Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Die wirklich schöne Wohnung in einem sehr gepflegten Gebäude in einer verkehrsberuhigten Zone ist 10 Minuten von der Kathedrale entfernt. Zugang mit Code ist sehr praktisch. Die Schlafcouch war ok. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage wäre gegen Gebühr von Vermieter zu erhalten. Man findet aber auch kostenlose Parkplätze in den Straßen mit den Hauptstadtnamen, zum Beispiel Rua de Lisboa.
Man könnte ein Nudelsieb und etwas mehr Besteck bereitstellen. Die Wohnung liegt an einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße. Dennoch ist es aufgrund der Menschen, die Nachts dort unterwegs sind, immer wieder sehr laut. Wer mit geschlossenen Fenstern und Klimaanlage (auch laut) schläft, hat aber kein Problem!

Además de Lara que atendió todas nuestras dudas con muchísima amabilidad. Si volvemos a Santiago de Compostela, este será nuestro alojamiento sin ninguna duda.
No puedo decir ningún pero a este alojamiento.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Appartamento in posizione ottima rispetto al centro città (1 km esatto), ubicato all'ultimo piano con ascensore di un palazzo di recente ristrutturazione e dotato di lucernari che illuminavano perennemente le stanze (con possibilità di oscurarli a proprio piacimento), il tutto proprio di fronte a un supermercato per qualsiasi esigenza. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dai servizi presenti all'interno della sistemazione: lavatrice e asciugatrice 2 in 1, comodissima per chi come noi aveva appena terminato il proprio Cammino, cucina dotata di tutti gli strumenti necessari, inclusi la lavastoviglie e la macchinetta del caffè, bagno molto spazioso e sebbene defenestrato dotato di una ventola che impediva la formazione di umidità, zona living fornita di un comodo divano e un televisore aggiornato con tutte le piattaforme possibili. Non abbiamo avuto l'occasione di conoscere l'host, che si è comunque premurata di fornirci il codice di accesso prima del nostro arrivo e ci ha pregato di contattarla per qualsiasi evenienza. Rispetto ai prezzi che avevamo visto a Santiago, il costo era abbastanza accessibile considerando tutti i servizi inclusi nello stesso, perciò siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti!

The apartment was perfect for us - spotlessly clean, air conditioning, a comfortable bed, modern and understated design. The apartment had coffee and teas, little cookies (a nice touch!), toiletries in the bathroom and washing capsules for both the dishwasher and washing machine. The supermarket is just across the street and is well stocked for all you might need. We walked into the old town with ease, there are plenty of little restaurants close by but also along the way as you walk into the old town. We will certainly return!

They gave us very detailed instructions and guided us to the parking area which was right below the apartments. Everything looked very new and simplistic and we had plenty of space. Restaurants and shops and markets were within walking distance which made the location very convenient.

The apartment is modern, spotless, and located in a new building. The location is excellent – close enough to easily explore Santiago de Compostela while still being comfortable and quiet. The price-to-quality ratio is outstanding. The host truly deserves the Superhost status. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and he was incredibly helpful with arranging a taxi and accommodating our arrival and check-out times. Everything went smoothly, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again.

Posizione meravigliosa, perché lontano dalla bolgia ma allo stesso tempo vicino al centro (10 minuti camminando fino alla cattedrale). Un ringraziamento speciale a B. per la disponibilità e per l' organizzazione di vari trasferimenti in taxi. Era tutto nuovissimo e super accogliente. Consigliatissimo!

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Прекрасные апартаменты - новые, чистые, функциональные, хорошо расположенные В апартаментах есть всё, что можно только пожелать: всё новенькое, белоснежное постельное бельё и белейшие новые полотенца, новая сантехника, много розеток (я всегда обращаю на это внимание), два полноценных спальных места (на раскладном диване спать было так же удобно, как и на кровати). Местоположение супер удобное - всюду можно дойти пешком. Напротив есть супермаркет. Подъезд чистый и современный. Так де как и лифт. Очень простой check in. Хозяйка всё время была на связи для решения насущных проблем. За небольшую плату (15€ за ночь) можно арендовать место в гараже в этом же доме. В общем супер место для того, чтобы остановиться в чудесном Сантьяго де Кампостелла!!!
Ну чтобы уж совсем не было к чему придраться - добавьте коробку с салфетками 😃

Reviewed May 15, 2026Fabulous apartment just 10 minutes from the Cathedral. The area has lots of restaurants, and a supermarket across the street. The address was easy to locate using Google Maps and check in was easy. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It had a washing machine to do laundry which was needed after a long Camino. The kitchen had oil and spices which I used to make eggs for breakfast, a coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, and microwave. The TV had Netflix which was a plus. I would definitely stay here again.

Reviewed Apr 15, 2026I requested the door code a littler earlier that the 4 o clock check in time as our group had been out walking the camino for hours and my battery was dying, I was sent the code very quickly, the host was very accommodating and responded to requests quickly 10/10

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026Ubicación perfecta, a unos 10 minutos andando a la Catedral. Muy limpio, apartamento con todo lo necesario. Lavadora, que nos vino genial después de hacer el Camino. Vistas a la calle por donde entran los peregrinos. Dos plazas de parking (de pago). Comunicación perfecta y fluida con el dueño. Repetiría sin duda.
Nos gustó todo.

There wasn't any issues with the apartment, it was superbly furnished and met all are needs.

El sofá cama no es cómodo, aunque el apartamento es para 4 personas, el sofá cama es incómodo. La cama de matrimonio de la habitación es cómodisima.
