Era limpio

Pague habitación para 4 personas y solo me dejaron 2 toallas, la habitación no tiene ventana, así q no tiene ventilación. No hay personal físicamente, todo es x msj.

Tiene una ubicación muy buena La habitación es pequeña pero muy cómoda Todo muy limpio No tuve problemas de ruido La tencion via WhatsApp es buena En general todo muy bien! Sin duda me hospedaria de nuevo.

Muy linda la habitación y la ambientación

Que hay mucho ruido temprano a la mañana tipo 7am la gente que se hospeda en el hotel comienza a hablar fuerte 6 hacer ruidos cuando el hotel tiene estrictas normas de ruido. Además la habitación es muy calurosa y solo tiene un ventilador de pie.

La actitud del personal de la tarde era un chico muy grosero y súper cortante con las preguntas que le hacíamos respecto a la forma de abrir la puerta, adicional a qué el muchacho se molestó por tener que darnos la clave de entrada que no nos habían compartido

No tiene personal para atenderte. Es autoservicio todo pero muy fácil el autofuncionamiento de todo

Las habitaciónes son comodas y en cuestion del precio es muy bueno

Me gusto mucho pero mucho el excelente trato vía wtsp con el hotel. Resolvían todas mis dudas, de manera inmediata. Les agradezco toda la atencion.

La ubicación es uno de sus atractivos, desde que llegas el aura de misterio te atrapa. Alrededor puedes encontrar prácticamente todos los servicios y recorrer el centro de la ciudad caminando, el acceso a taxis o uber o comida a domicilio es muy accesible. Las instalaciones son comodas y practicas para viajes estancias cortas y viajes solos o en pareja.

SI bien las instalaciones ofrecen una buena calidad considero que por el precio podrían mejorar algunos aspectos, las habitaciones son pequeñas y el mobiliario tiende a no ser de la mejor calidad, tienen un área de oportunidad en el cuarto de baño ya que el espacio es amplio pero no hay manera de colocar los objetos personales cerca del lavabo , lo que hace más complicado el aseo personal en un área que es espaciosa y confortable y se ve desaprovechada.

Se batallaba un poco en regular el agua en la regadera y el espejo en la cabecera molesto un poco pero todo lo demás fue muy bueno

Bonito lugar, relativamente cerca del centro. Lo único es que la habitación que me tocó no tenía ventilación, no había ventana ni en el baño por lo tanto tampoco hay claridad más que las lámparas. Fuera de eso es un buen lugar para una noche.

Muy difícil de encontrar. Uno de los cuartos muy pequeño no cuenta con aire acondicionado. El precio un poco elevado tomando en cuenta que no cuenta con aire acondicionado

La ubicación está un poco complicada d encontrar ya que no hay señalización fuera de la calle y tuve que preguntar donde era para poder encontrarlo, tal vez mejorar eso

Online pictures are deceiving. Hotel is located down an ally with residential house surrounding the entrance. Neighbor has a rooster that woke us everyday at 4:45am. Be aware, hotel only has 1-2 bedroom room with seating around, all other 2 bedrooms are tiny and no seating around. I booked 3 -2 bedrooms with seating area but to our surprise only 1 room had the seating around.

Muy mal la situación q si pagas con tarjeta te kieren cobrar el 20% más del costo así q te obligan a pagar en efectivo o con transferencia para ser una cadena de hoteles pésimo ese servicio y creo q eso ellos lo deben de costear no el cliente, y también esta muy escondido el lugar falta más señalizacion y en cuestión de costo no está bueno xq no ofrecen escalonamiento y termine pagando 300 pesos de pensión cosa q en todos los hoteles ofrecen el estacionamiento. A sus clientes también ponen tarifas x desmanchar o ensuciar sus toallas o instaciones tal parece q no kieren q uses nada esta muy mal esa situación así ni como recomendar

Fue un poco difícil encontrar la ubicación exacta, sería bueno que el personal te haga recomendaciones sobre un lugar para estacionar.

Las instalaciones son excelentes

La entrada debe tener mayor información de donde se ubica ya que me extravié para llegar al sitio y deben tener también un estacionamiento donde el cliente pueda guardar su vehículo.

Acudi al hotel y no habia nadie que atendiera, por vía llamada telefonica querian que proporcionara datos de mi tarjeta para realizarme el conro, situacion que me dio desconfianza, en tal virtud la persona que me ayendio me dijo que me ayudaria con la cancelación para que no tuviera desconfianza, sin embargo no lo hizo.

