Our stay there was very special because of this waiter at the coffee house, we were having dinner at the restaurant and there is more than 6-8 staff but he is the only person come to serve us..very good service and helpful. The music at the coffee house is too loud!

Events that make it crowded and the pool was dark with no pool lights. Also the closure time of 7pm was too early. Should extend it to 9pm atleast.

I am a member at the Courtyard and every time I stay it never fails to make me comfortable, wether it is the front dest reception, restruant, pool area or the rooms. I was there with my family This July 2026 and I must say at the reception Mr. Satya was very helpful as we were checking early, he made sure we were comfortable while we were waiting for the check in and Mr. Deep helped me with the checkout bills although he was very busy he did'nt keep me waiting. At the restruant Mr. Sourav Dhal was assisting us with the dinner although the restruant was very busy. I must praise the Courtyard staff as they are always polite, respectful, and considerate in their behavior toward the guest. One thing i would like to add is that the mini fridge in the room was not cold enough to make the water or the drinks chill, they should look into it.

The property needs a little maintenance of furniture since in my room one of the chairs had its fabric torn.

it is located on the central road running through Siliguri, the well-known Hill Cart Road. The ambience and amenities were exactly as found in other Marriotts. I have stayed at the Marriott in Dallas, Texas, USA. The rooms were a comfortable size with clean sheets and bathroom. There was no noise. Room service was extremely good and quick. They removed also real quick. Breakfast was served well and the service didn't appear to be 'crowded'. The patisserie, though small is good. The entire experience at Marriott was good value for the money spent!

Comfort staying with good ambiance. Location is perfect to explore Siliguri surroundings. Food is tasty with good services . Whenever will travel to Siliguri for sure this location is my stay for sure.

Exceptional Stay Experience at Marriott Siliguri My stay at the Marriott Siliguri from 14 June 26 to 17 Jun 26 was truly exceptional and, in my experience, among the finest and most comfortable stays in the North East region. From the moment of arrival, the check-in experience was seamless, and I was welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. The room was thoughtfully equipped with all modern amenities and offered a wonderful view of Siliguri town, including the iconic Siliguri Railway Junction. Watching trains arrive and depart from the junction brought a unique sense of happiness, nostalgia, and charm to the overall experience. The food was sumptuous, and the service standards throughout my stay were exemplary. The staff displayed remarkable professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. A special mention must be made of Front Office Manager Priya Ma’am, who kindly took time out of her busy schedule to personally show me around the hotel and this beautiful property. Her deep understanding of hospitality, extensive industry experience, and attention to detail are truly valuable assets for the hotel. Her leadership reflects in the way every aspect of a guest’s comfort and experience is carefully looked after by the entire team. My sincere compliments to the management and all members of the Marriott Siliguri team for maintaining such high standards of hospitality. Amazing service for a courtyard hotel. The whole experience felt very top notch. To be fair, it is probably one of the only nice places in Siliguri. But if you have to spend a night in Siliguri during your travels, 100% choose to do it here!

1. Hotel made a mess of taxi service for airport pickup. Was not there. We were kept hanging outside a deserted airport for a long time until we made other arrangements. 2. We were allotted a room which when we we went there already had a guest inside! 3. Room service orders were so delayed that we got late for dinner buffet and therefore got very poor quality food. The staff kept trying but there seems to be a coordination and supervision issue. Attitude of staff was polite but most seemed very inexperienced.

At first, I had a poor impression of the hotel room, and I was quite disappointed. However, I later had the opportunity to speak with one of the senior floor in-charges (unfortunately, I cannot recall his name). He was extremely helpful, attentive, and went out of his way to address my concerns, which completely changed my experience. From that point onward, my stay was truly enjoyable. I especially loved the fantastic mutton kasha and papad, which were specially prepared by the chef. The food was delicious and showcased great care and attention to detail. Thanks to the excellent service and hospitality, what started as a disappointing experience turned into a beautiful and memorable one. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The view of the mountains was absolutely fantastic and added to the overall charm of the stay. The peaceful surroundings ensured a quiet and restful night's sleep, making the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located and offers easy access to nearby attractions and facilities. However, there is a petrol pump adjacent to the property, which some guests may wish to be aware of when choosing their stay.

It was a very comfortable stay with a great view of the city from the room. The staff was warm and welcoming.

When asked for the tissue paper during breakfast, only 2 tissue papers were given for 2 people. During dinner also, when food was served for 2 people, only one spoon and one plate was sent. And I think we as guest should not ask for such petty things again and again.

A lovely buffet lunch experience at the Courtyard Marriott, Siliguri. The food, hospitality, and overall attention to detail were truly commendable. Many thanks to Chef Kashinath, Chef Deep, and Restaurant Manager for such a warm and enjoyable experience. Thank you to Pratyush Bista from sales who helped us organise such a beautiful meal by extending the buffet timing as we were running late.

The property had a lovely ambiance and a great view The rooms were comfortable, the staff was polite, and overall the stay was really enjoyable.

There was nothing major to dislike The only thing was that the pool didn’t have tubes or support floats, so some of us who can’t swim couldn’t fully enjoy the water.

We had a wonderful experience at the Marriott hotel restaurant, thanks to Aaayush Pradeep and Prakriti. Both were extremely professional, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. Prakriti is especially very hardworking and intelligent — she handled everything with great care and made sure we were comfortable at all times. Aaayush Pradeep was equally courteous and provided excellent service with a positive attitude. Their hospitality truly made our dining experience memorable. One of the finest experiences received from this hotel during my recent trip to explore north east. Booked this hotel during the last day of sikkim trip where i could really relax, cleanup and have good food. This was very well done by the services of marriot. The checkin-out was pretty much smooth as always. The rooms were big, clean and well maintained. As always the buffet breakfast served lots of yum and authentic dishes.

We had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. From the warm hospitality to the overall atmosphere, everything made our stay memorable. The food was absolutely excellent — every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. A special thanks to Chef Manoj for the personal attention and care he gave throughout our stay. His dedication and passion for creating such amazing dishes really stood out. We also deeply appreciated the outstanding service from Kamal from the F&B team, who was attentive, friendly, and always ensured that we had camomile ginger tea at dinner every night and we were well taken care of. Excellent service especially at Siliguri Kichen. Kashi ji has handled my requirements beyond what we expected. Wife and my young daughter are very happy with the way he handled all their onward travelling food requirements as well. The location is quite convenient, easy to reach. I traveled from the NJP railway station, it is only 5 kms from there. The welcome was warm, property is huge, clean and serene. They gave me a corner room, with a king bed, the room was clean and fresh, with every amenity. It was a good stay.

Stayed here from 12-16 April 2026 at Room no 905. Pros:- The service rendered by all the restaurant staff specifically Mr Kasi. The breakfast buffet. The dinner buffet. Nice view. Quiet ambiance. Cons:- The reception didn’t provide welcome drinks which was mentioned in the booking confirmation voucher. The room size was inadequate for 3 occupants. They provided only one key card which is really inconvenient if there’re 2 or more guests staying together. Overall I would say it was a good stay.
