KS gần ngay trung tâm, đi ra biển Mỹ Khê cũng gần, rất tiện cho việc đến những địa điểm check in ở ĐN, phòng sạch sẽ và khá thoải mái, nv rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ cho mình nhận phòng sớm khi có sẵn phòng.

Un hôtel exceptionnel ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel, qui est très confortable, propre et agréable. J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux du personnel, qui s’est montré très professionnel, disponible et attentionné. L’emplacement est idéal, puisque l’hôtel se trouve à seulement 1 minute à pied de la plage. J’ai également apprécié la proximité de nombreux restaurants, commerces alimentaires et boutiques de souvenirs. Situé dans une zone touristique, l’hôtel est parfaitement placé pour profiter pleinement de mon séjour et découvrir les alentours. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y retournerai avec grand plaisir ! Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Nothing, it was very poor. I had to check out after the first night, although I had 4 nights booked and paid for.

The hotel was dirty and my room had ants all over. In the night to find around 50 ants in the bathroom sink. Ants all over my belongings, to the point of having to throw away clothes because it was disgusting. When complaining to reception, another guest was also explaining they were having the same issues.

The location was good, it has an underground parking area if you have a bike, Staff were excellent, water pressure was good.

This is a very very tired old hotel that should have been renovated years ago. Furnishings had seen better days, the aircon was on its last legs, the small refrigerator was on the same circuit as the rest of the room that needed a card to operate…so if you went out for a few hours and returned,food and drinks were not cold at all. Perhaps for one night if you have nowhere else to stay, but not a longer stay proposition Cleaning staff did a wonderful job under the circumstances.

The location is fabulous.

The receptionists including the manager don't speak English. I left a shopping bag in the reception area last booking and it disappeared and they couldn't find it, lazy to see the camera security, may be it was not working in my last stay, irresponsible and did not even apologise. Old TV, not enough outlets. The price is higher than the other hotels.

Размещение супер, пляж рядом, подойдет для того чтобы переночевать, чистые простыни, есть все принадлежности. Персонал отзывчивый.

Не понравилось что первый номер был очень прокурен, нам номер поменяли, но в нем старенький кондиционер, очень шумно работает, протекала раковина. Но это было не критично.

Well located in the midst of everything

Too many issues such as an insect infestation in my room. No net cutains for the large window. And after seeing a stain on the bed sheets I had to immediately check out and find some place else.

Il y avait des fuites d'eau dans la salle de bain. La bouilloire ne fonctionnait pas et nous n'avions pas de sachet de thé ou café. Il y avait du bruit dans le couloir. Le mini bar est payant et on était pas prévenu. Si on paie par CB il faut payer 5% en plus. Si on ne donne pas l'heure d'arrivée il veulent annuler notre réservation... Vraiment nous déconseillons, surtout à ce prix là.

Отель очень старый за такие деньги, все обшарпанное , двери не закрываются , ночью спать невозможно, слышно все и всех , с улицы тоже ! Но вишенка на торте - это то , что нас явно кто-то кусал ночью , по телу есть следы!! Кондиционер еле работает. Не портите себе настроение и отдых! Хорошо, что нам нужно было переночевать только ночь !

やや古さはあったものの清潔な印象でした。親切なスタッフさん達で安心して過ごせた。 立地もとても良く色々な場所にアクセスが楽だった。　清掃が行き届いていてベッド、タオルも気持ちが良く利用できた。バスタブがありお風呂に入れた。 入り口の脇に足を洗う場所もあったので、海水浴後砂を落とせた。

Отличный отель за такую стоимость! Нас заселили раньше положенных 14 часов. Номер был 205. Хороший номер, со всем необходимым. Довольно просторный. Есть балкон, где можно посушить одежду и полотенца. В номере было на удивление тихо, никакого шума с улицы не слышно. Здание хоть и не высокое, но есть лифт. Есть где ополоснуть ноги, чтобы не тащить все в отель. Хоть на пляже тоже ноги можно сполоснуть, но на самой набережной песка достаточно, все равно немного попадает на стопы и в обувь. Расположение отеля отличное! Очень близко к пляжу. Рядом много кафешек, магазинов. Персонал очень доброжелательный.

Complete indifference from the staff. No help at all with any questions. They don’t take payment with a credit card, had to go chasing around looking for a place to change our money.

“Don’t book this place! be careful! It’s a scam! The place doesn’t look like this at all, and there is no connection between the photos they posted and reality. When I arrived, the first thing you notice is how dirty and poorly maintained the hotel is. It is completely empty, with almost no guests. After that, the receptionist led me to my room. I showed her my room and told her she must have made a mistake. In response, she said she was sorry, but that room no longer exists, and that the photos are from 10 years ago. I told her they were lying to customers, and she told me she knew and that she was sorry. I told her she had to compensate me for this lie, and she said she was sorry she had lied, but that she also had no way to compensate me. Stay away from this place, don’t fall into the trap!

Have stayed at gio Bien 2 before and have not been disappointed; front desk staff friendly but make you wait until 14:00, maid service friendly leaving bottled water on door when 'do not disturb' sign is out, hot showers, laundry service good value and on time, best of all is location, 2 blocks from my khe/my an beach. All appliances work, desk/chair, restaurants, 24/7 convenience stores all about and souvenir shops abundant, would, of course, stay again, the same goes for sister hotel SOCO.

Les rideaux ne sont pas occultant donc il fait jour très tôt dans la chambre. Il n’est donc pas possible de dormir correctement le matin, de plus il est relativement bruyant.