La atención y amabilidad del personal. Eso fue lo que más no agradó. El edificio está en buen estado.

La puerta de acceso principal está desajustada, por lo tanto se usa una cadena con candado para cerrar a eso de las 11 de la noche. En realidad no es un hotel, es simplemente una estancia para pasar la noche dignamente y bañarse al día siguiente. No se ofrece nada más. Si requieres plancha y burro hay que solicitarlo para que te lo lleven. La habitación que nos asignaron no contaba con ventilación, nos estábamos ahogando, eso me parece muy mal por parte del diseño de las habitaciones. Una vez nos quedamos sin agua y otra vez tuvimos que solicitar apoyo al personal de mantenimiento para que arreglara la mezcladora del lavabo. La habitación no cuenta con ningún clóset para guardar ropa. Creo que este tipo de alojamiento está pensado más para jóvenes mochileros o parejas con recurso $$$ limitado.

The property was hard to find at first because the entrance is down an alley. At night they have a chain and lock for the main door. I can understand the need for safety but if there is a fire, this is the only exit for the property. The room was very comfortable. Upon arrival there was a plate of fresh fruit waiting for us. Very nice! There were 2 double beds which helped. The bathroom sink was unique in the fact it was a pedestal with a very small bowl. The shower was wonderful. The showerhead was very high so that any tall person would fit under it. The one thing we missed was having a small frig for our beverages. All in all we enjoyed our stay there.

1. Poor communication during the complicated check in 2. No reception staff -only housekeeping staff. I don’t recommend for English speaking guests. No habla basic Ingles. 3. Noisy roosters waking you up early morning 4. Lacks safe, hair dryer, breakfast , limited water bottle 5. Towels have seen better days-stained white towels 6. Crumbling fixtures: loose wiring on lampshade, loose toilet paper holder, shaky faucet/ basin stand 7. Location not near the center. Had to take Uber all the time. 8. Alley leading up to the hotel accumulates pool of water when it rains making it hard for the guests to walk and getting your luggages wet. It did rain straight for 2 days while I was there this weekend. 9. Poor layout: light switches on the other side of the door as you walk into the room, no countertop in the bathroom to lay your essentials, no table in the room

Bien para descansar, totalmente encharcado el pasillo de enterada no había manera de pasar sin mojarse los pies.

NO lo recomiendo, sin ventilación, sofocante, demasiado ruido, se escuchan las voces del primer piso y que decir los “ruidos” de la habitación contigua. Lo elegí por la calificación, después de un día de mucho caminar uno busca descansar. La limpieza impecable pero por el precio hay otras opciones mejores.

Hubo algunos detalles que podrían mejorar, como falta de apoyo con las maletas al llegar, revisar el agua caliente de las habitaciones.( no había) No contaba con ventilador lo cual hizo que la habitación fuera calurosa. Sería bueno que atendieran estos puntos para tener una mejor experiencia.

There is no window in the room, and also air extraction from the bathroom is missing. This makes it impossible to circulate fresh air through the room, and gives unpleasant smells.

Un poco complicado para llegar.

Very clean, great location, nice staff. Hotel management was able to resolve issues once we got hold of them. Beds comfortable, shower good pressure and hot water. The area is nice, felt safe, and not noisy at night, shops for snacks and coffee nearby, short walk to the centre of town. I imagine if the other guests are respectful and not noisy, this hotel would be ok, as long as you are not on the ground floor rooms.

Noisy All the rooms are very poorly soundproofed - you can hear anyone walking around in the halls, or up on the roof from 3rd floor. When there are noisy guests, it's impossible to sleep. We were unlucky and had a loud group staying at the same time. The hotel refunded us one room as one of our group could not bear the noise and booked another hotel (which was in a beautiful old hacienda 'El Sautto' more in the centre of town for the same money per night). The ground floor bedroom was not great because you are immediately behind a desk and by a storecuboard, and the only window of the room opens out to this. You can hear even the receptionist typing, phone notifications, every conversation, guest arriving and leaving. And opening the window for air means hearing it louder. If you are booking, check whether you are on the ground floor or not. This room costs the same as all the others, and in my opinion, is not worth it even if considerably cheaper. Poor descriptions of room windows The pictures and descriptions online are not right: they need to state clearly where a room has no external windows. Two of our rooms only had windows into the reception area or a hallway. This was not included in the photos or description.

