Emplacement idéal avec une belle piscine sur le toit. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses.

Le fait de faire payer une carte d'accès à la chambre 150 000, alors qu'une carte comme celle là ne vos même pas 15 000 max, je pense qu'ils auraient pu faire un geste nous avons pris 3 chambres pendant 6 nuits.

La qualité de l'établissement, la propreté et l'accueil ont été très satisfaisants.

The bed and pillows were a dream to sleep in . Location was ok I would have liked to be closer to the beach. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly .

It took too long for hot water well warm water to come to the shower . At least 6 minutes. I was on the second floor. The rooms are not sound proof . There is no sky bar and the sauna didn't exist.

A disappointing experience – poor laundry service and management response Unfortunately, our experience at Adela Boutique Hotel in Da Nang was extremely disappointing. The laundry service returned our clothes neither properly folded nor ironed, with black stains all over our white laundry. To her great credit, the receptionist, who was exceptionally kind and helpful, immediately arranged for everything to be washed again free of charge. However, the laundry was returned with some stains still remaining, and several items had shrunk. What was even more disappointing was the attitude of the person in charge of the hotel. We received no apology whatsoever. She never even looked at us, let alone said hello or acknowledged the problem. This is particularly unfortunate in a hotel, where basic hospitality should include courtesy, a smile, empathy, and taking responsibility when something goes wrong. We truly appreciated the receptionist’s kindness and professionalism, but unfortunately, this could not make up for the overall experience.

Nice, clean room

* I had booked the room specifically because it was advertised with a large balcony, but the room we were given had a very small one that looked nothing like the pictures. When I asked the staff about it, they said there were no other rooms available and that all rooms were the same price. This was quite frustrating, as the balcony was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. * The hotel also felt quite stingy with basic amenities. I asked for an extra toilet roll, but was told that they only provide one roll per room per day. We were unwell during our stay and genuinely needed more, so I found this policy very strange and inconvenient. * I would strongly recommend avoiding the hotel’s laundry service. My white clothes came back pink. What was particularly disappointing was that the staff did not initially tell us about the issue and still tried to charge us for the service. Luckily, I noticed the clothes before we paid. Mistakes can happen, but what was not acceptable was the lack of transparency and the fact that they made no attempt to compensate us. * It was also frustrating that there was no washing-up liquid or cloths provided to clean the dishes. As a result, we had to leave dirty dishes in the sink until the cleaners came.

Staff is really nice and helpful

It is not their fault but in front of the hotel there were building and in the morning was noisy.

Molt bona relació qualitat-preu. És un hotel modern, còmode i ben dissenyat, amb habitacions espaioses, llits còmodes i un personal molt amable. Es troba en una zona tranquil·la, a només cinc minuts de la platja, i la piscina ofereix bones vistes.

El gimnàs és pràcticament inexistent, ja que només hi ha unes poques màquines al costat de la piscina. La televisió de l’habitació és molt petita i la qualitat de la imatge podria ser millor.

The only problem we kept getting bugs and mosquitoes coming into our room even when there is no food but I noticed in this hotel there was a lot of them

Ich war sehr überrascht über diese ruhige Seitenstraße! So nah an dem Trubel, so nah am Meer, und dennoch nachts: absolute Ruhe! Ich hatte das große Apartment mit eigener Waschmaschine, einem riesigen Kühlschrank etc. Bequemes Bett, riesiges Apartment, wahnsinnig viel Platz! Es gab einen Pool auf dem Dach.

Leider gab es keine Fenster, die man öffnen kann. Ich hatte zwei riesige Fensterfronten (9. Etage) und konnte nur über zwei kleine Klappfenster ein wenig frische Luft reinlassen. Die Fitnessgeräte sind absolut unbrauchbar. Sie stehen verrostet, und veraltet auf dem Rooftop. Der Pool ist ganz nett, aber 3 Liegen für das gesamte Hotel? Schade.

Beautiful pool. You have to ask staff to put sauna on, which is fine. Really. Beautiful clean place, but unfortunately there is so much loud noise and construction. They start at 7:00 a.m. and it lasts all day.

Super cute hotel on a quiet street with nice rooms and comfy bed. The staff were great when I needed help finding a doctor due to an injury I got. I really appreciated this.

