La piscine a été une vraie déception : elle n’était pas propre, avec des algues et beaucoup de particules dans l’eau, ce qui ne donnait pas envie d’en profiter. Quelques finitions sont également à revoir dans la chambre : pommeau de douche qui ne fonctionnait pas, serrure de la douche dévissée que j’ai dû revisser moi-même, ainsi que quelques petits détails d’entretien. C’est dommage, car l’établissement est très agréable dans l’ensemble, mais la propreté de la piscine doit vraiment être améliorée.

Quartos confortáveis e espaçosos com um bom duche. Piscina comum grande e com qualidade. Pequeno almoço variado e com todos os essenciais. Parque privado ao lado do hotel.

A piscina privada não faz sentido pois está á sombra e na passagem do hotel sem privacidade. Alguns detalhes de acabamentos por cuidar. Apesar de ser em frente ao mar nenhum quarto tem vista para o mar pois o hotel está num nivel abaixo.

Sehr schönes Hotel - absolut empfehlenswert! Das Zimmer war sehr schön und komfortabel. Auch der Poolbereich sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, abwechslungsreich und qualitativ hochwertig. Es war auch ein gut ausgestattetes Gym vorhanden. Außerdem sehr freundliches Personal. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und sind rundum zufrieden.

I absolutely loved this place! Everything was very clean, peaceful and quiet, the air conditioning worked perfectly (very important in the Greek summer haha), and the sea view was beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. And the breakfast!!! Honestly, breakfast like at a wedding hahaha SO much food and everything was delicious! I genuinely enjoyed my stay here and felt very comfortable.

From the outside it looked nice, as well as the buildings where the rooms were located.

It was not clean whatsoever, we had a lot of black hairs in our room and the area around and in the swimming pool was a lot of dirt and mould. The lobby, which should be impressive when you first walk in, was also full of hair and dirt. When we told the staff about the hairs in the room they just told us they didnt see the hairs and then tried to clean the room with a crum vacuum. This is obviously not what you expect from a 5 star hotel.

Die Lage und der Private Pool waren sehr schön. Ausserdem bieten die Zimmer sehr viel Platz.

Finde das Preis / Leistungsverhältniss nicht gerechtfertigt. Für diesen Preis erwartet man einbisschen mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Service. Das Frühstück war nicht unbedingt ansprechend. Der Hotelpool wirkt auch sehr unsauber.

L’hôtel est très beau, le petit déjeuner est somptueux. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. Les chambres sont très grandes avec 2 salles de bain. Le personnel est agréable.

Le parking ! Il n’est pas réservé à la clientèle de l’hôtel, donc très compliqué en période estivale de se garer. Dommage, au prix de l’hôtel on aimerait avoir un parking privatif ! La connexion WIFI quasi inexistante ..

Ho preso una junior suite a 500 euro a notte ma le dimensioni erano quelle di una stanza normale.una junior suit non può avere una doccia 70x70 Non prendete la stanza con la vasca tanto non è idromassaggio ed è profonda e fredda. (Non ho visto mai nessuno utilizzarle)Un 5 stelle non può non avere un parcheggio privato o un servizio di vallet. La colazione è cibo scadente e i tavoli erano sporchi. Hotel non degno di 5 stelle

L’impression qu’il manque du mobilier sous le lavabo pour installer sa trousse de toilette ou des crochets pour accrocher ses serviettes de bain. Manque de finition dans la salle de bain. Le parking devant l’hôtel… c’est pas très beau… et l’absence de muret qui sépare l’hôtel du parking d’en face au niveau de la chambre 164 notamment. Bref des petites finitions qui pourraient tout changer.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful — very green, peaceful and extremely well maintained. The rooms are large and spacious, and ours had direct access to the pool, which was a lovely feature. The pool area itself is very pleasant, we could always find available sunbeds, and fresh towels were consistently provided. The location is also excellent. The beach is only around a five-minute walk away, and it is a very nice, well-equipped beach. In our experience, this is probably one of the best hotel options in Piso Livadi. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options, although there is still some room for improvement. The hotel also has its own parking. It can get quite full, but the staff can direct you to an additional nearby parking area if needed, so we never found this to be a real issue. Overall, the property offers very good value for money. It is beautiful, comfortable and very well located, and despite the service-related points mentioned above, we genuinely enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider coming back.

The hotel has a lot of potential, but I believe some additional staff training is needed, especially if the property is aiming to achieve a 5-star standard in the near future. There were a few situations during our stay that unfortunately did not match the level of service we expected. First, we were told that we could use the gym. One part of it was already completed, while the adjacent room was still being finished. There was no air conditioning, and at one point a worker renovating the room next door started smoking inside the gym area. With no proper ventilation, the cigarette smoke quickly became extremely uncomfortable. We politely asked whether he could smoke outside instead, but he seemed visibly annoyed and offended by the request. I believe guests should never be put in a position where they have to ask a member of staff or a contractor not to smoke inside an enclosed facility they have been invited to use. Secondly, the reception experience was quite inconsistent. Some members of staff were genuinely warm, friendly and welcoming, while at other times we would enter the reception and receive no greeting or acknowledgement at all, with staff simply continuing what they were doing. These are small details, but they make a significant difference in a hotel aspiring to a 5-star level of hospitality. Finally, and most importantly for me, the “Do Not Disturb” sign was repeatedly not respected. During our stay I was experiencing severe pregnancy nausea and was also struggling to sleep at night, so I desperately needed to rest during the day. Despite having the DND sign displayed, housekeeping would still knock repeatedly and attempt to enter the room to clean. I did not need daily cleaning — I simply needed uninterrupted rest. A DND sign should mean exactly that: the guest does not wish to be disturbed. None of these issues would be particularly difficult to address.

