トイレットペーパーが1つしか用意がなく、足りなくなることがありました。 予備のものをもう一つ用意してもらえると安心できたかなと思いました。

小さな点ですが、客室のトイレのトイレットペーパー等を捨てるゴミ箱に蓋がなく袋も入っていませんでした。トイレットペーパーを流せないのはしょうがないですが、せめて捨てた物を隠せるようにしてほしいです。特にパートナーや友達と旅行しているゲストはそう願うのではないでしょうか。

Although the room has no wardrobe, it has a open hangar area and a long bench to sit and place your stuff around. It is nicely designed.
The single bed would be better if it's super single size and water from shower seep out if door is not aligned to wall

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und hat eine wirklich gute Lage mitten in Chinatown. Die U-Bahn-Station ist keine 30 Meter entfernt, und nach Song Wat sind es zu Fuß nur etwa 8 Minuten. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist das Hotel angenehm ruhig, da es in einer Parallelstraße zur Hauptstraße von Chinatown liegt. Das Hotel beginnt erst ab der 4. Etage. In den unteren Etagen befinden sich unter anderem ein Starbucks, KFC und ein 7-Eleven – dadurch hat man alles Wichtige direkt vor der Tür. Besonders praktisch: Wenn man abends erst spät fliegt, kann man nach dem Check-out noch die Duschräume des Hotels nutzen. Das war für uns sehr angenehm und ein großer Pluspunkt. Insgesamt ein sehr sauberes und gut gelegenes Hotel, das ich jederzeit wieder buchen würde.

I loved it so much, location was great, a lot of restaurants and massage shops around the area, Watson and 7-11 in the mall just under the hotel, MTR 8 mins away bus stop 2 mins away boat 10 mins away but most of the time I used bolts go everywhere 😂. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Love them, made me feeling welcomed and cared. Breakfast was great I love fruits and French toast I have them every morning. There was quite sufficient choices for everyone to choose what they want. I had a dinner at JamJam one night, food was good. Love the room layout, very spacious and functional. I love that they have multi adapted power socket in the room, it just so easy not to worry bring adapters. The place was always clean and well maintained. Very relaxing and enjoyable staying in Asai.

洗手台下放毛巾，可能是環境不乾淨導致毛巾發出惡臭，更換後換地方放就沒有這個問題了 另外換了幾條毛巾發現周圍都已經鬚鬚的，希望可以做汰換會更好

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026地點非常方便，離MRT站5分鐘內步行能到，底下連接著小商場和便利商店，可以簡單買些食物。對街就能走到中華街，晚上覓食方便，要走去河邊的Song Wat路也不算太遠。服務人員親切，願意為住客解決問題，房間維護得很好，乾淨且用品功能都正常，房內每天會提供飲用水，家具設計也好用，有長椅可以坐著整理東西或穿鞋，也有行李箱置放處。下次來會想再入住。
還沒開空調時會，感覺房裡有點濕氣。提供的牙刷刷毛偏硬。

Beds are rock hard - had to ask for an extra blanket to sleep on top of. The tv is old have to cast from your phone and doesn’t always work. Would recommend getting a high floor if you pay for city view otherwise it will be building blocking the way.

Am zweiten Tag fragte man um 16:00 Uhr, ob das Zimmer gemacht werden soll, etwas spät, hat aber funktioniert. Am nächsten Tag selbe Frage zur selben Zeit, aber saubermachen hat dann nicht mehr funktioniert. Der Kühlschrank ist ein Witz, es passt nicht einmal eine große Flasche Wasser oder Bier hinein. Das Frühstück ist wirklich gut, aber sehr asiatisch ausgerichtet

Een drankje aan de bar is vrij prijzig. Je zou iets meer consumeren als de prijzen wat vergelijkbaar zouden zijn met de bars en restaurants in de buurt.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Hotel is centrally located in Chinatown, just a 5min walk away from Yaowarat road and night markets. Not to mention there is a small mall under the hotel where there is access to 7-Eleven and coffee. Also a 5min walk to the MRT, so you can travel most places pretty easily.
If you want to workout, the gym is very small. Every time I went in the morning there were multiple people who wanted to workout - if it's just one or two people I would say it's at capacity. That being said the equipment in the gym is nice and well maintained.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It is located in the Yaowarat area, where there are plenty of food options nearby. It is also close to the train station.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026L’hotel è in una posizione comodissima e super fornita da servizi di ogni tipo. C’è tutto quello che serve ed è pulito. Molto belle anche le zone comuni. Ho particolarmente apprezzato il fatto che, anche dopo aver lasciato la stanza, quando siamo passati a riprendere i bagagli, ci hanno dato la possibilità di usufruire dei servizi comuni con le docce (tutto pulitissimo e curato), cosa per niente scontata e molto utile!