The pool only had 3 chairs and the pool bar was not open which was a real bummer for us

Fijne, ruime, schone kamers.

Kamers zijn erg gehorig, door de tussendeur hoor je alles van je buren. Zwembad op het dak is niet verkoelend maar warm.

Strong mould smell in my room. Cleaner came and cleaned the AC unit as I think this is where the mould smell was coming from.Aircon took a while to cool down the room but eventually got cold.

On arrival I was told we had to pay cash for the room of bank transfer as they did not accept credit cards, I was sent the bank details via WhatsApp but no sort code, trying to explain this was completely useless so in the end went to multiple ATMs to get cash, same thing happened to one other guy in the party and one guest we chatted to only with three different reasons for why a 4 star hotel doesn’t accept credit cards. Day two I found broken glass in the swimming pool, gave it to staff who said they would sweep the pool, next day we collected a handful of glass from the pool. We were told to inform reception if we wanted to room cleaning, not convenient at all and on two occasions it wasn’t cleaned when asked

địa điểm vô cùng thuận lợi, đi bộ ra biển và có rất nhiều tiện ích xung quanh. Vị trí nằm ở khu yên tĩnh không bị đông đúc ồn ào như ở đường bờ biển. Phòng tương đối sạch sẽ và được dọn thay ga giường, khăn tắm, đồ dùng cá nhân và nước uống được refill liên tục. Nhân viên thân thiện, niềm nở

wifi khá chậm, chỉ đủ dùng lướt mạng nhưng đến lúc tôi cần họp online thì mạng rất lag và chập chờn phòng cách âm siêu kém, có cửa thông sang phòng bên cạnh (mặc dù được khoá lại) nên hàng xóm ồn ào hay tiếng trẻ con hò hét hay quấy khóc nghe rất rõ và ảnh hưởng tới không gian riêng tư.

Amazing pool, good cleaning, great location.

My room had an adjacent one with a locked door between us. I had no idea that that would be the case when I booked the room. The downside was that I could hear pretty well everything happening in the other room. A bit uncomfortable.

Sauberkeit war nicht immer gut

Great value for money! Great location, in a quiet street but very accessible and near shops and restaurants. Highly recommend. Rooms look just like the pictures (which is not always the case in Vietnam) and are very clean.

Nothing really, maybe the fact that there is no breakfast/food at the hotel (but it was mentioned so can't really criticize this aspect)

The soundproofing could be better — I could hear my neighbour’s TV during the night.

Very nice place in a side street so one doesn't hear the motorbike bread vendors outside the windows at all hours. Very nice room with comfy bed and decent pillows. Good bathroom. Good lighting options and controls. Has nice chairs to work at the desk console. Friendly and efficient front desk. Kindly looked after a case between two visits during my absence. I stayed here twice over 10 days or so. The first visit was a room overlooking the street, across which is a condo renovation but the noise was negligible at the time of staying. The second visit was a room at the rear, which might be a safer bet to request. Very convenient for cafés and dining at many price points.

A minor gripe would be that the removable shower wand's position is not adjustable, fixed at 90 degrees to the wall. The rain shower head is the alternative..

Wir hatten vier Nächte hier und wurden positiv überrascht. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind deutlich größer, als wir erwartet hatten. Für den Preis wirklich eine sehr gute Wahl. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, hell und hatte eine tolle Aussicht auf die Stadt. Die großen Fenster waren ein echtes Highlight, besonders am Abend. Man sieht, dass das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, aber alles war sauber und gepflegt. Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche waren sauber, hatten jedoch einen sehr intensiven, ungewohnten Geruch – vermutlich durch Lagerung oder Verpackung, nicht aus hygienischen Gründen. Da das Zimmer wie ein kleines Apartment mit Küche ausgestattet ist, hätten wir uns etwas mehr Grundausstattung (z. B. Messer) gewünscht. Der Pool hat uns sehr überzeugt – entgegen mancher Bewertungen fanden wir ihn absolut ausreichend, mit schöner Aussicht und angenehm warmem Wasser. Perfekt zum Entspannen. Praktisch war auch die Waschmaschine im Zimmer, allerdings fehlte eine Möglichkeit, die Wäsche aufzuhängen. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit viel Platz, schöner Aussicht und fairem Preis. Wir würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