Det luktet veldig kloakk på bad + ved frokosten. Fant skjeggkre på rommet, det var noe avføring fra en ganger på terassen. Frokosten var skuffende og ingen variasjon. Ødelagte solsenger og slittende sakkosekker på uteområde

Die Größe des Zimmers war gut. Die Lage der Anlage war auch gut.

Die Parkplatzsituation war unbefriedigend, da man teilweise keinen freien Parkplatz für das Mietauto bekommen hat. Die zweite Toilette in der Suite war seit Beginn des Bezugs des Zimmers kaputt sowie der Safe hat nicht funktioniert.

They helped us for arranging the rooms which we requested. This is typical resort hotel and it meets everything for these criterias. The staff of the reception (especially blonde thin guy, i dont know the name) was so helpful and constructive. At the beginning, i did not know it has gym. This was also so good for me. The room was so comfy

The tables in breakfast area were sometimes sticky. Some items (bowl, plate) were not dirty in breakfast area. This should be improved and they should be careful for cleanliness. The breakfast was ok but the quality can be improved.

Idéalement situé dans un petit port tout en étant très calme. Plein de petits restaurants sympa. Salle de sport bien équipée et très agréable. Chambre hyper spacieuse.

Lovely pool area, great spacious rooms, friendly staff, perfect location to stay on Paros. Right by a gorgeous beach. Would recommend Piso Livadi to anyone. Bus stop extremely close to explore the rest of the island. Special shout out to George who made our coffees everyday and his super friendly demeanour.

Wir waren von unserem Aufenthalt leider sehr enttäuscht. Wir hatten zwei identische Zimmer gebucht. Sowohl auf den Fotos als auch in der Buchungsbestätigung waren die Zimmer als gleich dargestellt. Vor Ort mussten wir jedoch feststellen, dass eines der Zimmer deutlich kleiner war, während das andere der Grösse und dem Standard auf den Bildern entsprach. Als wir dies an der Rezeption reklamierten, wurde uns lediglich gesagt, dass dies normal sei und wir die Zimmer so gebucht hätten. Das entsprach jedoch nicht unserer Buchungsbestätigung. Statt eine kundenfreundliche Lösung anzubieten, wurde uns lediglich ein Zimmerwechsel gegen Aufpreis vorgeschlagen. Das fanden wir sehr enttäuschend und unverschämt. Eine Entschuldigung oder irgendein Entgegenkommen gab es nicht. Auch der Check-in dauerte ungewöhnlich lange und das Personal war insgesamt wenig freundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Leider entsprach der Aufenthalt weder unseren Erwartungen noch dem, was bei der Buchung vermittelt wurde. Wir würden dieses Hotel daher nicht weiterempfehlen.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. The plunge pools are a real treat. Very comfortable beds. Perfect location in the centre of Piso Livadi.

The only minor thing I would change is the shower which was a bit lacking in water pressure.

- Next to the "center" of that small town. - The pool is okayish, but it feels they didn't want to invest too much in it. - beds are OK - the lady at the reception is friendly and helpful.

- the guy preparing the coffees in the morning is completely unable to cope with multiple requests, consequence: he panics and becomes awfully disrespectful. I asked for a long coffee, not written in the menu, he looks at me and talks to me as if I was asking for the dumbest thing ever while I could have read the menu and not bother him. An attitude that deserved slap. Then he talks in Greec in front of me, I assume he was not seeing sweet words. - the room looks like nothing, it's big and completely empty, I have the idea they ticked the minimum boxes to be rated 5 stars and stopped there. Zero space to put your stuff. They use the hangers you find when you buy clothes and you're so cheap you keep them even if they are of different sizes and colours, not important but it gives you an idea of the standard you can expect. I.e nothing. - our room was next to the restaurant: they put their big black trash bags in front of our door. The staff use their mega trolleys early in the morning next to us back and forth. Amazing experience. - the private parking is like the dump of the village, full of trash of all kind. - the breakfast is super average, not bad in absolute terms but far from what you can see in any 5* hotel, anywhere in the universe. I saw all the comments before, thinking ok I'll not expect too much but it will be fine as I'm not super demanding in general. What a mistake. I don't write it in general but this one deserves the title of worst 5* hotel.

Certains détails qui pour un 5 étoiles sont étonnants : absence de changing room, des finitions qui laissent à désirer, un parking qui n’est pas réservé aux clients de l’hôtel et qui est saturé en soirée.

