Mövenpick Hotel & Apartments Ghala Muscat

Top top

Emplacement

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient and easy to access. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would happily stay here again.

We've been on transit in Muscat and it was perfect location for one night stop in Muscat. Hotel is very close to the airport and provides underground parking. We've stayed in second building in two connected apartments. Both were in perfect condition, equipped with all we need. Pool on the roof is very nice place to start your day. Breakfast was excellent with great choice and top food quality.

Not much to say.

Clean, rooms are big, staff amazing

In room service was low quality, too expensive.

Everything

I had the best time at Movenpick. Everything was exceptional. The rooms were super clean and spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly and made sure to accommodate for everything. A special thanks to Firas who made every effort to make the stay amazing and a big thank you to Hifaz, Ubaidullah and Imran who went above and beyond. I can’t wait to come back

Quietness and spacious rooms

Parking

Everything things from the check in to check out Thanks to "Maather" for her kindness

Excellent for what we needed

Check in process was long however it was EID weekend so busy and we understood

The staff were very sweet and friendly which was actually the highlight of the whole stay and the breakfast was very nice.

The pillows were like slabs of clay, extremely hard and uncomfortable. My neck and shoulders are in a lot of pain after sleeping on them. The bed had a stain on it, the bath leaked water all over the floor and I slipped and hurt myself, the sauna wasn’t working, someone rang my doorbell at 2am waking me up from my sleep, I checked to see if anyone was there and there wasn’t. Whether this was another guest or a genuine mistake. The food was ok.

The hotel is a brand new one with new facilities. There is a wide range of choices for the breakfast. The staff are friendly.

Unfortunately I had to wait for a long time for checking-in since I arrived at the hotel at 3 AM. So they charged me for another half a day. Fine, but they let me in at 5 AM, saying that they had to talk to the “management” which sounded unhelpful and dismissive given the fact that it’s a huge hotel with a lot of empty rooms. I never really understand these “hide and seek” games played at hotels especially when a guest has arrived very late and he/she is definitely too tired!

Prima hotel. Heerlijk ontbijt.
