore the tiger's movement is predictable - water bodies! We spotted four tigers in single safari. One was walking the road majestically carefree, where vehicles in his front kept reversing (can't encricle an animal blocking its movement) and our canter in the back was following him like a barat slowly tags behind the groom.

unfortunately we had delicate stomachs during our stay and couldn't eat spicey food, there were limited non-spicey options.

Le cadre est idyllique, un véritable petit havre de paix. Le personnel du restaurant (service + dame qui fait les nans) est incroyable. J’étais malade en arrivant et quelques jours sur place, ils ont été très attentionnés. Encore un tout grand merci à eux ! La nourriture du restaurant est très bonne et variée si vous restez plusieurs jours. Nous avons particulièrement adoré l’agneau et le poisson local. Cet hôtel est de très long le coup de cœur de notre séjour en Inde, tant en raison de son indéniable charme que de la sympathie du personnel du restaurant.

La piscine mérite d’être mieux entretenue (eau trouble). Le massage a été écourté tant pour mon compagnon que pour moi (sans réduction de prix, 15 minutes en moins). La dame massait très bien, mais l’homme n’était pas aussi doué. La commission que l’hôtel prend sur les taxis est excessive. Ils ne s’en privent pas puisque Uber ne dessert pas cette zone.

Had one of the most amazing stays. Food is just delicious, the atmosphere is so serene and peaceful. It is very close to the safari pickup points. The rooms are so thoughtful with names. Staff is very helpful and makes your stay very amazing. The activites like pottery and folk music and dance gives u the perfect feel of rajasthan. There's also complimantery chulhe ki chai and chat options in the evening!! A huge thanks to Mr. Deepak and Mrs. Badam for making our stay one of the best ones we've ever experienced.

My famy's stay at Earth was fulfilling. Its Ambience was homely, hospitality of pantry staff and cleaning staff was great. The beds and sheets were clean, bathroom was very large and neat and clean, open bathroom was also good experience for us. Magic show, pottery, chaat stall was amazing.

At this rate breakfast should be included, taste of food can be improved.

Earth Resort is perfect destination for people looking to spead some quaility time with family/friends admist nature. The atmosphere is quiet and soothing, hospitality is A+, Rooms are spacious, we stayed in Neer which had an in-room plunge pool and a private backyard.. Rooms are well designed to remind one of Malgudi Days… It’s indeed value for money. Food is super delicious, with variety spread for breakfast and dinner. Easily approachable too if one is planning to visit Rathambore Tiger Reserve as well.

The stay at The Earth was very comfortable and the location is amazing amidst nature and greenery all around. The entire property is beautiful and built eco friendly, we had taken the Neer Cottage which was absolutely brilliant, the room has the bath tub which is quite big than seen in pictures The staff is very courteous and humble and they go the extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable and any requests are taken without any questions They have the hi tea followed with a magic show, chaat counter and the local Rajasthani Dance show which keeps you entertained in the evening. The food at the restaurant is delicious and the menu cater to the local cuisine to international cuisine Overall it’s a great property to stay for the value they provide

Stayed at Earth Ranthambore for a night and it gave me a quiet, comfortable base between safaris. The place has a relaxed, open feel and the rooms are clean and functional. Food was consistently good, and the staff were helpful.

We went for a family getaway for 2 days. It was lovely stay with amazing helpful staff. Stayed in Amber villa,, Rooms were giving that pure cozy Rajasthani vibes ,,closer to nature and clean ✨️ . Kids loved exploring which is also best part ,,as they were exploring around all by themselves and it was safe atmosphere. Location was perfect, and it was quiet to get that relaxation one needs. Its kids friendly resort with fun activities,, pottery , magic show, and much more,,, definitely value for money ❤️ and time.

Amazing food, room and overall hospitality

Best place, amazing stay, wonderful ambience, hospitality, food and the highlight was the small activities during the hi tea.

The property was great and so was the food.

The road to get there was a bit rough

I've left a long time to leave this review as I wanted to reflect on the experience. On the one hand this is a beautifully appointed hotel with good staff but on the other it has real service flaws. We stayed over the Christmas period so obviously the cost was high. First of all we found out this was a dry resort which isn't a problem in itself but nowhere was this advertised. We got a taxi out (at quite a high cost) and stocked up, but this could have been avoided. The most disappointing thing was the impressive huge bath in the room which has the most bizarre drainage system. Essentially rather than have a plug the bath fills up when the soil outside is moist. This means to fill your bath would take hours, and exhaust the hot water supply. We called several people out and whilst very friendly they could not help. Ice cold bath or no bath. The same issue was the shower which was freezing. This was a $250 a night hotel not budget but any means and you don't expect to get no running hot water or a cocktail at this price point. Wifi is also pretty unusable. Positives? It looks great and the rooms are nice. Staff are lovely and I found the buffet very very good. And we saw a couple of tigers so everything was good in the end!

