Reviewed Sep 18, 2026The location was good and Jad, the front desk host, was so kind and helped us figure out how to get the EV charger to work. He was a life saver!
The bathtub draining system and step up, like you’re on a boat, were bizarre. This hotel also caters to large bus tours, so it can get very loud at times.

Le camere sono veramente piccole e prive di servizi per il prezzo (assenza di spazio contenitivo degno di questo nome, non c’è l’asciuga-capelli), lo staff alla reception parlava male Inglese (perché non era norvegese). Il prezzo non è assolutamente giustificato per la sola posizione.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Possibly my least favourite hotel of all the ones during our recent road trip. Location is wonderful but the rooms in the annexe very dated. Could do with a spruce up. Breakfast buffet was very depleted when we got there, maybe one of the coaches that stayed at the hotel just all had theirs. Quite expensive for what we got!!!

Everything was shut down at 4 pm: no swimming pool and no gym available, only external sauna (not useful to us, in a rainy and windy day...).

Ужасно сильно дуло в ванной по ногам. То есть ты моешься и тебя обдувает ветер, как итог , на следующий день заболела из-за этого . Обогрев в комнатах не работал , очень сильно замерзли ноги .

Små bad, savnet egg og bacon til frokost. Utrolig dårlige puter i sengen. Hotellet har IKKE svømmebasseng, men en kan benytte Hardangerbadet som ligger vegg-i-vegg til rabattert pris, men til 150 kroner hver gang en ønsker å bruke svømmehallen begrenser det seg selv….

Hotellihuoneessa oli kuuma ja huono ilma. Ei ilmastointia. Ulkona vain +23c

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel has a large, beautiful garden right by the fjord, making it a lovely and relaxing place to stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh food.
Unfortunately, the room did not have air conditioning. On warm days, this made it a bit uncomfortable, especially during the night.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Le design de l'hôtel , les chambres avec vue sur le fjord, le personnel très arrangeant:pour un supplément nous avons eu une chambre à l'étage pour pouvoir ouvrir la fenêtre la nuit car il faisait très chaud dans les chambres .l'hôtel mettait à disposition des ventilateurs si besoin (la chambre réservée était en RDC et ouvrait sur le parking)

V ponuke bola spomenutá nabíjacia stanica, čo som očakával, že bude v cene ubytovania. Nabíjanie bolo u externej firmy za poplatok alebo som si všimol nabíjacie miesta len pre vybraných hostí, neviem za akých podmienok.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Have to say it was just ok. Front desk young man could have been more pleasant upon arrival. We had a fjord view room on the lower level. Eh, was it worth the extra money? Probably not. There are No Elevators so if you are not on the level with the front desk, you will be going down a flight of stairs to your lower-level room. We walked to a pizza shop nearby for dinner. Breakfast was included and there were many options available.

Allmänt nedgånget. Dålig ventilation i rummet, stopp i handfatet och många småtrasiga saker i rummet. Vi hade balkong men det fanns ingen skiljevägg till grannen, så satt de på sin balkong såg de rakt in i vårat rum. Verkligen inte värt priset.

When we checked in, we didn’t like the allocated room number and ask to change the room. Despite the hotel having only a few guests, it was pretty difficult to change the room. Staff attitude at the check-in was not good. No slippers, bathroom mat and facial tissues were provided. 2 of the room lamps did not work

Reviewed May 9, 2026Jeg likte det meste, bl.a den supergode maten i restauranten, og uteområdene var helt fantastiske. Veldig hyggelig personale. Og så var det reint og fint. Jeg savna fjordutsikt.
Jeg mislikte ingenting, men det var malte fliser på gulvet på badet, og det var enormt glatt! Dette kom litt brått på, og jeg holdt på å falle da jeg steg inn på badet første gangen. Jeg ga beskjed om dette i resepsjonen.
