De ligging ten opzichte van het plaatsje en de mooie tuin. De vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw. We konden strandstoelen en een parasol meenemen.

Niet alle kamers hebben goed wifi. Na een interne verhuizing was dat verholpen.

The welcoming and informative hosts, fruit , water and juice waiting for us, use of towels and chairs for the beach and delicious gift given at the end of our stay. Genuine kind and caring hosts made our stay!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa meravigliosa struttura a due passi dal porticciolo di Pisso Livadi. I proprietari, marito e moglie, sono di una gentilezza e accoglienza unica. Ci hanno fatto subito sentire a casa. Le stanze vengono pulite ogni giorno con anche cambio di asciugamani, direi un plus non da poco. La struttura nel complesso è tenuta benissimo e si respira aria di pace e tranquillità. Inoltre offrono anche la possibilità di utilizzare sdraio e ombrellone e teli mare ogni giorno in maniera gratuita. Ampio parcheggio. Che dire, se torneremo a Paros torneremo sicuramente da loro.

Si nous devions résumer ce nous avons aimé, ce serait tout !!! Aucune fausse note. Tout commence avec une arrivée dans un cadre idyllique avec un accueil exceptionnel!! Puis la découverte de la chambre avec une bouteille de vin qui vous attend dans un état de propreté exceptionnel. Chaque personne que vous allez rencontrer sera serviable au possible . Et pour clôturer le tout une marque d’attention supplémentaire vous attendra lors de votre départ. Donc allez y les yeux fermés

Le ménage fait tous les jours ainsi que le changement des serviettes. La literie est très bonne. Des fruits, de l'eau et une bouteille de vin à notre arrivée. Parfait pour notre séjour à Piso Livadi.

L’accueil, l’infrastructure superbe, la réactivité des hôtes, la propreté et la literie, le prêt de parasols et serviettes de plages.

La proximité de la route qui gêne l’ouverture des fenêtres mais les chambres sont parfaitement insonorisées fenêtres fermées.

Elena studio apartments is a peaceful and welcoming place. Since the moment we arrived, we were welcomed in the best possible way, with a refreshment and a tour through the best places to visit on the island, all adapted to the length of our stay. Our room was very clean and enjoyable, with a beautiful balcony where we ate breakfast every morning. We also had some sun beds, umbrellas and beach towels to our disposal during our stay, which was a very pleasant surprise. All in all, we couldn’t recommend it more!

Hotel bonito, muito bem cuidado e muito limpo. Boa localização.

The location is definitely one of the stronger points of the property. It is very central, with some great restaurants nearby, and most beaches are around a 20-minute drive away. The staff were generally kind and helpful, and the beds were thankfully quite comfortable.

The room itself felt quite dated and could definitely benefit from some renovation. The bathroom also had a tendency to flood after showering, which was not exactly ideal. The tap water had a noticeably salty taste as well — perhaps this is common on Paros, but it still made the overall experience feel a little less comfortable than expected.

Mettre des patins sous les pieds des chaises qui font beaucoup de bruits quand elles sont trainées dans les chambres par les voisins ou recouvrir le carrelage de moquette bref insonoriser l'ensemble on entend aussi les douches des autres chambres. Une seule plaque c'est un peu juste pour cuisiner

The location was lovely and the property was wonderful for families. We had a large group and it worked very well for multiple family structures. Everything was exceptionally clean and the owners were so kind. Before we made reservations, we questioned if we would want to be closer to one of the bigger towns and after driving through, we were very glad we chose Piso Livadi. We could walk to the Main Street with a selection of cafes, restaurants, and an ice cream shop.

We had a wonderful stay at Elena Apartments & Studios. The apartment was spacious, very clean and perfectly functional, with daily housekeeping and fresh bath towels every day. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras, including beach towels and beach chairs provided for guests, which were very convenient for exploring the beautiful beaches of Paros. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location in Piso Livadi is also lovely, with its charming seaside atmosphere and restaurants within easy reach. A great place to stay in Paros – we would definitely recommend it!

Réception WI-FI très aléatoire. L'espace extérieur n'est pas privatif. La douche n'est pas suffisamment fermée, inondations de la salle de bain à chaque fois qu'on l'utilise!

un allotjament perfecte per visitar Paros. L'estudi és molt còmode i té tot allò necessari. L´acollida és perfecta i el personal molt amable i servicial. Disposen de tovalloles, cadires de platja i ombrel·les. La terrassa de l´estudi permet esmorzar i sopar furra. Molt recomanable!