So this place is well located, good staff throughout and the mudhut style rooms well appointed and spacious enough. It all felt quite simple, not quite basic but not far off. The gardens were lovely and the pool ok. Food was buffet style with a wide selection and was good not great. Word of warning the place is dry so if you like a tipple on your holidays at the end of the long day then you need to bring your own and sup on your balcony. Property is very well located for accessing the entrance to the park (not walkable but a 5-10 minute drive). The park was amazing (make sure you book zones 3 and 4 to max the chances of seeing our stripey friends).

Great location for the national park (just 5 mins to zones 1-5), the hotel grounds are wonderful, beautiful gardens (and the gardener gives you little roses!) and nice atmosphere - Pool for relaxing, spa etc. Plenty of food with the full service and of a reasonable standard. If you dont eat much the breakfast/dinner option will suit fine as you can still have breakfast when you get back from safari at 10am.

Pool area could do with a be of a clean up, it was looking a bit worn down (& drains need clean). Would be nice to have more snack/ food options before the safaris at 6am (like fruit or pastries).

Sometimes there was the occasional smell of odour

I made a reservation for The Earth at Ranthambore through Booking.com. Therefore there are 2 parts to this review. Booking process: I was contacted through the portal to pay in advance to confirm my reservation, as it was high season (Christmas break), although the reservation was purely pay-at-the-hotel. Even so, I did pay 25% upfront, as I understand that last minute cancellations are problematic for businesses. After having done this, I get another message on the portal, saying that scammers are requesting pre-payments for reservations. And I, understandably, panicked. I called the hotel to confirm whether the prepayment had gone to them or a scammer. They DID NOT PICK UP. So I send a Whatsapp message. To which, credit to their poor command of English, made me believe that I had indeed paid a scammer. So I called my bank next. I will spare everyone the harrowing hours that followed, only for the hotel to call me several hours later to assure me that, yes, the prepayment had gone to them. By which time, I was sweating buckets and furious. Stay: The stay itself was superb, which is why, even after the awful booking process, I am giving the hotel 3 stars. The cottages are gorgeous, with a really luxe-rustic vibe. We opted for 3-person and 2-person cottages, and they were very comfortable. If I had to nitpick, I would say that 1 bathroom amongst 3 people is uncomfortable. Plus, safes and space heaters needed to be requested. We didn't end up using the safe, because it didn't work. There was very little cupboard space, and I stored most of our stuff in our suitcases. The food was pretty good, with one multi cuisine restaurant on the property. Our breakfast was included, but since we had early morning safaris, we had to get packed breakfasts to go. Those were.. disappointing to say the least. A few sad little sandwiches and some fruit. Also, when we checked in, on the 24th of December, we were told that the gala dinner was mandatory for all in-house guests. To my absolute incredulity, the front office person had to call someone to get permission to take that off of our bill. We were 4 very tired ladies (2 of whom were 74), and all we wanted was a hot shower, soup, and bed in that order. The hotel itself is very pretty, and the staff are very pleasant. I don't know that I would stay here again though. The staff, bless them, tried their best, but it was pretty gnarly. PS: We called in advance to ask if they could help us with organising tiger safaris, and the hotel would have charged us a premium. Which was fine, but they use agents, who also charge 2.5 to 3x of the safari charges. Do yourself a favour: book them from the government site directly.

The property features unique mud-base cottages, something I had never experienced before. The rooms were beautifully designed and offered both indoor showers as well as an outdoor shower option, which made the stay even more special and close to nature. The food was delicious and the staff was extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was well managed and the hospitality was excellent. A special thanks to Deepak, through whom I made the booking. He was always available and helped with everything whenever needed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and unique stay!

Great location, great room, great food, great hospitality!! The staff makes you feel at home instantly and there are multiple interesting activities for everyone. Whether you like astronomy or are a fan of folk music, they have everything covered. Can't rave enough about the food. We stayed at there Dhara category room which was one of a kind. Do plan your stay here if you are looking for a few days of peace and quite.

What a relaxing stay it was.... from check in to the check out everything was seamless... the property is quiet And has a very positive vibe... the rooms are comfortable...food was really very good and the staff was courteous too... for us it was a wonderful experience..... Would definitely recommend...

I booked this property for my parents’ 25th anniversary, and they had a truly lovely experience. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing stay. They really enjoyed the atmosphere and the comfort the property offered. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and made their special occasion even more memorable.

