Raise Heraklion Boutique Apartments

Location, standard honest interior, vfm

Building and room has seen better days, definitely needs an uplift starting from a basic coat of fresh paint. Building's entrance always smelled of pizza ingredients as a couple of facilities doors of the adjacemt pizza restaurant on the ground floor opened into the apartment building's entrance. Our room was on the back side of the building, it had a rather poor view and there was a lot of noise from a nursery/ kindergarten that is also located on the ground floor.

Great location and within walking distance to Heraklion centre

The apartment is in a great location, only 10/15 mins walk from city centre. There are two supermarkets opposite the building and a bakery that serve excellent cafes and breakfast. The communication was great and the instructions to get in were very clear. I would definitely recommend and I will stay 100% in the future.

If I have to be picky, the pillows were not very comfortable.

Everything was ok

Problem is too far from beach, the near beach is 1 h away walk, you need have a car but is problem with parking, all town have big problem with parking, or take a taxuli is between 15-20 euro.

Dicht bij centrum. Goede douche en heel nette appartement

Snelle reactie van de verhuur kantoor

Appartamento confortevole e molto accogliente centralissimo.

Everything was perfect! 🤩

Posizione vicinissima dall aeroporto ! Facilità a trovare parcheggio per l’auto… super silenziosa e pulita

Jättefin lägenhet och läget är suveränt.

Saknade köksknivar och skärbräda. Fick köpa eget toalettpapper.

Having a mini kitchen and a balcony was nice. Electronic admission was helpful and worked smoothly

The smell of sewage in the building was an issue, less so in the apartment but still there at times

Tutto

Great location. Decent facilities (Nespresso coffee machine was a big plus!) Rather comfy bed. The air conditioner was practical to use (and had a heat function if it got cold!). Overall very clean room and comfortable decent clean property.

Maybe the TOTAL lack of staff on the premises was a bit strange (only reachable by phone and email). Only two towels for a stay lasting 4-5 days, and room cleaning only available for an extra charge, was also a big negative for me, personally. Would probably add a few teabags with the coffee capsules, for those who don't drink coffee. Otherwise all ok.

Good location & good facilities. Cleaners had done a good job. Everything looked modern & new.

Drain smell from bathroom was constant (as no bathroom window & small extractor fan). Some noise from staff outside the restaurant below at night.

Super Lage Super Preis

Grande douche. Réactivité du propriétaire.

Great location and easy to find parking nearby, which was very convenient. The bed was large and comfortable, so I had a good rest. I also really appreciated having a kitchen and a coffee machine available.

Totul a fost cum ne-am așteptat.

Nimic.

There is no key, just a code received by mail and I didn't see the hosts at all.

The fixed shower head was not properly put together so you had to use the hand shower. The place was practical although the table was placed strangely under the TV against the wall, so you had to move it to work there comnfortably. At times it was difficult to park close to the property.

Camera pulita, posizione comoda

Smell in the hallway to the rooms from the restaurant from downstairs.

Ausstattung, Check-in und Check-out, Lage, Preis-Leistung