Purtroppo il Wi-Fi non funziona

La struttura era molto bella. Ci sono come servizi anche la possibilità di usare i teli da mare (ogni mattina puliti) gli ombrelloni e le sedie da mare forniti dall'albergo. Lo staff è super gentile e super disponibile. CCi ha fornito consigli su posti da visitare dell-isola sono sempre stati disponibili e attenti. La camera è spaziosa e aveva un terrazzino godibilissimo. Tutto era molto pulito

Unico neo della camera è stata la doccia che purtroppo con la tenda non riusciva a chiudere bene e ogni volta si tendeva a bagnare fuori dalla doccia.

Tesisin lokasyonu, temizliği, konforu gerçekten harikaydı. Denize çok yakın, odalar çok konforlu ve tertemizdi. Otel size sahilde kullanabileceğiniz şemsiye, sandalye ve havluyu da sağlıyor bu da çok büyük bir rahatlık. Otel müdürü ve çalışanların iletişimleri hep pozitif, çok yardımcı ve güleryüzlülerdi. Hepsine çok teşekkür ediyoruz.

The place is really well maintained. Very usefull to be able to use new fresh beach towels and beach furniture every day. No pool but beautiful gardens and nice beaches nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Elena’s Studios & Apartments. The apartment was beautiful, stylishly decorated, and spotlessly clean, with incredible attention to every single detail. Elena, her husband, and the entire staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and generous. They truly made us feel at home. As a lovely farewell gesture, they even gave us local souvenirs—delicious olive oil from Paros and homemade marmalade—which was such a thoughtful touch. The location in Piso Livadi is perfect, surrounded by beautiful scenery and conveniently close to everything you need. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Elena’s Studios & Apartments. It was one of our best travel experiences, and one we will always cherish. We are already looking forward to coming back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paros. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. La posizione è ottima, perfetta per raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni e le spiagge. La camera era molto spaziosa, pulitissima e dotata di tutto il necessario. Un ringraziamento speciale all'host, sempre gentilissimo, disponibile e pronto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi esigenza. Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura e ci tornerei volentieri!

Tout! L'emplacement au calme tout en étant près du village et des commerces. La gentillesse et les attentions d'Elena et de son mari. Le studio spacieux, lit très confortable, la propreté, la terrasse avec une belle vue. La mise à disposition de serviettes de plage, parasols et sièges de plage ! Un vrai plus ! On a hâte d'y revenir !

Pas grand chose, peut-être le rideau de la douche qui ne tient pas fermé.

Spiros was heel aardig en behulpzaam. Alles was erg schoon. De locatie is fantastisch, op loopafstand van een heel leuk plekje.

De kamer is een beetje verouderd.

El lugar está a 300mts de la playa (una cercana) y de la parada de bus para ir a otro lados… también está cerca de negocios y restaurantes… También excelente atención del personal, con muchos detalles muy lindos de bienvenida y también a la hora de salida… lo recomiendo al 100%

La cura dei giardini, la comodità del parcheggio e la vicinanza a piedi al paesino di Piso Livadi. La comodità dei letti e il cambio quotidiano degli asciugamani. La qualità dell'A/C e la disponibilità del personale.

Abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade di stanza di cui siamo stati felici perchè c'era tanto spazio. Se devo dare un'indicazione per migliorare, forse indicherei la possibilità di aver un box doccia anzichè la tenda (anche se devo dire che era funzionale) e poi di valutare un ventilatore a piantana per chi non vuole l'aria condizionata.

The room and balcony sizes were excellent with plenty of storage space. Additionally, the free provision of towels and folding chairs for use on the beach was very welcome.

En primer lugar, el personal es muy atento y agradable. Spiros nos recibió de una forma muy cercana, y mientras realizaba el checkin nos dejo descansar en unos sillones al aire libre y nos ofreció bebidas frias. Cuidan todos los detalles y se encargan de que tu estancia sea lo mas comoda posible. Dejan agua y zumo frescos en la nevera, ponen a tu disposición sombrillas, sillas de playa y toallas que ellos mismos se encargan de lavar y dejar disponibles nuevamente cada mañana y tienen un servicio de limpieza que espera a que hayas salido para entrar. En cuanto a la habitación, impecable. Nos mejoraron la reserva por voluntad propia y nos dejaron una habitación con terraza en la que estuvimos realmente agusto. La ubicación es muy buena también, estás a 5 minutos andando de la playa de Piso Livadi y en esa zona está una de las calas mas bonitas y tranquilas que hemos visto en la isla.

Hemos estado genial. El apartamento estaba impecable, muy limpio, en una zona muy tranquila y con una ubicación perfecta, muy cerca del pueblo. El personal ha sido encantador y muy atento. Además, nos regalaron aceite de oliva y mermelada caseros, un detalle que nos encantó. También ofrecen gratuitamente toallas, sillas y sombrillas para la playa, lo que hace la estancia aún más cómoda. Todo de 10. Sin duda, repetiríamos.

