Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία . Γενικά δεν είχε κάτι άσχημο απλά το θεωρώ αρκετά ακριβό για αυτά που παρείχε !!!

Το σίδερο δεν λειτουργούσε σωστά , σίγουρα είναι και λίγο περίεργο να μην έχει στο μπάνιο μέσα νιπτήρα και όντως είναι ενοχλητικό ότι δεν έχει αρκετές κρεμάστρες στο μπάνιο για πετσέτες κτλ.

There was quite a lot of noise from the street due to the poor soundproofing.

Ήταν βρόμικα, το οτι έπρεπε να κανω prechecking Και πρέπει να δώσω πάλι ολα τα στοιχεία μου ενώ εχω κλείσει μεσα απο το booking ανούσιο η καθαριότητα για πέταμα και τους ρώτησα κάθε πότε έρχεται η καθαρίστρια και μου απάντησαν οτι δεν έρχεται μόνο αν το ζητήσετε εσείς και ζήτησα να ερθει ενώ είχαμε κανονίσει τρίτη ηρθε την δευτερα και άνοιξε την πόρτα! Απαράδεκτο δεν κάνουν για τίποτα κατά τα αλλα γραφείο.....σκουπίδια! Πάρκινγκ πουθενά εισαι υποχρεωμένος να πληρώνεις όλη μέρα! Απλώστρα για τα ρούχα πουθενά μόνο ενα βρωμοσχοινο εξω απο το παράθυρο που δεν εχει καθαριστεί ποτέ γενικά μην πατε !!!!!!!! Φτάνω 7 ηωρα με το καράβι και πρέπει να περιμενω μέχρι της 15:00 για checking , τους παίρνω τηλέφωνο για να παω να αφήσω τουλάχιστον τις βαλίτσες κάπου και η απάντηση τους ήταν οτι δεν έχουν χώρο εκει και οτι μπορω να παω να τα αφήσω σε εναν διπλανό κτίριο τους 5 λεπτά πιο μακρυά χωρις να υπάρχει καποια ασφάλιση των βαλίτσων εκεί γιατί ειναι κοινόχρηστος χώρος..... απαράδεκτοι κοιτάνε μόνο να παίρνουν τα λεφτά! 6 βραδυα με 2 χαρτιά υγείας! Για πεταμα !!!!!!!!!

De locatie was fantastisch! En de airco was erg fijn met het warme weer.

We hadden graag meer 1 grote en kleine handdoek pp gehad voor 8 nachten. ‘S nachts was er overlast van vuilbakken die gevuld werden, dit duurde vaak lang.

Erg goede locatie en mooie kamer. Het personeel was ook erg behulpzaam.

Er is eigenlijk niet echt iets wat mij niet beviel, wel moet ik zeggen dat de kamer ligt aan een straat waar veel (luide) auto’s langsrijden. Als je hier niet zo goed tegen geluid kan tijdens het slapen is dat misschien een aandachtspunt. Ik heb daar voor de rest geen last van gehad.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione e la facilità di accesso tramite codice. L’appartamento era pulito e ben fornito di tutto il necessario, tra cui asciugami e bagnoschiuma.

Non so se ho sbagliato io la prenotazione, ma mi aspettavo un balcone su cui stare e lasciare le cose ad asciugare. Inoltre ci era stato promesso un asciugacapelli che non abbiamo mai trovato.

perfect location! walking distance to all amazing restos and coffee spots and the main attractions. beach is about 10 mins away by car with many beach chairs and umbrella available to rent. check in is SO SMOOTH because it's all with a code. the apartment was very clean. communication with the host was very easy. thank you for a great stay.

L'emplacement est idéal ! Propre Accès très simple via un code, pas besoin de clé.

Malheureusement en-dessous de l'appartement il y a un local vide, et les pigeons y sont rentrés et notamment dans les murs, donc on les entendait la nuit et le matin donc cela nous empêchait de dormir. Le lavabo pour se laver les mains n'est pas dans la salle de bain mais dans la chambre, donc pas idéal.

Excellent location right in the city center, within walking distance of restaurants, cafés and attractions. The self check-in process with access codes was very convenient and smooth. The apartment was clean and modern

The lack of a sink inside the bathroom was a surprising and frustrating design choice. Having to leave the bathroom just to wash your hands makes no practical sense.

Καλή τοποθεσία. Βρισκόταν στο κέντρο , δίπλα σε στάση και με τα πόδια ήταν εύκολο να πας για φαγητό και καφέ! Ήταν καθαρό και οι παροχές αρκετές για δύο άτομα και για 4 βράδια!