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'emplacement de cet hôtel car il y avait beaucoup de choses à proximité. Le 7eleven en bas, boutiques, restaurants. Quartier de Chinatown avec magasins, restauration en tout genre, salon de massage, transports (bus, métro, taxi, tuktuk. Personnel de l’hôtel très accueillant et disponible, l’hôtel dispose d’une salle de sport et le petit déjeuner qui est très varié avec des très bon produits +++++
Nous avons eu une chambre près de l'ascenseur donc beaucoup de bruit le soir. Il y a de la lumière qui passe sous la porte de la chambre donc mal isolée du bruit et autre. Aussi la salle de bain et mal isolée aussi, l'eau passe en dessous de la porte.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Super hôtel dans le quartier chinois. Le personnel est sympa, professionnel et très arrangeant. Je recommande les chambres roomy plutôt que les comfy, les quelques m² en plus apportent du confort. Matelas confortable, 2 types d'oreillers au choix. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel et l'atrium très beau. On peut leur laisser les valises quelques heures avant ou après le check in ou check out. L'entrée de l'hôtel est à droite quand on est face au petit centre commercial. Ce petit centre commercial est très pratique. L'hôtel est proche du métro mais si on est 3 ou 4 autant prendre un taxi grab.

Не стал бы советовать этот отель по ряду причин: все начинается с неудобного подъезда, приготовьтесь сами тащить свои чемоданы на 4 этаж, это в 4* отеле) как заявлено) далее: неприятный запах в отеле, маленький номер в который вам не дадут даже тапочки и чайного пакетика. Номера не супер чистые, к сожалению. Завтрак совсем скудный, советую, если уж заедете, не брать с завтраком и сходить в любое кафе - их миллион в чайна тауне. Сервис хороший, девочки стараются. В остальном все

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Very comfortable room and bathroom, nice shower and bed. Everything was sparkling clean. Hotel staff was super kind and provided all assistance I needed. Great location, 2-min walk to the main Chinatown street and to the metro station. Live neighborhood. The breakfast provided several delicious options, with one special option every morning.

There were no windows that could be opened, which made the room feel very humid. In addition, the air conditioning did not have a dehumidifying mode, so there was no way to reduce the humidity in the room.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Das Hotel liegt mitten im quirligen Chinatown-Viertel. Die Metrostation "Wat Mangkon" ist zufuß wenige Minuten entfernt. Hauptbahnhof etwa 12 min entfernt. Zum Flughafen BKK sind es 35 km ( Zug+Metro oder Grab-Fahrdienst ). Achtung, es gibt 2 Flughäfen. Streetfood, Restaurants, Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Hotelpersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer (nr 830 ) war sauber, von guter Größe, mit hellem Bad und großer Duschkabine . Raum / Bad getrennt durch Milchglasschiebetür. Wlan gut, Minikühlschrank vorhanden. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, das beste während meiner 2-Wochen-Rundreise. Bett bequem, Zimmerservice gut. Blick Richtung Innenhof, daher ruhig. Tipp: Eintritt in historische Sehenswürdigkeiten muss in der Regel bar bezahlt werden, Kreditkarte dort sinnlos. Preis/Leistung war gut.
Etwas muffiger Geruch vermutlich durch Zimmer- Klimaanlage .

Wir sind absolut frustriert. Wir konnten nicht anreisen, da ich beim Transitflug nach Thailand mit dem Rettungswagen aufgrund des Verdachts eines Blinddarmdurchbruchs in das Krankenhaus gebracht wurde. Ich wurde am nächsten Tag entlassen und konnte einen Tag später anreisen. Somit konnten wir nur eine Nacht in Anspruch nehmen. Ich bat noch vor dem Check-in darum, dass wir nur die eine Nacht bezahlen müssen, die wir nutzen konnten. Ich bekam keine Antwort dazu. Vor Ort wurde mir gesagt, dass die Rückerstattung für diese Nacht über Booking.com laufen muss und ich von der Seite des Hotels das Geld erhalten würde. Booking schreibt mir eine Woche später, dass das Hotel die Rückerstattung nicht gestattet und ich für zwei Nächte zahlen muss und im Fall des Notfallsaufenthalts im Krankenhaus die erste Nacht, die wir nicht verbracht haben, trotzdem bezahlen müssen. Solch einen schlechten Service bin ich von den freundlichen Thailändern leider gar nicht gewohnt. Sehr schade und nicht in Ordnung in solch einem Ausnahmefall nur die Nacht zu verrechnen die dort verbracht wurde! Abgesehen davon roch die Klimaanlage im Zimmer sehr unangenehm.

Camas con colchones duros y firmes pero es lo habitual en Tailandia. a mi no me parecieron incomodas. el aire acondicionado perfecto y lo puedes regular. El check in y check out fue muy facil y fluido y lo mejor del hotel es su ubicacion. Esta a 50 metros de la estacion de metro y muy cerca de todas las atracciones de la zona: Chinatown, talat noi, song wat road, el rio etc. ademas si necesitas cualquier cosa debajo hay un pequeño centro comercial con Starbucks, seven eleven y sitios para comer o comprar. Tambien tiene un parking pero no se si esta incluido en el precio de la habitacion o se paga a parte.
que la manera en que esta construida la ducha del baño hace que se salga mucha agua cuando te duchas. podrian poner mas amenities aunque su politica es de sostenibilidad. Las Puedes pedir pero son poca variedad lo que te dan.