Situated about 200 meters away from Piso Livadi beach, Elena's apartments is a really beautiful complex of studios. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, with a multitude of amenities, a king-size bed with a wonderful mattress. House-keeping was out of this world. Our room was cleaned every day, and we even got fresh towels on a daily basis!

Nothing at all. Everything was perfect.

They had AC and the rooms had blinds, and had a private terrace.

The AC unfortunately stopped giving cold air, it was just recirculating the air. But somehow it got back to normal without intervention. Was a difficult night for sleep.

Un séjour absolument parfait !! On est partie avec ma copine et on en a parlé à tout le monde ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ C’est simple : c’est le meilleur endroit où j’ai séjourné depuis le début de mon voyage ! Tout était absolument magnifique. L'équipe sur place est d'une gentillesse et d'une amabilité incroyables, toujours très disponibles et faciles à joindre. Côté propreté, c'était irréprochable : tout était nickel, il n'y avait pas la moindre trace de poussière. Franchement, il n'y a absolument rien à redire, c'est du 100 % réussi. Je recommande les yeux fermés et une chose est sûre : on reviendra ! Un grand merci à toute l'équipe d'Elena Studio.

Grazioso residence che dispone di diversi mini appartamenti. Elena e Spyros ti accolgono e ti accompagnano per tutta la vacanza in maniera impeccabile. L'appartamento dispone di cucina e di tutto l'occorrente per poter preparare da mangiare nel caso non si voglia farlo fuori nei vicini ristoranti. Molto comoda la piccola veranda dove abbiamo gustato le nostre colazioni e le nostre cene. Elena Studios è a pochi metri dal porticciolo di Piso Livadi dove si concentrano diversi ristoranti e locali. Da apprezzare anche il servizio gratuito di ombrelloni, teli e sedie da mare. Soggiorno eccellente!

Elena and Spiros made us feel comfortable and welcome from the minute we walked in. The room was newly renovated and perfect for our family. We loved the location and being able to walk to the beach with towels and umbrellas provided. Staying here was a highlight of our trip. The restaurant recommendation and guidance made our trip all the more special with some great meals enjoyed in Paros.

The location was away from the city and close to a small beach. Not too bad.

Outdated rooms and many stairs to clim

Felt like home. Added bonus was that the apartment is cleaned every day snd the hosts go out of their way to please you

The distance to the beach is just in my view slightly to far for it to be convenient. I think it is about 120 to 150 metres

Beautiful views, great location and walking distance to the beautiful little town of piso livadi. We stayed here as a family of four with 2 younger kids and they adored the beautiful lawn area with the kids toys. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are also available every day which is perfect for exploring the local beaches. Stavros was so helpful and gave us so many fabulous recommendations. Highly recommend staying here! Thanks for making our stay so great!

Great value and conveniently located property in Piso Livadi. Perfect location for my wife’s and my first trip to Greece.

The accommodation was a short walk from the seafront. Spiros met us and showed us to our wonderful room with lovely terrace. There were beach chairs, towels and umbrellas for us to borrow which was fantastic

La beauté des maisonnettes et du jardin. Les équipements, l’amabilité des hôtes et du personnel.

Staff molto gentile e cordiale: i consigli forniti sono stati ottimi. Teli mare, ombrellone e seggiole a disposizione per gli ospiti. Camera riordinata tutti i giorni. Ci hanno lasciato la camera fino alle 14:00 il giorno della partenza, senza sovrapprezzo.

I letti erano singoli, accoppiati: avremmo preferito un letto matrimoniale. Sarebbe stato utile un piccolo scaffale/mensola per posare cibo e attrezzi da cucina. Il telo doccia avrebbe potuto essere montato un po' piu' largo per migliorare la accessibilita'.

Le studio était très bien équipé et très bien entretenu avec un nettoyage quotidien. La vue magnifique. Le personnel adorable. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Sono estremamente felice di aver prenotato il deluxe studio presso Elena, sono convinta che in tutta Paros non avrei potuto proprio stare meglio. Elena studio si trova a Piso Livadi un paesino molto piccolo e carino che permette di godersi le vacanze nella più totale tranquillità a differenza di altre località più note come Naoussa che però diventa facilmente una bolgia. Il personale della struttura è di una gentilezza disarmante siano stati accolti con vino, succo di frutta e acqua fresca. La struttura è pulitissima e vengono forniti ombrelloni e asciugamani da spiaggia. Estremamente consigliato!

All’interno dello studio non c’è un vero e proprio tavolo quindi è un po’ scomodo mangiare dentro.
