Reviewed Mar 23, 2026The hole experience was amazing, aspesialy the huge bath tubb, so me and my husband enjoyed together. For what we received, would pay double. No fuz to get in to your unit Avery possibility was explain.
Only problem was the the outside parking on the pavement. Was a bit concerned about the safety of the car, but everything went well.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Close to all the shops and restaurants - could walk everywhere. Host used WhatsApp and it was easy to correspond. There was problem with hot water the evening, which was resolved, and I found a present and card (nice bottle of jam) to apologize for any convenience the next morning outside our door. This was a lovely gesture. This was our 3rd time to stay at the guesthouse and will visit again.

The room required a larger bin. We had to find our our plastic bags to store waste overnight. Bath water drains slowly even when the plug is in, there seems to be a sealant issue. The ceiling fan does not work.

Een douchekop bij het bad was fijn geweest. Veel ramen en geen verduisterende gordijnen dus neem een slaapmasker mee.

It's not ideal accommodation when traveling with a baby. The floors are very squeaky, the town is noisy, and there's limited heating in the room.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2025We were in the two bedroom apartment. It was beautifully decorated and the location is very good. The apartment is self-catering and contains everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Prior to the stay the communication was good and the host was very accommodating. On the day of check in the communication was not so good. Per chance I found out the host was not well. The one bathroom’s dustbin was not empty and I found an old scab on the bathroom counter. The toilet was leaking. Some of the bedding did not smell clean. It was very cold and the mounted wall heaters in one of the rooms are all cracked. The wifi does not work, it is very weak and could not connect in the rooms at all. Cellphone signal is very poor as well so most of the evening we were unable to connect.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2025Cleanliness, quietness and proximity to restaurants and shopping areas. The environment is safe and friendly. The bed is so huge and comfy, the same goes to the bathroom having both a bathtub and a full body shower.
Struggled to find a dustbin inside and outside. Since breakfast is not offered, a kitchen area would be beneficial for one to prepare own food/breakfast. Winter sheets now in April coming into May would really be beneficial since the cold season is dawning.

There was a mix up with our booking through Booking.com, however this was quickly sorted by the staff at 278 promptly when identified prior to check in. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Great central location. Easy walking to all of the shops and restaurants. Felt safe walking home. Lovely stay, would for sure stay again if in the area. Thank you!
Ceiling fan did not work in both rooms booked, but there was an alternative fan provided.
