Had geen warm water, alleen koud. Dan voelt het ook echt koud aan.

Location was great and building had a very cool overall aesthetic. Staff went above and beyond to be welcoming and helpful.

Posizione ottima e staff gentilissimo e disponibile h24. Camere spaziose con armadio a vista e letti comodissimi. Servizio lavanderia self service fantastico al secondo piano. Ottima area relax con piccola zona palestra, ristoro, divani e un fantastico tavolo da biliardo! Colazione abbondante e buona. Posizione strategica, comoda per entrambi gli aeroporti.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé en plein coeur de Chinatown, avec le métro à 3mn à pied. Très central pour visiter les principaux temples. La literie est hyper confortable et la chambre très propre et au calme car ne donnant pas sur la rue. Le petit-déjeuner en buffet est varié. Je recommande à 100%

Le petit déjeuner est super avec des plats Thaïlandais proposés. Chambre très confortable avec du rangement.

Emplacement pas pratique (difficultés de circulations), beaucoup de tuk tuk voulaient nous facturer beaucoup plus cher que le prix standard en prétextant les difficultés de circulation. Rues alentours qui sentent les égouts, ou autres mauvaises odeurs.

Le confort général des parties communes, le mobilier, les fauteuils, le silence, c'est précieux après une journée en ville. Après, il y a le quartier très très typique : le soir, on y fait d'agréables rencontres dans la rue, c'est sympa, c'est relax, c'est Bangkok

The location is excellent, with Chinatown just a short walk away and plenty of hidden local food spots around the corner. There's also a 7-Eleven nearby, which is very convenient. Breakfast is available for 150 THB and offers good value for the price. It includes the usual breakfast items like toast, sausages, and jam, along with a selection of Thai dishes that changes daily. What really makes this place special is the incredibly friendly staff. Housekeeping is available every day if you would like your room cleaned, and the shared facilities on the second floor are a great bonus. There's a pool table, laundry machines, a stepper and treadmill, a coffee machine, and a microwave, making it an excellent choice even for travelers on a budget. I've stayed here three times now, and each visit has been a great experience. I always enjoy coming back and would happily stay here again.

One suggestion that could make the stay even better would be to offer a few business-friendly rooms with a proper desk and an ergonomic office chair. As a digital nomad, having a comfortable and private workspace in the room is very important, especially because I often have business calls throughout the day. While the coworking space and coffee shop in the ground-floor lobby are a great addition and work well for guests who don't need to be on calls, they aren't ideal for meetings that require privacy. Having the option to book a room designed for remote work would be a wonderful feature and, I believe, something many digital nomads would really appreciate.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the cleanliness throughout the entire hotel was impeccable. It was very convenient to book tours and travel packages directly from the hotel, all at excellent prices. The hotel’s impressive Elvis Presley collection and Harley-Davidson motorcycles give it a unique character that makes the experience even more memorable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Exceptional service from all staff, from front desk to security. Location was 5 mins to Talat Noi and 10 mins to Yaowarat. Everything was clean and felt safe at hotel and in neighboring area.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ausgesprochene Höflichkeit und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Sie sind sehr aufmerksam, herzlich und niemals aufdringlich. Ausserdem mochten wir den Gemeinschaftsraum mit der Möglichkeit, Wäsche zu waschen. Die Song Wat Road ist fussläufig erreichbar. Wir haben das Hotel als sehr Familien-freundlich wahrgenommen.

Die Rotlicht-Meile vor der Tür und dass die Kunden leider auch Touristen sind… traurig.

This is my third stay at W22 by Burasari. It is always well-presented. Staff are welcoming and always friendly. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the beds are comfortable.

I'm glad W22 has breakfast onsite for our convenience. The location was the reason why we chose W22 because it's in a walking distance to shopping at Yowalat and street food.

I know Bangkok is congested and parking space is a luxury even parking temporary in front of the hotel for quick drop off and pickup is a challenge.

The location nearby Chinatown was amazing, the staff was so kind and there are tours to choice.

The lift may be a bit slow, but it works!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bangkok. The location was very convenient, making it easy to travel to different parts of the city. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a busy day of exploring. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a sophisticated décor that reflects the charm and elegance of traditional Chinese-style hotels. Every corner of the property felt thoughtfully curated and full of character. If there was one small area for improvement, it would be the bathroom, which could have been a bit more spacious. However, this did not take away from our overall experience. What stood out most was the excellent service. The staff kindly held a parcel for me and were always prompt in their responses, greeting us with genuine warmth and big smiles. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer waren schön groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage – Chinatown ist in nur etwa fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Märkte ganz in der Nähe sind. Zwei kleine Punkte haben uns jedoch etwas gestört. Zum einen gab es keine kleinen Handtücher auf dem Zimmer, was wir persönlich etwas ungewohnt fanden. Zum anderen befindet sich im Eingangsbereich ein Stand, an dem Ausflüge angeboten werden. Dort wurden wir mehrfach angesprochen und gefragt, ob wir Touren buchen möchten. Das war teilweise etwas aufdringlich und hätte für unseren Geschmack etwas zurückhaltender sein können. Abgesehen davon gibt es aber wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Das Hotel bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, die Lage ist hervorragend und wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Wenn wir wieder nach Bangkok reisen, würden wir definitiv erneut hier übernachten.

I had a very comfortable stay here!. The bed was very comfortable, room clean and spacious, location - excellent! It is run by a lovely and helpful family. They helped me arrange a motorbike and were always happy to answer any questions I had about Luang Prabang.

I liked everything about the property it was such a convenient location and the staff was so reliable as they would fix everything as soon as I had mentioned it which was a great.

Just one night the electricity went out and all the electricity went out so we woke up with sweat all over our bodies and I had to run up and down around the place trying to fix it but then they came in less than 10mins and the electricity was back on after that the bathrooms lights went out and again I reached out and they suggested to change rooms but it didn’t make sense as the other rooms where smaller and on an entire different floor and we would waste time just moving so I asked them to just fix the light and thankfully they listened and it took up to 20mins but I think this was because it was an old hotel as they were no other problems also I would suggest giving at least two rooms keys for the three person room.

Location was decent for Chinatown and surrounding attractions. Room a decent size. Nice rain style shower. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good for the price. Staff knowledge is great and very helpful. The Maui Thai guy was great, even dropped us off at the arena.