Loved the place!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Earth. It was so peaceful, the food and breakfast was delicious, fresh and varied, the staff were helpful, relaxed and friendly. We loved our room in a wood cottage, but the mud cottages looked great and nicely designed too. Each of the rooms had an outdoor shower which I really enjoyed (as well as an indoor shower). There was a peaceful swimming pool area, and flowers all over the gardens. We enjoyed the afternoon tea and performances in the evening, and we liked the handicraft shop too. The location is also fairly close to the gate for the safari. I would really recommend The Earth if you are looking for a hotel which has made a big effort to be sustainable and is doing something a bit different to the big concrete hotels being built in the area.

Everything, the nature and bird song, the friendly and professional staff, the extra snacks and activities, a truly magical place.

Schitterende locatie, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Een prima tussenstop om even tot rust te komen in het toch zeer drukke India.

Het is zeer spijtig dat je niet via de site van het hotel rechtstreeks een safari kan boeken. Hierdoor waren we te laat om een goede safari te boeken en hebben we helaas geen tijgers gezien.

The premises are beautiful, surrounded by rose gardens and winding pathways between the cottages, which are well-equipped and very comfortable. The staff were exceptional in their care of all the guests, and food was excellent!

L’emplacement : Absolument idéal, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de la région sans contraintes. ​La qualité du personnel : C'est sans doute le plus gros atout de l'établissement. L'équipe est non seulement disponible et à l'écoute, mais aussi d'une grande gentillesse, toujours souriante et prête à rendre service . ​Le confort de la chambre : Nous avons été ravis par l'espace offert. La chambre est particulièrement grande et spacieuse, ce qui est très appréciable pour se détendre. ​La restauration : Une excellente surprise ! La cuisine est de très bonne qualité et les menus sont suffisamment diversifiés pour ne jamais s'en lasser. ​Les services et loisirs : Les activités proposées en soirée sont très pratiques et bien organisées. De plus, la présence d'un spa sur place pour les massages est un vrai plus pour la relaxation.

​Confort & Entretien : Nous avons noté une odeur d'humidité persistante dans la chambre après deux jours. De plus, le changement des draps et serviettes uniquement en fin de séjour nous a semblé un peu juste pour le standing affiché. ​L'expérience bain : Le logement bénéficie d'une belle baignoire, ce qui est un vrai atout. Malheureusement, la capacité en eau chaude ne permet pas de la remplir entièrement, et les produits d'accueil (sels, huiles) sont fournis en quantité trop limitée pour plusieurs utilisations. ​Services & Tarification : L'absence de mini-bar est regrettable. Nous avons également trouvé que les tarifs des services annexes (taxi, blanchisserie, massages) étaient très élevés par rapport aux prix habituels.

De kamers zijn eigenlijk bungalows met hoge plafonds en een privé-tuintje. Het resort-terrein wordt mooi onderhouden met een zwembad en bar, welness center en een arena voor optredens en shows. Het restaurant serveerde een uitgebreid aanbod aan gerechten (zowel tijdens dinner als bij het ontbijt).

We hadden initieel een bungalow met binnenzwembad geboekt maar deze konden ze niet aanbieden, we kregen in de plaats een upgrade-bungalow. Hoewel we het een zeer grote en mooie bungalow vonden, was het toch enigszins een teleurstelling dat onze eerste keuze niet werd gerespecteerd.

an awesome resort to take you back to nature along with modern aesthetics!!! perfect for family and very courteous staff esp the restaurant manager Mr Ajay who catered us so well and arranged things on our request and even every member at resort starting from reception till end were so welcoming and polite that made our day and trip memorable! Thanks to all staff of The Earth!

Everything was good The thing made me upset was we booked neer villa but they didn't give us the same.

Loved the rustic villas and cottages with attention to every detail. It's an experience for lifetime and we definitely recommend this unique property . Staff is so pleasant and good as well.

This was an amazing stay. The facilities, entertainment, staff, food, location, everything about our stay at Earth was absolutely amazing. The staff were super useful with getting our safari drives booked and then every part of the Earth is just amazing. Would highly recommend when visiting Ranthambore

It was neat and clean property with lot of greenery.

The charges were a little Higher side also..didn’t have the clarity on the type of the room we would be given. Like one room had a huge swimming pool inside which we didn’t know.

A beautiful and unique property. The daily tea time, traditional music entertainment and magic show were highlights of our visit. Naivash (?) at the front desk was helpful and attentive.

There was a big party the first night of our stay with incredibly loud music. But once we mentioned it to the front desk, they turned down the volume which was kind. The pool area could use a bit of attention- some painting and general maintenance
