Room got spider 🕸️ and air cond very dirty.

The location is very good. Centre of muar city and between few place which have swimming pool.

At 11 pm the gate will close. And open again at 7 am. Its not convenient at all.

Location ok... tak jauh dari pekan. Nice untuk stay cation.

Kawasan kolam perlu diperbaiki yang mana dh rosak seperti tiles dalam kolam bnyk yg dh terkopek, kayu lantai pon perlu diperbaiki bahaya untuk anak2 mandi.

Value for money, good location, excellent staff.

Poor pool area which is quite mossy and the wood panel already rot. Parking need some skill because of the canopy poles is quite worrisome. There is no lift, need to walk up stairs.

We were stoped suddenly by 1 chinese girl suspicious asking as if we were in without paying its too bad n rude the way she asked when we already at the door enterance with our luggage. Logicly how can we at the door enterance with our luggage if have not paid yet n the door need special card to go in which we had it in our hand. Too bad too rude n never say sorry even after knowing we were their hotel guests.

The location is strategic and not far from town Staff was exceptionally hospitable and parking is at the location at no cost.

The place is clean and neat. It is a very simple room but everything is tidy.

Friendly staff albeit understaffed. Location is fantastic. Relatively clean.

I think they haven’t washed the floor mat in front of the bathroom for a very very long time

Location is close to some minimarts, food outlets and other attractions. A quiet and peaceful environment with minimal traffic.

Property has no lift access to the upper floor which make it challenging for elderly or disabled person to move up/down stairway.

Decent budget stay with indoor parking spot. What u see what you get. The lovely malay receptionist was super friendly and helpful. She recomended some nice food spot.

The chinese girl in the reception is not friendly and gives you the look like you are staying for free. Our family booked 2 rooms, one of the room had red ant infestation it was on the bed.

Hotel bersih harga just nice untuk hotel yang ade kolam... hotel pun dekat dengan bandar... staff sangat baik.

Hotel x kedap bunyi huhuhu kalau yg bawak ank ke bising melalak org sebelah boleh dgr nak cakap pun kene slow2... kalau hujan bunyi hujan tembus sampai bilik...

Safe parking, front of the property. You dont have to worry about your car. Room is comfy and clean. Staff is super friendly and helpful. 5/5 star for her service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unfortunately i forgot her name 😓

Sliding door can’t lock. Already tell the management, and they will take action on that. So pls check before you sleep.
