Good value. Very clean and breakfast was excellent.

Although the hotel is very nice, they do not maintain good cleanliness, nor do they take care of the guests who are already staying there. The restaurant has very good service and good food, and it looks clean and pleasant. They have security in the parking lot, and overall, the employees are kind.

Super friendly staff. Gym next door. Restaurant in the hotel (not expensive given the quality of the food and variety of the menu). Despite being right off a major street, the room was quiet. Very spacious and inviting. Will likely book again if visiting the area. Located across the street from a small business vendor mall.

Una excelente opción para descansar, una excelente atención, muy limpio, excelente decoración, las habitaciones son muy cómodas, únicamente para tener en cuenta, el sonido de la demás habitaciones se filtran.

Muy buena propiedad

FR Hotel is a solid choice if you go to Ibague. We were on the third floor, same as the spa and the restaurant, and it had a unique charm to it as i walked around. The room was as shown in Expedia's listing as "Premium Suite". High ceilings, tall doors to the patio which had a nice view of the mountains. The staff wore smiles from the front desk to the restaurant. There was an issue getting hot water into the hot tub, but someone came up quickly to help and after some tinkering we had hot water. The restaurant is covered but open to the outside. For breakfast, there were 3 main options and several other things to self serve. We were satisfied. We didn't get to use the spa. Overall, FR Hotel gets a thumbs up from me.

Personal le falta capacitación El proceso de check in y check out terriblemente demorado. Hotel cómodo y limpio pero falta capacitación en personal.

It was a very hyped location but nothing was up to par. Spa is very unattended, breakfast buffet (included) is very mediocre in terms of quality of food and attitude of the staff. Drinks are watery and my mom got food poisoned on christmas. Doggy treatment was good and that's always a plus.

La manager o duena del hotel necesita hacer un curso de modales como tratar al cliente. Por error del personal tube q cambiar de habitacion la cual fue pagada. Pero esto pasa x no saber darle un entrenamiento apropiado y dejar sola una persona q es nueva atendet la reception. Y mucho mas cliente q me hospedado otras oportunidades en este hotel

Chambre très spacieuse avec un coin cuisine équipé. Très grande hauteur sous plafond. Rideaux occultants. Lits très grand et très confortable. Hygiène impeccable. Personnel très serviable.

Podrían mejorar el aspecto de las habitaciones. Se ve un poco descuidado una vez entras a las habitaciones. La limpieza fue muy pobre.

Hemos estado varias veces en el FR HOTEL El servicio del restaurante muy deficiente. Se olvidaban de los platos, el aguacate negro…, miles de detalles de mala atención. Al desayuno no había frutas o cucaras o vasos. Conclusión: ha desmejorado mucho el servicio del comedor.

No hay internet , supuestamente había un daño con el operador, y no te dan ninguna alternativa, no les importa que estás allí de trabajo. Los demás hoteles tienen un canal backup. Decían que era un problema en Claro Ibague en general, pero es mentira, teníamos amigos hospedándose en diferentes hoteles y solo en este hotel tenían el problema. Nadie te entrega la habitación para verificar el estado de las cosas, pero cuando reporté que me habían entregado la cafetera rota me la iban a cobrar. Éramos dos personas en la habitación y los implementos en general estaban incompletos, solo para una persona y tocaba estar pidiendo que nos completaran las almohadas, el café , los platos, vasos… etc. Por el precio que pagamos hay hoteles muchísimo mejores.

Best place to stay in Ibague

El hotel es nuevo y están bien las habitaciones, pero la gestión es muy mala. El hotel está en un edificio con otros negocios y el parqueadero está en el sótano pero los huéspedes deben esperar hasta 10 minutos para que el portero le permita a uno el ingreso, y ocurre todo el tiempo, y es porque el hotel no le da a uno una tarjeta para activar el mecanismo automático. El check in dura 20 minutos, el check out otros 10, ya que sólo hay una persona en recepción. El teléfono nunca lo contestan. Lo intenté varias veces por el parqueadero y no atienden nunca. El horario de desayuno es malo si debe uno salir temprano. Ofrecen un desayuno viajero pero consiste en un vaso de yogurt y un caso de cereal cerrados con vinipel, una manzana pequeña y con golpes y sin lavar, un pan enano, una tajada de jamón y una de queso, y sin cubiertos. Las habitaciones las hacen tarde. Un día llegamos a las 3 y aún no la habían hecho y nos tocó esperar 15 minutos más hasta que mandaron a la encargada. No volvería.

Maravilloso el sitio. Muy bien atendido, Instalaciones modernas, cómodas y espaciosas. Deliciosos y abundantes desayunos. Precioso comedor, llenos de naturaleza, delicioso ambiente y comida y con gente muy amable atendiendo. ÚNICA SUGERENCIA, PONER MÚSICA COLOMBIANA EN TAN EXCEPCIONAL SITIO.

The property is beautiful BUT the service is so poor. You can't find drinking water in the hotel after 9PM. Ordering room service is challenging since you need to do so through WhatsApp. The Spa and the Hotel are two different companies SO it is not granted that you will be able to use the spa when you get a room in the hotel. The restaurant service is the worst. They take forever to serve you and so many items in the menu are not available.

El personal muy atento, el desayuno variado y fresco. El apartamento que nos ofrecieron fue la mejor opción, cómodo y totalmente equipado, una buena alternativa para disfrutar la estadía en familia. El restaurante me pareció lindo y acogedor.