Piso Livadi as a "small fishing village" truly lives up to the stereotypical Greek image — a tiny, walkable town with just 2-3 shops, a beach right at your doorstep, and friendly faces you'll see every single day. By day two, everyone in town knows you and greets you with a smile. We loved this quaint little corner of Paros, tucked away from the madding crowds of Naoussa. Our stay at Cavo Piso Livadi was fantastic. We stayed a full week and would have happily stayed another. Katerina, Vasili and Niko at reception answer every question, accommodate every request, and always have a smile for you, no matter the time of day. It genuinely felt like staying with family rather than at a hotel. George, Anna, Elsa and the rest of the restaurant staff look after you like you're their own kin, and their warmth and kindness made the stay feel extra special. The food at the restaurant, while limited in options, was freshly prepared, tasty, and served in very generous portions. The hotel's whole philosophy seems to be: relax, we've got you. Want tours or excursions arranged? Done. Want water? Bottles are provided throughout your stay, no charge. Fancy fresh orange juice at breakfast? They'll sort it without a second thought. Their generosity extends well beyond paying guests too — being right on the beach, with a number of buzzy dockside restaurants nearby, plenty of non-guests park in the car park (there's a public one, and then what I assumed was the property's own). The staff never turn anyone away. If a guest then struggles to find space, they'll happily move their own van to make room, or point you toward additional parking when things get busy. It's a small thing, but it says a lot about how they treat people. Cavo Piso Livadi is a truly wonderful representation of Greek hospitality. We've now been to 7 Greek islands and stayed at over 10 properties, and this one is, without question, my absolute favourite so far.

I liked that there was a pool where we could relax and hang after the beach. I loved booking the family room giving direct access to the pool and having a separate bedroom for the adults. The area where the hotel is located is very lovely and amazing. There is a selection of restaurants and beaches to stay at. Loved the location and not too crowded.

We had a lot of ants in the bedroom, the whole week. Also the bathroom door handle kept on falling off. The last day the shower door had a problem, it came of from its rack. The property needs a little bit more love.

Amazing facilities including a gym with welcoming and friendly staff that made the stay very enjoyable. Great service with an abundance of breakfast options to suit everyone and walking distance to restaurants, tavernas and beach. A must stay in Piso Livadi.

Hotel muito bonito com um ótimo pequeno-almoço almoço. Quarto muito grande e com uma ótima varanda. Receberam-nos no quarto com fruta e bebidas entre as quais uma garrafa de vinho. Ótima piscina. O local é muito agradável, praia pequenina mesmo em frente e muitos restaurantes à beira mar com bons preços e ótima qualidade.

Apesar de serem simpáticos, os funcionários não se encontram identificados, nem por farda, nem por qualquer outro meio de identificação. Falta de organização no que diz respeito a entrega das toalhas para a piscina/praia chegando as mesmas a faltar. Tal não é compatível com um hotel de 5 estrelas. Ficámos com a ideia de que ainda estaria em fase de acabamentos. Sem carro seria muito difícil aceder a Paros, aos ferries e às várias praias da ilha.

I was actually quite disappointed with my stay. I’m not someone who usually pays much attention to appearances or uniforms, but compared to other five-star hotels I’ve stayed in, this one fell far below the standard. The first thing that surprised me was that almost all of the staff, from receptionists and bellboys to the bar staff, were wearing casual clothes instead of professional uniforms. It might be part of their concept, but it didn’t feel like a five-star experience at all. The room quality was also disappointing. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, and many of the fixtures and materials looked very cheap. Parts of the shower enclosure were loose and hadn’t been repaired. The air conditioner was leaking water. We reported it to reception, and their solution was simply to put a towel underneath it to absorb the water and reduce the noise. The problem was never actually fixed, and the towel wasn’t even replaced afterward. The indoor pool was another letdown. There was no service around it, no staff, nothing, and it felt more like swimming in a private home than a luxury hotel. The only thing I can really compliment is the location, which is great. But aside from that, I don’t think the rooms, facilities, maintenance, or overall service come close to five-star standards. I say this with regret.

Ligging is perfect. Vlakbij vele gezellige restaurantjes in het vissershaventje. Er is een supermarkt op wandelafstand. Alsook een mooi zandstrand: Logaras beach. Kamers zijn ruim, modern en proper. Ontbijt is heel goed! Mooi zwembad.

Dommige personeelsleden lijken soms een beetje nors, maar daar moet je doorheen kijken. Ze werken heel hard.

Las instalaciones del hotel son preciosas, muy cómodo, muy limpio y lujoso. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta porque se pueden hacer muchas cosas a pie, además queda frente a la playa. Fue el mejor hotel de mi estadía en Grecia, me habría gustado quedarme más tiempo.

Nada, realmente me gustó todo en este hotel. A lo mejor el personal fue un poco más parco y menos atento que en los otros hoteles en los que nos quedamos, sin decir que haya sido malo tampoco.

People being friendly and happy to help us. The architecture of the facility including the pool with local stone was exceptional good. It was close to traditional restaurants with premium tasty Greek food in a very nice marine. The breakfast was also vey tasty.
