All night till 3:30 AM very very loud music. I couldn't sleep. Went to reception asking/complaining about loud music at very late. Receptionist saying there is a disco and this should be considered "normal" Towels very dirty. Circles of dirt very visible on the towels. How booking.com is listing such places? We can not trust your listing?

الواي فاي ضعيف الأصوات عاليه جدا الموظفين ليست لديهم الخبرة الكافية في التعامل حجزت مع وجبة الإفطار نزلت للمطعم الساعة ال7 صباحا ولا زال مقفولا عندما سالت موظف الاستقبال رد علي ان الإفطار يبدأ الساعة الثامنة اول مرة انزل فندق يبدأ الإفطار فيه الساعة ال8 ولا يوجد حقائب

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Good location - not far from the airport, only two bus stops away on the A1 Ruwi route and then a short walk. At average £20/night, it is very affordable!
There was extremely loud music played on the hotel property’s first floor well into the early hours of the morning, which did not let me sleep until 2 am which is unforgiveable!

الفندق لا يصلح ابداً للعوائل. رائحة السجائر في كل مكان بداخل الغرف والمصعد والإستقبال. ويوجد بار وديسكو على ما اعتقد والموسيقى مزعجه ويصل ازعاجها للغرف. وهناك مصعد واحد يعمل وتنتظر فترات طويله.