La propiedad está muy bien cuidada, solo se me dificultó encontrarla porque está en un callejón, la única queja es que la regadera no tenía puerta, todo lo demás muy bien

First we didn’t get the room we paid for, then we couldn’t sleep because an alarm was going on all night and nobody was on the property to figure out, next day they changed the room for the correct one but with the surprise that we didn’t have hot water and had to shower at 6:00 am with cold water because again nobody was there and nobody responded my messages! Cute place but they don’t have the most basic for guests like good communication care and hot water! No recomendable.

Welcoming helpful staff. Communication online and pre registration requirements were confusing and unecessarily complicated. But beutiful well located hotel.

They were available and kind. The reception and the check-in and the check-out were indipendent/online. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is as in the pictures. There is a roof with nice view and not too far from centre. It's okay for maximum 2 nights.

There was too much noise in the night, we heard noises from the room above(also their private things in the bed :( ) also their toilet flush noise and pee. noises from the street and from the hall. Noises of works from the building aside. I would recommend the soundproofing of the rooms. There was a bad smell from the shower drain. The windows can't be opened except from a little window, so the air circulation is bad. Would not reccomend to claustrophobic people. To get to the hotel you have to pass by in a narrow street where there are building works. In the bathroom misses a shelf to keep your toiletries.

The location was good. Public transportation close by. Good value for the money. The room was small but clean.

The noise from the construction, the people above us, the maids in the morning and the dog barking. No hangers for your clothes.

Bathroom smelled like it had poor sewer ventilation. I would recommend bringing your own soap and shampoo as well. It is a bit hard to find the property as the entrance is through an alley.

The room was clean, they provided sufficient towels, shampoo and soap, and - upon request- extra blankets. Located near a large locals’ Mercado and Super-market. City sites are within walking distance. Drinking Water provided in the “lobby”. Really Hot shower water in the morning. Great rooftop patio with table, chairs and comfortable seating provided. Staff was pleasant but shy. They were helpful upon request. They kept the place clean and asked if we needed a room cleaning or towels for our room. One provided some info on Transportation back to Mexico City.

There was a lot of noise as nextdoor construction started on or before 8 AM with screeching noise of cutting rocks. The showers seemed to be only hot in the AM. And then in the AM it was extremely hot and difficult to regulate with the cold. Scalding hot. The staff was quiet and unobtrusive, could have been more informative about the water situation and the local activities. The rooms needed a way to store food. There was one free bottle water provided and no other drinking glasses were present. In the bathroom a shelf was needed to store our items: toothbrush/paste, lotions etc. We made do with the windowsill. Tv worked well. Bed was a little hard but sleep-able. The mattress was visible through the sheet. The mattress seemed clean, but needed a washable cover to maintain the cleanliness. Since we were there for the new year, note that the roof patio was a great location to view the fireworks. Also note that those fireworks were set-off extremely close by and thus were very LOUD.

Staff was great and very helpful. They were kind enough to upgrade our room to a slightly bigger room at no cost, however rooms need some updating.

Ran out of water few minutes into a shower. Given **one** TINY bar of soap for a 3 night stay. Lamp on bedside table had to be banged on the table repeatedly to work.

No es la primera vez que me hospedo en esta propiedad y si enero será un gusto volver, limpieza de 10, atención antes y durante la estancia excelente. Un hotel es pequeño pero muy acogedor

la atencion en recepcion fue pesima , ya que a mi llegada me solicitaron mi INE , a la cual el tomaron foto de ambos lados ( desconozco el motivo ), y posteriormente la recepcionista me la volvio a solicitar con el argumento que de que no habia tomado bien la foto , a lo cual me negue y ella argumentaba que son por politicas del hotel , ademas de solcitar tambioen fotografia de la tarjeta de credito con la cual hice la reservacion ( algo que tambien me sono extraño ), por otro lado la regadera del baño estaba toda tapada , ademas el hotel esta ubicado en una vecindad , con la entrada super pequeña , los perros de los vecinos del hotel no dejaban de ladrar , , de verdad jamas regresaria a un lugar asi , y para colmo al dia siguiente de dejar el hotel , otra recepcionista volvio a solicitar la fotografia de mi INE , a lo que por supuesto me negue , en resumidas cuentas FATAL SERVICIO EN TODOS LOS SENTIDOS DE ESTE HOTEL.
