Good place

The property is an absolute delight—serene, majestic, and beautifully nestled amidst 200 acres of lush tea gardens. With so much to experience and enjoy within the resort itself, one never feels the need to step outside. It is the perfect retreat to relax, recharge, and create memorable moments with family and friends. Specially the Chai ki Tapri is a unique experience.

The check-in and checkout processes were unnecessarily time-consuming, with considerable confusion among the reception staff. During checkout, the team initially declined to honour the food and beverage discount included in our Booking.com package. After considerable discussion and follow-up, the discount was eventually applied. Such benefits should be clearly recorded in the hotel’s system in advance, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and hassle-free checkout experience for guests. Last not the least as the property has multiple restaurants and facilities at Checkin all must be briefed to guests so that the guests can make most during the stay.

The quality of food and service level for breakfast. The staff were busy, not paying attention to guest for their needs.

The colonial suite was beyond imagination.... My wife and children were more than happy

In room service was very slow, took multiple calls to order and call service staff.... One thing which needs serious attention was that my room was infested with thousand of bees... It was very scary for the children which spoiled the experience....

Its a very good stay experience

As a professional working have a habit of working late for us clients and so missed the breakfast not the hotel fault but bro i reached at 11am hehe

In room dining was below expectations. Order was delivered in avg 45-60mins yet incomplete order was also delivered. Restaurant also took ages to deliver dessert through it wasn’t so busy then. Rest all was ok.

The property itself is really nice and well maintained

The serviceability and hospitality is seriously missing. The staff is all over the place especially coz large group events take place so there is no proper attention given to the other guests

It is in an excellent location Rooms are very spacious and balcony is an amazing place for guests to enjoy greenery Bath room with all amenities are also very good

Antique painting and photos make the resort more appealing I have stayed in many 5star hotels throughout the world including many taj palace hotels in India but Mayfare Siliguri is one of the best properties

Good, as per price and other top excellent things Breakfast spread was not that good. Quality of food and portion good though. They need to add more varieties of famous dishes of Indian breakfast.

The bathroom size is too small as compared to the room and it doesn’t have separate shower area and no shower curtain . Entire bathroom gets wet when one showers

Beautiful hotel, huge rooms

Some of the food in buffet was old

The Hotel is surrounded by tea plantations, has nice gardens and pool. The interior decorations, and in particular, the artwork and pictures on the walls are exceptional. In the entry hall as well as in the bar oldtimer cars are exposed as decoration. The rooms were large and comfortable. Exceptional effort was made to decorate the hotel for the celebrations of Diwali.

The best property in Siliguri

Great heritage hotel well laid out set in a tea garden estate. Service and staff were excellent and the food was very good. Only 30 mins from the airport.

Very noisy , 2 weddings at same time , loud music till 11 -12 am , pple walking jn halls at 2 am yelling !! Do not stay if early am flight as you will NOT get the rest . Front desk need better training for check in . Confused names and check in was a hassle . Restuarant staff were very good .

Best stay in life and affordable. I would recommend everyone to stay in Mayfair Resort while you’re in Siliguri. It’s beautiful and I am you will like it.
