Reviewed Sep 16, 2026スタッフの方々がとても親切にしてくれ、心温まる滞在になりました。 施設は古いながらも清潔に保たれ、必要充分。 自然が多く、プールやお庭も広く、子供連れには最高の環境でした。 十分瀑布や老街も近く、観光も楽しめました。また行きたいです。
朝食は質素な台湾料理（素のおかゆや野菜炒め）だったため、外国人の舌に合わないこともあるかもしれません。

希望早餐可以增加原型食物，像是荷包蛋、鮮奶、水果等，可以有更多選擇

Reviewed Jul 11, 20261.民宿老闆跟老闆娘非常熱情 2.因為民宿位置在非常高的斜坡上，老闆甚至只要我們外出都願意開車接送 3.山景很漂亮，還可以看到夜間火車 4.早餐很好吃 5.有MOD可以使用(但你要有自己的帳號)
1.有不明液體滴在廁所的捲筒衛生紙上面，希望在入住前可以再確認一下。因為長得很像某種不衛生的東西。 2.冷氣調整之後要很久才會有明顯變化，比如很熱的時候調低2~3度，大概要1個小時才會真的變很冷。導致睡覺的時候變很冷。很難調。 3.冰箱上面有個櫃子裏面都是灰塵所以沒辦法放東西。 4.熱水壺擺在離地面太低的地方了~~通常會有滿多灰塵。所以後來沒用~

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Nice, spacious room. Friendly staff: welcomed us with real fruit juice. Nice breakfast: we could add as much as we could eat. Cold and hot water available from a shared area dispenser. Hotel geared for family holidays: lots of kids’ activities: pool, train, playground areas. Aircon, kettle, nice shower.
Staff didn’t understand English (but we managed to get by). Although this hotel offers a free lantern for its guests, there was no-one available to release it on the evening of our arrival; we didn’t have the time in the morning to release our lantern. Very steep incline from the road to the hotel to get to our room on foot. Swimming pool was packed during accessible time; swimming pool not available in late afternoon or in the morning, when it would have been very nice to have a swim.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026I liked the staff very much... very friendly and kind people. They helped me practice my Mandarin. They also provided great recommendations of things to do in the area. Because I was not keen on littering the area by launching a sky lantern (included with the room), they offered little token lanterns as souvenir... cute and a nice gesture. I also liked the view from my room. They offer free shuttle ride from the old street... I recommend you take advantage of this by calling them in advance because the hotel is a good 15-minute walk from the train station, and not easy to find with luggage. Also, do not lookup their street address on Google Maps, it's misleading.
They asked to pay cash for the room, which surprised me quite a bit, I managed to do a transfer from my Taiwanese bank. Not sure how everybody else would do carrying buckets of TWD like this in our day and age. Also, while the room was spacious, it was a bit bare... it could have been better appointed with more furniture and decoration. Again, watch out with their street address on Google Maps... it's not as close to the train station as it may appear.

如果想要用走的上下住宿點，斜坡有點陡下雨會有點危險，如果能有階梯就好了～建議還沒要入住可以先停民宿下入口旁的停車場（告知他們是住客就行），等逛完老街或瀑布再開上去入住！

Reviewed Mar 28, 2026Der ältere Eigentümer war sehr nett und hat unsere Koffer aufs Zimmer gebracht. Er hat uns auf Anfrage mit dem Laternen in den Himmel steigen lassen geholfen und zum Bahnhof geführt weil der Weg zum Hotel sehr steil ist und wir uns mit unseren Koffern nicht hinunter quälen wollten.
Dafür, dass es keinen Bettbezug gibt, ist das Hotel mit über 85€ pro Nacht viel zu überteuert. Wir waren in Taiwan in einigen Hotels und die waren günstiger mit besserem Standard.

There is a high ramp, if you have luggage you should consider that. Except that the bed was not comfortable, it was too harsh. I laid extra blanket to sleep.

It was good! We had the family room and it was large and comfortable and clean and the shower was great. One thing that would have been nice would be a little reading light or small lamp. The overhead lights were very bright and it would be nice to have the option for softer light.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2026Large property with beautiful landscaping, would be great for families with two pools and interesting play equipment for children. Room was clean and spacious with a great view over the valley. It’s close to the Shifen Waterfall, which you can easily walk to. The owner was very helpful and friendly. They supplied a cooked breakfast and asked when we wanted it.
It’s outside of the town - good for going to the waterfall but longer to get to restaurants. If you’re walking, it’s up a very steep hill. The owner is willing to provide a shuttle service.

Reviewed Oct 3, 2025Location great, close to the Shifen waterfalls. Breakfast was also great a lot of vegetarian/vegan options given it was in Taiwan, where this is very scarce.
I do not mind kids at a hotel, but taiwanese seem to stay up late even with the kids and the walls and doors are not exactly soundproof. Also compared to the rest of Taiwan, the price was pretty high, I guess due to the fact, that Shifen waterfalls are really famous.

Reviewed Sep 29, 2025從瑞芳前往的路途蜿蜒且沒有路燈,晚上開車還頗黑的,開車要小心慢慢開; 員工服務非常棒, 天燈的解說也讓小朋友很有興趣,很棒的老師; 早餐蠻不錯,中式的清粥小菜; 園區的設施也很好玩,游泳池還有救生員在旁邊看,安全第一!
這次的房間整齊清潔; 唯一美中不足的是馬桶內部好像漏水了, 會有滴水聲, 晚上聲音蠻明顯, 需要把廁所門關起來才比較沒聽到 . 另外床偏硬, 枕頭偏薄.