Δεν είχε σίτα στην μπαλκονόπορτα.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, στο κέντρο της πόλης απέναντι ακριβώς από τη στάση του λεωφορείου. Άνετος και καθαρός χώρος

Δυστυχώς έχει αρκετή φασαρία λόγω του δρόμου από κάτω.

Very modern really clean and neat close to bus stops, easy walk to down town

Good location. Close to tourist area and pretty near the port. Apt was clean and well equipped. Neighborhood was good. Once we figured out how to get in, it worked like a charm. Bed was comfortable.

Would have been nice to have a microwave and a few more blankets. We were there 6 nights, so a change of towels and garbage emptying would have been nice.

Central location, very clean, apartment pics were updated and match reality.

Το επιλέγω κάθε φορά οταν πηγαινω Ηράκλειο. Ειναι βολική τοποθεσία καθαρά δωματια και άνετα.. θα θελαμε ενα μάτι έστω για να ζεσταίνουμε κατι να υπάρχει αλλα το ξεπερνάμε.

Great location near the bus stop from the airport clean and quiet

Very convenient close to city center and to all local sites and amenities. The apartment was easy to access and I saw nobody throughout my weeks stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the lift was a bonus arriving with luggage. So many great restaurants and cafes within a short walking distance. Good value for money

The fridge has an outer cover door which opens in the opposite direction to the fridge door. It made it difficult to open the fridge and I scraped my knuckles several times. I complied with the request to put toilet paper in the bin rather than flushing it away. I think the bin should be emptied every couple of days to prevent unpleasant smells.

Good location. Modern, clean and comfortable. Great shower! And bed!

Centrally located, quite spacious

No storage in the bathroom to put your clothes. It was only for showering. Bathroom sink was outside the bathroom which made it very awkward when you share the room. Very bright, harsh white lighting. Mostly overhead lights, one light was not working. WiFi was not working Only two pillows

We've stayed in Raise the Heraklion apartments a number of times, sometimes for several weeks, and always had a very good experience. They are comfortable one-bedroom apartments, some with a balcony, and with key facilities (fridge, crockery, cutlery, kettle, coffee machine). But they are not serviced, so don't expect a change of sheets or towels, or cleaning free of charge. The location is excellent, opposite Agios Minas, a few minutes' walk from the Morosini Fountain, with lots of restaurants nearby as well as easy bus stops to go to the beach, the airport, the University, the port, the central bus station. Access to the apartments is via a key code (which also works for the entrance door when it is locked at night or at the weekend), which we found really convenient.

The noise from the (very busy) road may be an issue if your apartment faces that way.

Ζήτησα δωμάτιο με θέα και έβλεπε στο φωταγωγο. Ζήτησα παράταση κάποιων ωρών και χρεώθηκα ολοκληρη μέρα. Απρόσωπο και μόνο με τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία

Die Dichtung vom Fenster man hat draussen alles gehört.

The room was exactly as advertised. The location was amazing and the staff answered my questions quickly. Though I would love it to have a small table with normal height between the two chairs instead of the tiny one that they had. Overall it was a good stay.

The kitchen utensils were not properly cleaned. So I had to wash everything that we wanted to use. Also because of the 2 in 1 bathroom/kitchen wash basin. It was difficult to wash the utensils properly because of its size.

Όμορφο διαμέρισμα και σε κεντρικό σημείο. Φοβερό design και εύκολη πρόσβαση χωρίς κλειδί.

Το στρώμα χρειάζεται αλλαγή ή καλή αποστείρωση. Εχει κιτρινίσει και βγαίνει μια δυσωδία, άσχετα από τα σεντόνια.

Bardzo czysto, wygodnie, dużo miejsca. Lokalizacja również super!

The hair of either the cleaning staff or previous guests in the bed and under the sheets was just one of many… bathroom was filthy and rotten. So sad to see so little interest in maintenance. We contacted the company but till now no feedback whatsoever. Very disappointing.

Lack of microwave No information on where to empty rubbish bins that got full within days

Ce que j’ai bien aimé, c’est l’enregistrement nocturne avec seulement une entrée avec un code à la porte ce qui nous a arrangé parce que nous sommes arrivés très tard. La chambre est assez spacieuse c’est comme un appartement. Franchement j’ai bien aimé.

Ce que j’ai moins aimé dans l’établissement, c’est le fait qu’il n’y ait personne à l’accueil pour se renseigner, il y a aussi le fait que on ait gardé les mêmes serviettes, les mêmes draps et les mêmes taies d’oreiller pendant cinq jours donc j’imagine pas ce qui réservent pour sept à 10 jours, donc prévoyez des serviettes, ce n’est pas un hôtel pour moi.
